Hands down theeeee best service I have ever had. I curbed my rim a month after buying my Tesla. Khalid was quick to make me a priority and even came to my office to fix my rim. Not only is his customer service amazing but his repair work is straight ART! Khalid has fixed two of my rims and has even come to touch up rock chips and do work that I thought was impossible. If you value your vehicle that you have earned. I highly recommend Khalid. EASY five star rating.

Wow! Khalid is AMAZING! I am so impressed with his work. I drove against the curb yesterday and badly scratched my Mercedes AMG rim. I immediately looked up a replacement only to find that it would cost over $900 to replace it. I was given Khalid’s contact information and he scheduled me quickly for the next day. I sat in my car while he worked his magic and within no time my rim looks brand new. I highly recommend him. Not only is he a really nice guy, but his work is absolutely meticulous!

Absolutely exceptional service. I was a bit panicked after a couple rocks hit the windshield on my five day old 4runner. I stumbled on International Dent, LLC following a Google search for local outfits equipped to repair rock chips, and it proved to be an extremely fortunate chance encounter. I could not find anyone in town to do the work on a Sunday, but Halid came through despite the late March snowstorm blowing through the 505. When I called him, he initially asked me to submit a photo of the damage, so he could assess whether or not it could be repaired. I appreciated the integrity of the question; he wasn't going to waste my money nor my time should the job require something beyond a repair. He scheduled me within about an hour of confirming that a repair was an option, arrived at the agreed upon location early, and was very patient in waiting for my arrival. He worked efficiently, and his methods were very effective in repairing the glass. He also shared his knowledge of a handful of other trustworthy, reliable resources in the 505 to work on other aspects of my vehicle. His price was very reasonable, and as a bonus, he was also very personable and friendly with my family and I. Khalid was AMAZING! I contacted him last Thursday about getting my headlights restored, and he was able to come to my apartment early the next afternoon to do it. My headlights seriously barely lit up the night when I was driving, which was extremely problematic for me since I have a hard time seeing at night in general. Khalid spent a little less 45 minutes restoring my lights, and now the roadway is illuminated beyond my wildest expectations. He was super professional and friendly, and he did a fantastic job. This was the first time using a paintless dent removal service. I was so frustrated when I dented my truck, I was determined to get it fixed. I wasn't sure what to expect, so I looked up dent removal services on Google. I found two companies in the local area with excellent reviews. The first one, which was an auto repair shop, never contacted me. The other was International Dent, LLC. It was only minutes after I sent my text message, I received a reply and scheduled for an appointment. I know that Kahlid is extremely busy, traveling far distances. But only two days after contacting him, Kahlid came to my home to repair the damage...Actually, a day earlier than I was scheduled for!!! I have to say, Kahlid did an incredible job... not only did he repair my Toyota Tacoma, but after seeing his work in person, I had him repair my Camry as well. And he did it without significantly raising the price, he hardly charged me for the second vehicle!!! I have a project car that I'm currently working on and I intend to use Khalid in the near future to make my project car look as good as new. Back in early October I had a deer run into the side of my vehicle while driving a country highway. The animal left a large dent in front of my passenger side tail light, an area that would be difficult to repair. After seeing all the positive reviews, I contacted Halid and sent over some photos to get an estimate. He quoted a very reasonable price and estimated that he could repair the damage to 90% of original condition. I scheduled an on site repair at my home and Halid showed up early. He was professional, easy to deal with, and got right to work. He spent over an hour working the dent and did a remarkable job repairing the damage. In the end he was not satisfied that he had attained a 90% repair, as quoted, and waived his fee. I insisted on paying him for his time, but he refused. Halid takes great pride in his work, and treats your vehicle as if it were his own. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, and have recommended him whenever possible.

