I cannot put into words how HIGHLY SATISFIED I am with the service they all provided. Since I called to inquire about the price and to schedule an appointment they have been nothing but extremely professional AND kind. My mom's car was unfortunately shattered from a rock thrown up from a weed eater machine so we needed to get service ASAP and I was able to get an appointment for the following day first thing in the morning. I was greeted by a kind and warm smile and was addressed by my name, which it's weird to say but I appreciated that A LOT, it made me feel less anxious since I suffer from social anxiety. The gentleman that installed the windshield was so kind and professional as well. Service was quick and went above and beyond in what I came in for - the gentleman cleaned the shattered glass and made sure there were no pieces left which AGAIN I APPRECIATED that so much. I have never been to a business with such great customer service and high level of professionalism. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business for your next auto glass repair/installation! Price was so affordable, too! I inquired at another shop and it was almost twice the price to get the windshield installed and their customer service was nonexistent. Again, thank you for a top notch service everyone!! I send you so many blessings & I hope the business always keeps growing!

Got a windshield replaced and I couldn't recommend the more highly. Friendly, professional, thoughtful, efficient. I was even impressed by the way that they worked with other customers. I wish I could remember their names but the two guys that look like brothers working in the office were killing it. My mom's truck was unfortunately broken into, and this friendly establishment right here took care of me during a crunch when I needed to get her window fixed quickly—top-tier professionalism from the entire staff & the customer service was 10/10. The manager, Aaron Waters, greeted me with a smile and displayed a lot of charisma when I walked in, making me feel at home. He also didn’t mind that I called the front desk about five times to give updates on my ETA lmao and gave me advice on going to a junkyard to retrieve the window since they didn’t have it in stock. The technician, John, who repaired my window went above & beyond. He is incredibly knowledgeable with a genuine love for his craft. The service was quick, efficient, and done with the utmost care. Even while waiting, I was given courtesy updates of how much longer the service would take, and every customer who walked in inquiring about service or picking up their cars was treated with warmth and kindness. I noticed that the manager would greet the customers by their first names, which was an effortless but nice touch. Auto Glass Now better give all these bruthas a raise from the manager down the list. Listen, if you want your glass needs taken care of while being treated with respect and great hospitality, then look no further. This is the spot to go to! I can’t rave about the service enough.

What could have been a problem was fixed by Aaron (?) I had confirmed that the the rear passenger replacement window was in stock. But when I got to the shop I found out the ancillary parts had not been . Aaron told me that they hopefully could make it right by reusing the parts from the old window. They checked the old window parts and used them with the new window. It worked and the problem was fixed. K

Did a quick Google check to find competitive prices for windshield replacement for a 2022 vehicle. AGN had very competitive pricing. I arrived 5 minutes late; they had the car in the service bay 5 minutes later, and I drove out with a new windshield 30 minutes later. Did not catch the young man's name who handled the replacement, but these guys are about their business. I highly recommend this company.

I loved it. The young man ( I regret not getting his name) who installed my windshield answered all my questions. Thus was my first time ever getting my windshield in installed so I didn't know what was going on but he was so patient and kind in answering my questions. The price was AFFORDABLE I will repeat again AFFORDABLE. There was a lady at the front desk professional and kind in all manner. There were some hiccups but they were minor and the overall service made those issues seem not important. Issue one I was told first come first serve and I could walk in anytime for my appointment. Came in early they said the windshield was not there yet and scheduled to arrive at certain time. How it didn't bother me, I went home called at that time and windshield was there was told I could come on and start the process. 2 issues I arrived had to wait a little how it didn't bother me I don't know anything about windshield installation but I understood that they should take whatever time needed to complete the job properly for the previous car because I would want someone to be patient while my car was being done. Also they offered that I can leave the car and return later if I wanted. For a first time experience I am glad i went there.

I had cracked my windshield by accident and I didn't want to go thru my insurance company to have it replaced. I went online to search for affordable wi dow reacement shops and Auto Glass Now was one of the places that c ame up in the search query. I contacted Auto Glass Now for a quote (which was priced a couple of hundred below other quotes that I received); I decided to let them replace the windshield. The day of service, I arrived and was greeted professionally and politely by a staff member. The Glass was already delivered to their shop. They installed the glass the same day while I waited in the customer lounge... they worked very hard and really fast. I was exceptionally please by the fastness and quality of their work. I'd refer any and everyone to Auto Glass Now for your window repair needs. They're grreat!!!

I went here because my son had gone and raved about the friendliness of the staff, the efficiency of the staff and the price of the windshield. Upon my arrival, they were busy which was a good sign. I didn't have an appointment so I knew I was going to have to wait a while which was not a problem. Actually, they were able to take me sooner than I anticipated which was great. It didn't take long for them to install my new windshield which was also great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The price was unbeatable. I checked the windshield out after it was finished and it looked good. Here comes the problem which us why they only received 3 stars and not more. As I drove away, I went to untape my inspection sticker and realized the inspection sticker they put back on my car windshield was not mine. I turned around and went back to the shop to let them know that I had the wrong sticker on my car. I realize accidents do happen which is why I hurried back so that they could rectify the mistake. The one who did my window shield was adamant that he put the same sticker on when it was done. The sticker that they glued on expires at the end of February of this year and MY sticker expires November of this year. MY sticker has an extra piece of paper attached advertising for people to become donors. I purposely taped it down before I arrived to make it easier for them to scrape off. The one they put on my windshield has no extra paper or perforated edges where they could have accidentally torn the extra piece off. They looked and said they could not find it. My guess is that it either got thrown in trash or put on someone else's car, by accident. Now, I have to try and get an appointment at the MVA before the end of the month to get another sticker or risk getting pulled over by Virginia police and fined. I would recommend that if you are going here to have a windshield replaced that you take a picture of your windshield and whatever is stuck on it prior to letting them work on it. Otherwise, Auto Glass Now is a good place to go to get your windshield replaced.

