Very professional! I got in for an appt quickly and everyone in the office was attentive and nice. When the after market glass didn’t fit, they ordered OEM and were nice enough to leave the after market glass in so I could use my car. Although I was initially skeptical to use the texting method for my original contact with the company, it worked out great as Danny was very quick to respond and continued to update me when he needed to. I’d definitely use Kaizen again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs professional service. These guys know what they’re doing. The waiting area is clean and equipped with a big screen tv as well as complimentary drinks. You can’t go wrong with Kaizen! Thank you Danny!

Overall great business for auto glass repair. Response to inquiries was quick. All transactions are done electronically without issues for this modern age. The office and waiting room is extremely clean! Many choices of free entertainment on the tv with coffee, snacks, and other drinks while waiting for work to finish. We had our windshield replaced at Kaizen. Originally we wanted to do the mobile (where they come to you), but their van broke down the day before. We were able to make it work for us to come in to the shop the same time as our appointment was already scheduled for. It only took an hour for the windshield to be replaced, which is what they estimated. I communicated with someone via text for schedule and they were responsive. Kyle is who helped us in person and whose name is on our paperwork as the technician. Kyle was nice and it’s so great to have a new beautiful windshield! They also had competitive pricing.

Wow! We had an amazing experience at Kaizen. On our roadtrip from California a rock hit our windshield glass and left a remarkable crack touching the left edge and about 12” across. We called and the staff at Kaizen knew for a fact we had to replace our windshield so we went ahead and did so. The cost was about $300 for our Toyota Camry and Kaizen communicated that through the whole way. After 1 hr we got a brand new windshield and it didn’t even feel that long because we were enjoying ourselves to the la croix, cookies, and netflix on the comfy couch :-) Thanks so much Kaizen! ❤️

I must say I was a little apprehensive when I called, had to leave a message and then Danny sent me a message on my phone to set up the appointment. However, I must say they have a system and it is amazing. There were weather issues the day of my appointment, messages back and forth with Danny, and when it looked like things were not going to work he rescheduled me for the following day. The people there are kind, attentive, and very focus driven. Great waiting room if you choose to wait for your vehicle. They get the job done, they are professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I whole heartedly recommend them for any of your glass service needs. They are amazing.

Found this company on a whim on Yelp as I’m new to the Vancouver area. Lucky for me, they’re 2 mins from my house! They were super responsive to my request for quote and cheaper than several other quotes I received. I was able to make an appt on a Saturday which helped with my schedule. They were very quick (only 2 hours!) and the windshield looks amazing. If I ever need a windshield replacement again, I’ll definitely come back!

Quick and easy experience! Was trying to get quotes all over Vancouver for a window replacement on my car, it was Sunday and wasn’t expecting to hear anything from anyone until Monday. They took the time out to reply even though they were closed and it was Sunday! My phone ringer was off so I didn’t get a chance to respond to the message until 3 hours later (after 10pm). Immediately I got a response and an appointment for the next morning!! Very grateful and they were super nice!! Would recommend to anyone! It was chilly with no window.. and having the plastic to cover it had people treating me differently like I stole it 😂 but it’s all fixed now and beautifully done.

They did a fantastic job on my 89 s10, including replacing the windshield, fixing rust underneath it and making my windshield seal look brand new again after years of sun-baked tape gunk hardened on it. I plan to bring my other vehicle back at a future time for a windshield replacement as well. 10/10 job. Technician was cool, waiting room was nice and had Netflix and refreshments available and comfortable seating.

2 months ago my wife's Mercedes Benz E300 stopped working. Two blocks from home and it wouldn't start. Simply the key wouldn't turn the car on anymore. I believe, I KNOW I'm mechanically inclined. I tried for two hours, researched online, even called a close friend who manages an auto repair shop and 20 years experience on top and still the car wouldn't start. $250 to be towed home that night. I was very frustrated. I kept trying to fix the next day getting more and more frustrated. Still no resolution. I called ALL locksmiths and local mechanic shops trying to find someone who could fix it .......still no one. 2 months go by and I'm about to give up when my friend who managed the auto shop sends me this # in a message. The # for Kaizen Automotive. I live in the Tacoma area....2 and a half hours from their shop. They were hands down, the most professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and timely automotive shop I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Gian had my wife's Mercedes running in a couple hours. When we were just about to sell it for an unreasonably low price. If I can recommend anyone to work on your vehicle,it's KAIZEN! Had a new windshield installed on our ‘21 4runner. Met the shop owner on drop off, who was friendly and polite. They used OEM glass for replacement (which I insisted on), and they replaced it cleanly, quickly (before my quoted finish time) and with zero issues. The vehicle driving systems were recalibrated there on site, and I was provided a systems pass report. Payment was quick and easy. The ability to use texting as a form of communication between the shop and myself was very convenient for me. I recommend checking this shop out for any glass repair and will be back myself if I need replacement or repairs again.

Visited Kaizen Autoglass Thursday 2/11/2021. I scheduled an appointment for in the shop (appointment time 9:30am) on Monday 2/8/2021. I arrived early to my appointment today at 9am. Danny came out took photos of my vin, license plate and the chip in my windshield. I have a 2007 Honda CR-V. At 9:05am he took my keys and worked his magic in the back of the shop. I waited in the waiting room ( netflix on tv, assortment of refreshments; multiple types of tea, coffee, hot and cold water.). Waiting room has beautiful artwork a black modern sofa w/ two chairs and coffee table. Bathroom was clean. Paint and art in front of house is beautiful. Danny came back in at 9:25am. Repair looks awesome (only a small blemish on windshield). Danny takes payment through his phone. It was $65. If you have multiple chips to fix in the same visit, the first is $65 and every one after is $15. I also inquired about replacing my windshield as the glass is warped or something, Danny quoted $200 to $300. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Danny for the great service! No handicap parking available, nor handicap accessible in front of the shop, not sure about the rest of the building.

