These guys were able to get me in to replace a window two days after my car had been broken into. They were cheaper than many other options I was able to find, as well as being able to get me in faster than anywhere else I found. The service was fast, and extremely well done. I'll definitely be coming back here for any future window repairs I may need.

These guys are the best! They always do a phenomenal job making it look better than it looked before someone smashed my window. This is the second time I’ve been here within a year after getting my window smashed for the second time. That’s practically most of their business fixing peoples smashed windows. I’ve used this place a few times. They provide great prices and even better service! When I went to get some windshield trim replaced, they easily reattached the existing trim and didn’t even charge me! In comparison, I was quoted a few hundred dollars at the dealership to replace the trim.

This place is the best. I had not been able to get my window replaced after my car was broken into because no one could get the part. I called in the morning hoping something had changed and Gilbert told me he would be able to get the part by 2 and had me come down at 230. The customer service was great and they are very efficient. Fast, efficient, and good price. Docked a point for repeated phone calls and confusion about where my car was in the process. For example, I got a phone call saying that it was done. Then I got another phone call 20 min later saying they would like to show me the options to fix my windshield in case I wanted to change my mind, or something like that. It was weird. I guess they don't use computers and maybe that's why they are so disorganized, like not even 1992. They got me in, fixed my windshield, all in about 1.5 hours at a good price. That's 4 stars. Quick turnaround, good prices! I'm a repeat customer as of today. The shop did my march 2019 windshield replacement quickly and I had no problems with it. Gilbert is the manager that I've talked with. Got a big and ugly chip again in the windshield this weekend (right in the line of view so ....) and I had to go ahead and replace rather than to "fix" it. Not a "fancy" place, but exactly what you'd need: quick service and quality work. I recommend them. Thanks Gilbert!

He let me know the current condition of the molding and the wipers wasn't the best and recommended I get them replaced, which I was able to do there as well. Called them and received the lowest quote on repairing a broken windshield on my Vanagon 84. All others couldnt find a replacement glass for broken glass windshields of this type. Although my glass was harder to access they replaced it in less than an hour. Quick and well done.

If you need a windshield replaced or a new oor window installed, this is the place to go. They will beat all others on price and have you in and out quickly. Using them twice, both times appointments were available next day and both done in less than 90 minutes. Quality work by qualified team. Multi-state network phone appointments. Seattle staff is very good. Much less cost compared to national chains. Now to find seattle parking in neighborhoods with less vandalism.

Victim of a smash and grab on a Saturday night. I probably called a dozen places to get quotes, and estimated wait times for inventory and installation. Replacing glass isn't cheap by any means, but MS Glass was priced very competitively, and were able to get the right part installed by the following Monday, when everywhere else I called (including the dealership) gave me an ETA of 1-2 weeks out. Gilbert and company were awesome, professional, and over delivered on their promises. The quality of their work met all of my standards as well. I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do I'm coming back to MS Glass in Seattle.

Amazing service! I brought my car in to have the gasket on my windshield resealed since the whole thing came undone. The guy was prompt and friendly. He took a quick peak, gave me a time estimate which was fairly quick! I was given clear instructions on the after-care while the sealant dried. I would highly recommend their service!

These guys were great. I was the victim of a smash and grab theft that destroyed my rear window and they got me in the day after I called, even though it happened to be a Saturday. Estimated 90 minutes for the fix and beat that time by nearly half an hour. Finally, auto glass fixes aren't cheap no matter how you slice it but their price was perfectly fair. Hoping to never have to go to them again for obvious reasons, but absolutely would pick them if it came down to it.

I had a great experience at MS Glass replacing a window on my car. Sam at the front desk was one of the better customer service people I have come across. He's got quite a sense of humor, and had empathy for myself and another customer who were visiting the shop after car break ins. Called at 9 am today to replace a small side window on our 2000 Jeep. They were able to get us in same day at 1 pm. Other places quoted us hundreds more for the same window. After calling around various places in Seattle (MANY didn't answer their phone during daytime business hours too), I left a quote request for my Yaris windshield replacement on their site and within a half hour I received and corresponded with someone via their chat site. They were able to quote and offer me to bring my car in same day (same day!) which I wasn't able to do but I booked few days later and they were fast and efficient. Lowest price I could find too. I expected to kill time around the neighborhood for 90 min (time they told me it'd be done) but after 40 min, they were all done! So far so good. If any problems arise over next few weeks with my replacement, I'll try to update this review. Definitely give them a try if you need any repair for your car!

Not sure how much a side window replacement costs (my friend referred me to this place and said it was best price/quality around). I was charged $320 for a broken rear window. I called in the morning and they booked me an afternoon appointment. This place had me in and out in 20 minutes. Great quality/service. Had zero issues and would recommend/return in the future.