The window regulator broke in my older Honda Element. Though it was the mechanism that controlled the window and not broken glass, I guessed these guys might know something about it and would almost certainly be cheaper than the dealer. I called first. After getting the details, a lady told me that they could do the job, but did not stock parts. I took my car in, and a gentleman (Anthony?) inspected the window. He confirmed that it was a bad regulator and told me a couple of places I could get the part. I returned in the afternoon, and they installed it while I waited. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful, and I'm satisfied with the work performed. It was a very good experience.

I called 10+ different places, very last minute. Requesting a windshield replacement. No one could do it while I waited for my cat who was having a procedure at the Vet in Silver Spring. I live in Westminster now, but was in the area. It seemed like a tall order to fill, but then I found Auto Glass Now in Lanham,& they could get me in within 90 minutes! The way they work is they order each model of glass, & schedule accordingly to when it’s dropped off. It was delivered within that 15-30 minute time frame,& the friendly staff got me in and out, a lot before my estimated time frame. They have excellent competitive prices,& they work on a schedule. They offer appointments that day & most places lk Safelite, cannot do that. Plus, Safelite was 40+% more expensive! This place warranties their work,& it was an overall great experience. I highly recommend this one in Lanham, at least!

Last week I had a frustrating accident where my rear windshield had exploded after hitting a stand pipe in a parking garage. I reached out to this organization upon which they immediately ordered the replacement glass for me and scheduled an appointment for next week. Arrive to the location and the technicians were ready to install the glass. Unfortunately the glass that was ordered was a mismatch however they immediately ordered the correct glass for the rear windshield. This glass was particularly difficult to find at many glass shops in the area so I definitely appreciate them for taking the time to find the exact match for my vehicle. I came back today and had the correct glass installed on my truck without an issue. The technicians Bryson and Tyrrell were very knowledgeable and took care when making the installation. They even took the extra step to vacuum any glass debris that had been there since last week when the accident occurred. Many thanks to Natalie for getting the glass order resolved as well as to Nicole for keeping me updated about the status. I highly recommend them.

However, I made a 2pm appointment and they didn't start working on my truck until 330pm. I noticed other people in the same boat as me, (waiting). We had a passenger window explode on Monday afternoon. They were able to find the correct window and replace it that afternoon. This is the third time we have used them and I will use them again if needed. The technician vacuumed up all the broken glass, showed me a potential issue with the molding, then fixed it rather than try to sell me something I didn't need. The managers and the tech were great. Not an issue, (and is disclosed up front) but be aware if you use a credit card, there is a 4% fee, none for debit. I was very happy with the service!

Today my window got busted by a careless driver. I called around to places and the wonderful lady Mel answered the phone. She instructed what to do as far as calling insurance and didn't hesitate to answer any questions. Literally a hour I was in process of getting my windshield fixed and the whole staff made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. When I talked to Mel she even informed me that they waived the 200 deductible for me. Which was a relief. I couldn't of had a better experience there. Since I have to attend to a child in school during most of their business hours, they allowed me to come in by 5pm to fix my horribly wide windshield crack on April 23, 2015. Unfortunately, 4 days later on April 27 I got a small chip in the same windshield from a random flying rock while driving in an unpaved construction zone. I called and they welcomed me to take advantage of a special, limited-time repair offer. Could be free! On my way back!

Used them years ago, at least $250 less than any other windshield replacement place i called. Pretty sure the windshield came with a warranty and I’ve had this for at least 4 years, no leaks, cracks, chips, etc. The location might be sketchy but they take care of you!

I just had my windshield 2 weeks ago me and my boyfriend. Yes they are 2 ladies there, one is asian and one is the manager I don't really know I think Iranian, they are nice especially the new one. The manager is yelling over the phone and we heard all the yell and screaming and I think she fire one of her mobile man well we don't really know exactly what is going on and were not there to listen everything, but unfortunately we are sitting and waiting for our car, and this Lady is so mad that she's shaking, she seems to be a nice woman but I think she loose temper so fast, all she have to do is wait for the guy and talk to him privately, instead of screaming and shouting over the phone, she is so unproffesional, she don't even think theres some people listening on them. I guess this woman needs to sit down and observe her attitude, I have no questions with their price or service(so far) but only the Manager she's kind of hot temper and easily get upset. She needs to calm down or else all her employee will leave the job and will not be happy working with her. This is just my opinion, no matter how good you are with the companyand how hard you work, I guess you need to be good with your people also, let them feel that you care for them I used to be a manager in big store but so far I get along with my people. I will still rate them Good.

Well it's my husband who call this business, and the lady gave us a good/fair price, I don't know much of this prices of glasses so when my husband requested me to bring it there I patiently observed, and so far I like their customer service, there are 2 ladies who accomodate me and gave me a lot of answers to my questions, I noticed that the other lady is new but she's trying her best to help me although I think she's not much knowledgeable on cars, but shes very nice. (I think shes an asian) The other lady which I think she's a manager there she gave me a lot of answers to my questions which obviously worked there for so long, but I noticed her too much hyper and banging some calls which surprise me a lot, If I will be on the other line talking to her I would call back and asked where is she located and ask for fight hahaha. anyway I guess this manager only know howto be nice to the people who will be interested to buy their glass and services but if not she will be mean, hang up on you or even bang the phone on you which is not good I guess she forgot there is customer waiting and hearing everything. This lady needs to calm herself.