Someone smashed my window in order to steal an empty backpack. I looked up auto glass repair shops near me and Kaizen came up with almost unbelievably positive reviews, so I gave them a try. The service took less than an hour (for my make and model of car), I felt the price was fair, and the customer service was great. This was my first experience with Kaizen, and I'd 100% go back again. My passenger window was smashed in on Sunday afternoon, and by Sunday evening they had a quote to me and scheduled the work to be done first thing Monday morning. The waiting area was very comfortable, warm, tea coffee, treats, and Wi-Fi, all a bonus for me, as I was able to work comfortably. The owners were very nice, helpful, and personable.

The company is easy to find and was every bit as good as other Yelp and Google reviews reported: professional, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and fair pricing. The facility for waiting is clean and WiFi was fast. I included company on Yelp Estimates Request, they were very fast to respond and in mid-range of pricing. My 2005 Ford Escape windshield was available in either top solar tint band or clear. I didn't know which to choose as I had clear originally but John had already ordered both types so I could view and select what I wanted. That is Customer Orientation at its best! I had arranged appointment with John and Moses did the work. My car was finished when a rainstorm happened but not to worry, I was able to drive home and happy to report not even a hint of a leak! Definitely recommending this shop to friends.

Hands down, the best auto glass installers I have ever had work on any of my vehicles over the years, including the "big companies." I was within their location area, so they don't charge for coming to your home or business. They were so thorough and meticulous with every step of removing the old windshield, and the installation. Danny and his co-worker came out on 8/25 and replaced the windshield on my 2012 Jetta. They arrived within the 1-hour timeframe I was given and were professional. Their communication was good from the time of my quote request through completion of the work. Their price was about $20 cheaper than MS Glass and Safelite. The process took about 70 minutes. The final product looks good. I will wait a week and take it through a car wash to stress test the install work. My only comment is it would be nice if their service vehicle had logos on it. Overall, I would recommend Kaizen for auto glass replacement and will use them in the future if I need another windshield replaced.

What a great experience, Safelite canceled on me twice. They were the ones set up by my insurance company, worse than them canceling twice was that they waited until 2 hrs into their expected arrival time to call me to cancel. Anyway, I called Progressive who originally told me they don't go outside of their contract with Safelite which is FALSE. After persistence they told me about Kaizen and they are a 3rd party that they use, Danny called me within minutes of hanging up and got me in the same day, very nice guy and they knew all about recalibrating the adaptive lane control system on my Ford, that other shops don't do which normally causes a trip to the dealership to get done. I Highly recommend them.

These guys are great! I was having problems with water getting into my heater fan box and then soaking the passenger side floor on my 98 Suburban. They removed the window and found the issue of corrosion. They told me about it and did their best to fix the problem. After two weeks of driving, I have had no leaks. I am a very happy customer. I like how they just don't do the job but go the extra mile getting things fixed and didn't charge me more.They are great at communicating! I highly recommend them!

The process was fast and easy! On top of replacing my windshield they had also repaired my rearview mirror which was 1 less headache I had to worry about. While I waited for my windshield, they have a waiting room with a TV and Netflix so you don't get bored. If you choose not to wait around like I did, then you can also drop your car off and pick it up later. I highly recommend Kaizen, they went out of their way to try to help me with my sunroof that wouldn’t close. Even though they were over booked, they offered to come by our house and take a look. A small rock chip ignored for a day or two turned into a full blown crack across the windshield while stuck in traffic. I shopped around and requested a few quotes from shops and the thing about Kaizen that stood out to me was the friendly, very prompt service. I asked 3 shops for a quote early in the morning and Kaizen (John) responded back within minutes and we discussed several options and scheduling that would fit into our schedule. Our working hours conflict with his business hours, but John was extremely accommodating which I was pleased about. It shows you the extra mile these guys go for their customers. Even though 1 of the 3 shops I reached out to quoted me a little less, I went with Kaizen because of this. I brought the car in, dropped it off around 3PM and came back 2 hours later (after they had closed) and it was ready for us to take home. I'm sure it was done long before that, but the fact that they waited for me shows their customer service. Service was straight forward, friendly and prompt with reasonable/competitive prices. It's easy to like the work when it's new. It's even better to like it after a while. It has been almost 3 months since Kaizen replaced the windshield on my 1998 Truck. I like it! Big thanks to these guys for replacing my window regulator (motor for window movement). Window went down and never came back up just when it was about to rain. These guys showed up to my job while i was away and basically raised my window up and taped it so it wouldn’t rain inside for FREE and did a diagnostic on it. No muss, no fuss, and really nice folks working there. I looked up the OEM brand name of the replacement, and its a highly-rated windshield used by lots of high-end auto makers. Good news bad news bad news some dirt bag smash my window good news they didn't take anything good news went to lbq got a new window good price took it to Kaizen they were across town but allowed me to meet them on a job near my house two for one deal haha they were fast and efficient when it came down to put the window in it turned out it was a wrong window and the mounting bracket was broke so they let me buy one from their supplier at their own cost we return the glass to lpq put mine in Send Me On My Way and here I am with an A+ review thank you guys I will pass out your card to anyone peace and love