I had a smash and grab out of a passenger rear window on my early 2000's Mazda hatchback and called around for quotes. The team at MS glass was quick to give me a quote, the window showed up in four days time, and they replaced it in UNDER AN HOUR. A younger guy behind the counter asked me if they did a good job and I said yes, but I didn't originally leave a review because I thought that it was a bit of a high price and that I should have done the work myself, but after a couple of weeks the team called me up and checked in, asking for feedback. This shop was quick, efficient, and clean, and took the absolute best care of me. Thank you so much, you guys just gained a regular customer! Well... Hopefully only as regularly as my glass needs come to fruition.

I came with Ford’s parts to replace my driver’s side power window regulator and motor assembly, but when they opened up my door, they discovered that my window simply slipped off the track and that I didn’t need the part that I just purchased from Ford. They fixed that problem, saving me a lot of $$$, and I was also able to have my back window fixed due to the savings I received from them. They are honest and hard working and is not out to take advantage of any customer. I was able to take back the part I bought from Ford and used it to buy a side mirror, which I’ll be having them replace it too. Thank you for doing a great job on my car and giving me a very reasonable price that I could afford. I’ll recommend my friends and anyone to have their car repairs there. 😀

Called around Seattle for a few quotes on windshield replacement and this place beat the competition by far. Was able to make a next day appointment despite my car being an ‘04. I called every VW dealer in the area and they told me my window was back ordered and not being made but when it was that it would cost 400 for labor and 200+ for parts. I’m a bar manager in the market and my vehicle had its windows busted in for my kids diaper bag. Not only did MS give me immediate service they went above and beyond and ordered two kinds of glass for me to make sure we got it right. It was done in one hour and with a year warranty. VW told me not to go out side of their recommendations and I’m so happy I did. The also removed all of the glass on my floors and seats seriously this place saved the day, my sanity and my money. Windshield looks great. But...The installer got greasy hand prints on the front interior risers and on the outside paint surfaces that were touched during replacement of my windshield. There were also a few places where the adhesive/sealer was left on the hood and outside surfaces. Not real happy about the condition that my vehicle was in when the job was completed. The service technician at MS Glass Outlet called and offered to clean the grease and sealer from my vehicle. Unfortunately, have already cleaned it. It took a few minutes to get it cleaned up. I appreciate the call and the offer. Thanks

Cracked my windshield and needed to get it fixed quickly. I called a bunch of places that couldn’t be able to get me in within a week or two. Great prices and FAST! I called several places to get an estimate on fixing or replacing the windshield on our 2016 Toyota Highlander. Their estimate was $75 - $150 less than everyone else. Sometimes that's a red flag, but I thought I'd give them a try. They requested a photo of the windshield to make sure they were replacing any and all sensors that might be imbedded in the windshield. I had an appointment at 8:15 in the morning. When I walked in, they took my car, offered me a seat in their small lobby and told me it would be anywhere from just under an hour to an hour and a half. I decided to wait onsite.... 30 minutes later, they were finished! The workmanship looks great, the windshield had several certifications, and I'm a very happy customer!

We had a chip in our windshield. I called in the morning and was told to go down and they will fix it. When I went down, Samuel got my paper work started and then proceeded to fix the chip (barely noticeable). It all done in a matter of 10 minutes. The best part all the billing was done through insurance, so just signature and I drove away. Samuel provided excellent service and did a great job fixing the chip.

After a car prowl, my insurance company referred the big guns, Speedy Auto Glass and Safelite. Upon trying to call them to fix my busted window, I was dismayed and frustrated because neither company could help me for at least four days and I never got to speak to a person while trying. After pushing buttons and being sent to schedule online, I decided to hop out and try to find a local shop that may be able to help me quicker so that I didn't have to see my car in that condition with shattered glass. MS Glass not only answer the phone immediately (shocking, nowadays), they scheduled me for the same day! They turned a horrible experience into a good one. I was not only relieved but very pleased to be able to give this "incidental" business (incidental/accidental from a car prowl) to a company in my local community that cares to answer the phone and communicate with customers. Bravo to all the people working there for their friendly and Professional Service!

The short story is that I'm happy with the service and professionalism from MS glass. The slightly longer story is that I came in with a shattered passenger window to be replaced. They explained to me that they had a different window type, but that they could get the correct one within the day and I could leave my car there and just pick it up a little later than the original pickup time. I dropped my car off and picked it up later in the afternoon, and it looked great. No sweat, quick and painless. I would definitely recomment going to MS Glass.

A glass shop for the people! Took my Sprinter van here after the place recommended by my insurance turned me down because there was minor rust around the windshield and silicone from the previous owner. The guys at MS replaced the windshield in a few hours despite these issues. The service was brisk but polite and useful. My impression of this place is they're not catering to luxury vehicle owners who pamper their cars, but rather the majority of people who treat their car as a practical tool and need good quality workmanship without the frills. There's reason this place has been in business since the 90's. But they do need to pick up the razor blades in the parking lot! I almost drove over one pulling in and found another one walking from my vehicle to the office.

So I called Safelite because of their advertising...Could not speak with a human , so I went back on the web and found MS Glass. From start to finish the process was seamless. Rene' in the call center set the appt. When I got to the location Gilbert greated me, wrote the order.