This was a painless dent removal job. Marwan did an outstanding job in a remote setting and was very inexpensive. This is by far the best customer service I’ve had from any business in Albuquerque. I texted the number listed on the website with my issue about 30 mins after the business stated it was closed. I sent some pictures of my dent issue expecting an answer the next business day, but I got an immediate response (not saying this is always the expectation, but it was a refreshing surprise). I’m simply amazed at the work Khalid accomplished on my tailgate! I went to get firewood last weekend and a log made contact with the tailgate on my nearly new truck and left the tailgate dented significantly. My Audi's door was hit in a parking lot by another car, which I wittnessed. My insurance company wanted me to get a quote so they could proceed with a claim towards the other drivers insurance. I had a small front fender dent with scuff marks after a minor fender bender. When I asked an auto body shop about an estimate I was told that it would cost more than 1000 dollars. The fender bender happened several years ago and I started looking in to paintless dent repair and came across International Dent. I sent a quick inquiry through the website and Khalid the owner responded within a few hours and asked for some pictures to give me an estimate. He told me $95 and that he would be able to buff out the scratches. We had a little trouble finding a time for Khalid to complete the work due to my schedule but he was very accommodating and always easy to get a hold of by either text or phone call. He came to my house and it was all done within 30 minutes. The car looks like there was never any damage there. He is very professional, honest, forthright and obviously loves what he does because he does it with a passion. I'd recommend Intdent (international dent) and Khalid to anyone who needs some help with dent repair. ( I also want to note that I khalid was very honest because there was another small dent on my car that I asked him if he could fix and he was honest telling me that he could do it but it wouldn't come out right and that it wouldn't be worth my money.)

Khalid is very genuine and honest about what can or can’t be done when it comes to repairs. Having purchased a used vehicle it had a few minor dents that required cosmetic work. Khalid was able to get out all but one minor dent due to the location. The dent is located on a curve on the door frame of the vehicle. Khalid said that he would not drill into the frame that it would alter the integrity of the frame and airbag which would cause safety issues. Not only did I receive excellent service at a fair price, Khalid was kind enough to remove water spots from my mirrors and removed excess road film from my windshield. Recently a curb with metal crushing teeth ran into the rim of my car. Khalid got me in on short notice and had a staff member repair the bite marks. I contacted International Dent two weeks ago to repair a dent in my passenger's side door which was left by someone's inattentive parking. I was concerned due to the location of the dent, which occurred on a portion of the panel with a sharp angle. I did some cursory research, and International Dent was one of two shops in the Albuquerque area that had consistently stellar reviews, so I decided to go with whichever shop contacted me back first -- which was International Dent. The process of setting up an estimate and an appointment was straightforward: you text them a few photos of the dent, they call you back with an estimate -- all within minutes -- and then you setup an appointment. I setup the appointment on a Friday and they were able to set up the appointment for their next business day, which was Monday. They performed the work outside my workplace. I asked if I could watch, mostly out of curiosity. Now this type of request would drive most people mad -- but he was totally fine with it, and overall, just incredibly friendly. And ultimately, I have to say that I did not realize the amount of, well, "artistry" that is involved in this process, because I literally saw him completely remove the dent in probably five minutes, at most. I was very impressed with International Dent, and while I hope I don't have to deal with this kind of situation in the future, this is the first shop I will contact if I do have to.

I curbed two wheels on my 2013 Sonata less than a week after owning it, Intdent came out and performed the repair very quickly and the wheels look great, you can't even tell that I scraped them up. They have also removed dents and restored the headlights on two civics and one accord that I've owned, as well as performed touchup and a dent removal on the rear bumper of my gf's Mazda. I highly recommend these guys! They did a great job fixing a chipped windshield on my Sonata as well.

I’ve been watching him work and I’ve seen his work first person on previous vehicles and the scratches are buffed And repaired back to factory. He performed a window chip repair in an astonishing amount of time and the star and it was in the windshield was invisible. I’ve seen some wheels that were curb rashed that he repaired. And some dents that were on the door panels and bumpers or even taken out before your eyes. Amazing work!!!

He is super meticulous and professional. I had a nasty gash on my Forgeline 3 piece wheels that he was able to make look like new. One wheel cost 3500, and he save me a major headache. He was able to touchup a few rock chips as well. My GTO has been service many times for door dings and other dents and looks cherry to this day. We needed a thorough interior detailing for our Dodge Durango. The owner answered the phone every time I called. I called several other detailing services in town and never even received a call back. The shop is located behind th Sandia BMW dealership. There are no signs but the gentleman I had spoken with was very helpful in meeting me in the front of the dealership to drop of the car. The particular issue I had on my black car door interior was a stubborn "organic zinc sunscreen" that left white smudges that I could not get off. I won't reveal his magic but the results were beautiful. The car looked and smelled like new. The price was reasonable and competitive with certain other big car washes in town that do not deliver the level of professionalism and results that this detailing shop delivered. Thank you!
