My back window was shattered. Called Safelite because it was the first people you think of. It was over $500 to get it replaced and I had to wait 3 days. You can't leave your car on a New York street with the back window busted out and plastic covering it for 3 days. Called around and got the run around until I spoke with Deborah. She was so friendly and professional. She scheduled me for that day, sent me everything I needed via email and told me to call her when it was done to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. The process was seamless, easy and I was able to get my car fixed the same day at $300 all in! I highly recommend them.

This place is EXCELLENT. The price is unbeatable, the work was pristine on my new windshield, and even small details were paid attention to (like making sure I didn’t get back in to a seat full of glass, and rescuing my inspection and registration stickers!). The team went above and beyond and showed me friendliness kindness while I was having a really awful day. All around: great people, great service, great work, and great prices, I highly highly recommend this shop.

Don’t just drive up and expect on demand service they have to order the glass for you. You can pay a deposit and they’ll order the glass and you come back to get the glass replaced it’s first come first serve. The service is professional once they get the glass the service is fast

The glass was installed professionally and quickly once they got the replacement window. They have a tight space there on Atlantic but the staff was responsive and thorough. Nobody is in a good mood after having their car broken into, but these folks never broke stride. I will be back to have my windows tinted soon.

We had to get our back window replaced after it was damaged and unsalvageable. We called Auto Glass and spoke to Bisi and she very helpful. She even got on the phone with us and our insurance company to make sure the mirror was covered. The accident happened on Saturday morning and they weren’t able to do the replacement until Monday morning however they went above and beyond and allows us to leave the car at their facility until Monday when it got fixed. We highly recommend Auto Glass and their services. We will be returning for future repairs.

After waking up one morning to find the drivers side passenger window had been broken out overnight I found Auto Glass Best Prices on Google. They didn't have the window I needed, but quickly got it within a few hours! My window was repaired by that same evening. It's not everyday you get prompt service like this. Called in the morning to get my front passenger side window fixed and the lady told me she'd call me back in a few minutes to make sure they have the part. They called me back, telling me to come to the address they sent and then said I was number 4 in line, but no one was there yet so they cleaned up my car first for the glass fragments. Waited for 2 hours ish at a coffee shop (thought it was gonna take longer with other people in front of me), and they called me again letting me know it's done. Results were great, although there are still some fragments stuck inside the door handle making it a bit hard to open the door from inside, but they did a really good job. Looks like new and fits the frame perfectly. I'll just have to shake the door a bit to get the fragments out little by little. Really recommend this place to anyone needing their car window replaced. Just make sure to call in advance.

Customer service was amazing from first phone call to checkout. I was lucky enough to call and make an appointment before the last glass delivery to the shop of the day. I called Monday around 1:30 and I received a call that my glass was in and ready just before 4pm. Once I got there, from turning off my ignition, to restarting my Jeep to leave was only 27 minutes. Not even a joke. Elmer the glass guy was such a pro. An autobody or auto glass shop is the last place anyone really wants to go back to, but if I need any glass replacement in the future I know exactly who I’m calling. Four thumbs up, including my toes.

When they say best prices, they aren't kidding! Still, the best prices in the world would mean very little if the service wasn't good. Fortunately, dealing with Auto Glass Best Prices was a pleasant experience from the day I called, to the moment I left the shop. I called them one night - shortly before closing - concerning a front passenger glass replacent. The lady on the phone spoke kindly with me and was patient enough to answer my questions. She explained that the glass would come by tomorrow, I will be second in line, and will receive a call around 12:30 in the afternoon. In my mind, I immediately thought they were making a promises they couldn't keep. when I got the call the next day around the promised time, I was prepared to hear the ole 'delayed shipping' excuse. But instead, I got; "Mr Smith, you can come in now." That kicked business off to a pleasant start, and things continued that way once I got there. The service technician that worked on my car clearly knew his work. He was meticulous in his craft and even vacuumed my car afterwards, saving me the effort at the gas station. It's little things like those that sets certain companies apart from the rest. The job was very well done, and I left totally satisfied. I plan to go there in the near future for some tints, and I'd recommend them for all your auto-glass related needs. They have my highest recommendation! Keep up the good work!

These people saved my bacon. A huge block of ice crashed from the roof into my car windshield. I couldn't get an appt with my insurance company's glass shop for 5 days and a snowstorm is predicted for tonight. I called my neighborhood glass shop who said I could come in today. I immediately brought it in, they ordered the glass and got it by noon. I picked up the car this evening. They did a beautiful job, vacuumed up all the glass, and even put the stickers back. Ingrid kept me informed all during the day. I definitely will go back and recommend it to friends.

We were in need of a window replacement on a Friday evening... everywhere in the NYC area were closing. We called Auto Glass Best Prices spoke with Carmen she informed us she would be able to put a temporary window until the next morning and she will have her technician stay late to place the temp window. We were arriving late due to traffic she was extremely helpful and informed us it’s no problem they will wait for us. We arrived they automatically started working on the car. She ordered a window and made sure it was a window that matches with the other back windows ( tints on a Honda Pilot rear window) She was aware we are on a tight work schedule she were fantastic with our timing and the next morning they were able to complete the job. I would highly recommend this location for multiple reasons. One- customer service ( 5 stars) Two- Quality of work ( 5 stars ) three- Price was on the budget since a temporary glass was installed (5 stars) Also, multiple other cars were getting windows installed and they escalated which cars needed to be worked first on.
