Lee was professional and knowledgeable about any type of sunroof repair. Very responsive to calls and updates. He ordered and replaced my panoramic size sunroof broken glass in a timely manner - on site at my house. While replacing the glass, he discovered that the track was also broken, which required another order and visit to fix the auto window opener. A second visit was needed to install a new track. Lee again arrived on time as scheduled. He worked with the insurance company on the claim. Lee is very unique and the only one I could find in Hampton Roads who knows about specialty/custom sunroofs like mine. I would recommend that you call him first before spending hours searching for someone who knows what they are talking about.

I wish I could give him 10 stars! If you want somebody honest that you can trust 1,000%, call now! We had a sunroof in my sons 4Runner that was off track and well, it was just broke! We didn’t want to invest the money into putting an entirely new sunroof in. Lee was able to get it back in place and disconnect the power so that it didn’t get off track again. It worked out perfect and saved us a lot of money. We will use him for any issues we ever have moving forward. I would also happily refer him to friends or family that needed window repairs. Super nice guy, he came out right away, his work was clean & perfect, he was honest and punctual! What more can you ask for?!

From the materials needed what it does, and the outcome. He was fast, clean and effective. I would definitely recommend using him again if I needed any type of car glass serving and repair.
