Super great service!! I was super happy with my windshield install for my Range Rover. Great pricing! From the beginning it was easy to get my info to them with a simple pic of my windshield and vin then asked me what day. gave my work address and was DONE! The easiest ever. Tech was so nice and professional. I Will always use HIGH TECH!

Absolutely A+ service! Their whole staff was incredible and the installer was excellent. It can be stressful when your front windshield completely cracks from road rocks but they really made it feel seamless and the customer service was amazing. They followed up with a call the next day to make sure I was satisfied and no one really does that anymore so I appreciate their follow through. I highly recommend this family owned business to all!

This is the second time I have used this company and I love them. They are very professional and great at communicating. Only took them about 10 minutes to install my windshield. Plus they come out to you which is a plus. Customer service was fantastic and they gave me a really good discount for being a returning customer. The representative did a great job working with me to find a comfortable price for the replacement. The installation was great the gentleman man was quick. The only issue I had is when I scheduled the appointment the representative had told me she was going to have the windshield tinted the day before the installment and make a note that I wanted the installment done as early as possible. She had scheduled the appointment from 8:00 to noon and I had cleared my morning for it. But wasn’t updated till about 10:00 am that because the tinted the window in the morning they had to wait till in dried so I had to wait till noon to 4:00 pm instead. I understand stuff like this happens but I would have liked to had received a call or text at 8 am to let me know about the situation.

A rock hit my side window and completely shattered it, and they were able to get out to my house the next day and switch out the window for me. The installer was on time, very polite and seemed to know what he was doing, and it was incredibly quick. They are awesome I would definitely use them again! Also, I read the one star review and those people didn’t even use this company so don’t use that review for reference. This company is awesome :)

I was looking around at replacing my cars windshield.. it was terrible with atleast a 11-12 in crack. Obviously I needed an entire new windshield.. Christina that helps run appointments is SO helpful. I did call one other place before here but she sure did win my business.. she took her time with me which was really nice. She was more than helpful to explain anything I didn't understand. This is a local family business I am HAPPY I was able to help support! It was very personable and Christina did everything in her power to make sure I was comfortable and the process was feesible for myself. I made a call here and they worked with me to get my window fixed the same day ( which I appreciate more then they know). I was giving a time of arrival which they came and gave me a 30 minutes call ahead to let me know they were on their way. And the price was great it was about $100 cheaper then safelite and they came to my location also which was perfect! My work schedule is very hectic, this company chased me from job to job with my new windshield, Saturday they came to work, scheduled appointment was from 8am until 12pm, 9:30 my new windshield was in with warranty. Great company, can't beet their prices, highly recommend them. If you need windshield repair or replacement these this is the go too company.

After getting the run around with two other glass companies, I decided to call High Tech. Esther was amazing, and was able to help me where the other two companies couldn't. They showed up a day late, but called in advance about the windshield they had in stock was damaged, so they needed to get one from Tucson and schedule the following day. I was impressed by that professionalism, and concern that they didn't want to install something damaged. When they did arrive, preceded by a text to let me know, the tech went right to work and got the new windshield in fairly quickly. He also explained when to remove the tape and other various precautions with the new windshield, and the work he did looked great. Awesome job, and I'd definitely recommend them, and I will certainly use them again!

I had to have my windshield replaced ASAP and they said they could do everything the same day, could get me in the 1st day after xmas and $75off. I read the reviews after I made the appt and they were not good but I hoped for the best. They said 8-12pm and he arrived at 9:15am, It took appox 1 1/2 hrs on my Genesis. They told me the recalibration would be the next day. I explained that I needed it done the same day as I was told because I needed to go out of town. He made a call and within that hr the guy was at my door to recalibrate my car. I COULD NOT have asked for better service. These guys were GREAT, very accommodating, professional and also gave me a follow up call to make sure I was happy with their service. From my experience with them, I would definitely recommend High-Tech Auto Glass.

I just had my window replaced yesterday, so I'm not sure what it will be like in the long term, but so far so good. It came w/ a warranty so I'm sure it will be fine either way. They showed up and replaced it very quickly. I didn't use insurance so I was surprised at the great price. I will never use Safelite again- not only are these guys far far cheaper, but they didn't add an additional fee for coming to my house to install it.

This place was amazing. I checked out Safelite first because they’re obviously so popular. The quote was insane. I called this place because they had great reviews and the quote was $400 less. Insanity. So I was able to book it for the next day. The window was 2-6 so I assumed they’d be somewhere in the middle. I got a call at 1:45 asking if the technician could be there in 15 mins. He was right on time was super nice and professional and the whole thing was done in maybe 20 mins. Amazing quality, price and professionalism. 10/10 recommend. Never using anywhere else.

So far, so good with windshield, but when the bill came I was surprised to see the out the door price had increased by more than $100 over what I was qouted. Then when l questioned, I was given an attitude and told I was in the wrong. I know what I was told the price would be and it wasn't. Who doesn't want a qoute that is out the door with tax and no hidden upcharges? My advice to you if you are shopping companies, be sure to get your quotes in writing, especially with these guys. Other than the shady backdoor billing and them not providing me with an invoice (even upon my request), the install was on time and quick.

