They also do insurance auto glass replacement and it's free in the state of South Carolina! So free auto glass replacement, thats awesome! Give these guys a call, their workmanship is top notch.

The staff couldn’t have been more professional and knowledgeable. The establishment was very clean and accessible for my self and my wife, who is a quadriplegic wheelchair-bound. The total job was done to perfection, including the re-calibration of all the sensor units and even a road test to be sure everything was back to normal. Very seldom do I say this, but I would certainly highly recommend this business.

I’m so glad I chose them and didn’t go with my insurance prefer vendor, they are very flexible with schedule time , and are so helpful with all the process while going thru insurance, was able to got me the Mopar OEM replacement at no extra cost, and made sure I knew I can get my insurance to reimburse me for my previous tint windshield . 100% recommend

I am highly satisfied. Ed has a nice facility with a very modern waiting area. He went out of his way to take care of everything. Not only did he install the windshield but he even put the rear view mirror back on. My previous Safelite replacement did not install the mirror or have a place to mount it. I chose Ed's because when I checked Safelite they want you to leave your car all day which creates a hardship for me. Thank you Ed! You did a great job! Yall come see him for a first rate experience!

Drove in after finding them online and was hoping they'd be able to fix the cracked windshield on my Tacoma. Unfortunately it wasn't repairable so they scheduled me for the first appointment the following day. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance company then installed the windshield. I called here Wed 1/13/21, on my own, after 4 hours on the phone with Progressive. On the way to work my Jeep Wrangler front windshield was damaged. I was already scared because my windshield was spreading. Everyone else had given me 3-8 days away to repair my windshield. Ed promised me the next day and a certain time. AND he delivered. I would recommend you try this loyal and reliable guy. I'm so glad I ventured out on my own and gave him a try. By the way did I mention he accepted 98% of all insurance. AND there's a lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle. PLUS, he came on the job and fixed the windshield. Watch out Safelite,there's a new sheriff in town and his name is Ed!!!

After discussing windshield replacement glass with a number of businesses, it was clear to me I wanted to place my Jetta in Ed’s hands. The glass replacement chain companies were complacent and curt. I prefer to support a small businessman who takes great pride in his work. Ed informed me that there was glass for my car which had UV-blocking, infared-blocking, and sound-blocking qualities. No other place I spoke with gave me choices of upgrading my glass replacement. He highly suggested that mfg. instructions (wait an hour before driving) be followed to allow the epoxy to adhere after he did his work. I stayed in his clean waiting room throughout my visit there. His location is convenient off I-85, and his price was great, too. I would highly recommend speaking to him about your auto window replacement needs before choosing another company.

As I was driving down interstate 85 I caught a huge rock on my windshield. I called Ed's Auto Glass and they were able to quickly and efficiently change my windshield. They dealt with my insurance company for me and I didn't have to worry about a thing. This whole situation was quickly taken care of and I didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket! The wife backed into our mailbox the other day and we had to scramble to find someone to replace her back hatch window. Since we are brand new to the area we did not really know where to start outside of just searching the internet. She called probably 5 different glass companies in the surrounding area and Ed's came in with the best rate and the fastest turn around. The technician showed up exactly when he promised, replaced the window for the exact price that was promised and cleaned up the broken glass to our satisfaction. My Subaru was in dire need of a new windshield. I called around the Spartanburg area and Ed's Auto glass beat everyones price! I set an appointment, brought my car in and in no time at all i was out the door with a new windshield installed. It has been months since i have had the new windshield installed and i have yet to find a single thing to complain about. Customer service was great, they worked with my schedule, installation is flawless (no damage to car or such) AND the windshield still looks like new! If i ever need another windshield or glass replaced i will take it to Ed's Auto glass again WITHOUT hesitation.

Ed took the glass out and did a complete reseal, he also explained to me why the glass was leaking and informed me what he is doing to fix the problem and so I will never have this problem again. Not only did I leave the shop with a perfectly non leaking back glass but also with confidence that it was done right! Highly recommended! A+