This company was amazing! Mike was incredible, My insurance company Noblr took a day and a half to approved our glass claim. Mike kept in touch with me and my insurance company throughout the entire process to make sure our car was taken care of. He went WAY above and beyond. I called several glass replacement companies before I called High Tech and High Tech is the ONLY company that seemed to want anyone's business. Jose our technician was incredible. He arrived on time, he was quick, professional and not only repaired the window and vacummed the glass, but before the window broke, it would slow down in certain spot when we would roll it up, now, it rolls up so smoothly. He left it better than it was before it was broken. Not only that, but They both shared some invaluable industry knowledge with me for the future and for preventative measures. **This is an update to my original post. I received a call shortly after entering this review, the Manager called to explain what happened, apologized, and rescheduled the service for today, Monday. The technician arrived at the time promised, completed the work. He was friendly, completed the work fast and the window looks great. Although Saturday’s missed appointment was inconvenient, the Manager made sure things were taken care of promptly. For these reasons I have changed my rating to 4 stars. ** Scheduled mobile glass replacement for my front windshield, I was given a 4 hour window for today 2-6pm, no one ever showed. I called no answer, I did receive a call back from a woman saying she saw a missed call how could she help. I asked for her to have the repair person call or text with eta, and I never heard back. High Tech should pay me the $100.00 anyway for waisting my afternoon. Won’t be seeking their service again nor recommend it.

On the 60 freeway, a rock behind a dump truck hit my windshield while I was traveling 70 mph on Monday. It cracked. Thought nothing of it. It's Thursday and the crack grew fast! I researched auto glass all over google when I came across High Tech Auto Glass offering cash with an insurance approved repair or replacement. I thought, "Sure why not." These guys came same day I called , and replaced all the components and glass of my BMW 3 Series in 27 mins! First of all they mean it when they say ‘same day or next day service’! I had a company flake on me that was supposed to show up and when I needed my windshield replaced that day I called a bunch of companies and HIGH TECH was the only one that accepted the challenge to get my windshield replaced within 3 hours. I had a unfortunate accident in my garage, where a floor lamp went through the rear window of my Jeep Patriot. I called xxxxxxxx and they quoted me a very high price and they could not repair it for 2 weeks. I then looked around on Google and found Hi-Tech. I called them on Thursday and they said they could come on Saturday. They did have trouble locating my rear window, so they rescheduled for Monday. The installer, Richard, went over and above what he had to do for me. It took him all morning, to locate a window that was not damaged. He ended up going to two warehouses to get a decent window. When he did arrive, he was very professional, very personable, and very very thorough. I am extremely pleased with my window and installation, and should I ever need another window, hopefully not, I would definitely call this company. Thank you Richard 4 your top of the line installation, and search for my window. I truly appreciate it.

Thought I was calling NuVision but it ended up being High Tech. High Tech said they would stay away from NuVison for various reasons so i stayed on the phone with these guys. They called my insurance, USAA and they verifed my coverage I just wanted to try the cash back gimmick. I had 2 windshields replaced on the same day. One window refunded me $120 the other $75 both cash in hand. $195 ehh not bad, at least I have money for son's party. 7u< Now my experience. (2) windows for the same day only they brought the wrong windshield for the other vehicle. 1st crew, was (2) guys, one was new hardly spoke english, tge other guy was able to communicate and in HiTech glass uniforms shirt. They arrived in a pick up that was a mess. Windshield replacement went ok. In and out in 15-20 min and they cleaned up and handed me my $120. Next day for the next vehicle. 2-man crew again with the same new guy but with a different young kid. Same beat up green pickup truck. For some reason they could not get the windshield out and broke it into at least 3 pieces. Glass EVERYWHERE, outside vehicle hood area, inside dash, seats floor, omg. I left a call for someone to call me but no response yet. They did vacuum it for the most part but not really. A couple small chards in the driveway still as well as minor glass dust in the front passenger seat and drivers seat. This job took almost 75min. I just wanted them gone asap. I got pait my $75 for this repair, cash in hand. Next time I'll go with the recommended installers that my insurance recommends. The cash back for me wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. At the end of the day i have 2 windshields and cash back.

I have worked with this company in the past. They had to bring out 3 windshields before getting it right but compensated me for the time it took. This time I have been working with this company for 2 weeks to get my windshield replaced. The tech I had Carlos is not very friendly and is quite rude. The office staff worked diligently to finally get my replacement done they had to keep rescheduling for errors on the tech mostly. I HATED them 😂 but in the end I am now best friends with Abel! Still waiting for a call back from the owner for 4 days now but hey! I was compensated for my time and the 200 times I called them and I have my shiney new windshield!!!!

Had a quarter size star from a rock on the freeway. Made appointment and the tech team was prompt. I questioned why he did not drill the center of the star like I have seen them do before. He just set up the window mounted clamp and shot the resin in the hole. It did not work too well and you can still see some of the star legs. He said that that was the best he could do. Can’t RE-repair it now so I’m stuck. Will need to replace windshield. Would not use them again.

The came out to my vehicle early around 830 am which lets me know the driver started work before 8am. Even though their office doesn’t open until 8. I was told between 8 and noon. Well they get 5 stars for customer service. I almost always have had problems with other installers (from different companies) that would mess up by not putting the rearview mirror and it's cover on properly or by leaving adhesive on the interior of our car.
