Joe’s did a super fast and amazing job. They have a live person answering the phone not an automated annoying computer that doesn’t help. Great communication through all the steps. I dropped the car off at night on Wednesday and they had it fixed before 5pm the next day. They Even stayed open an extra hour for me to pick up my car. Will be back for all my auto glass needs. I highly recommend. Being in one of the biggest car clubs in Everett, having a show ready car is important to me. Would recommend to anyone that needs auto glass work. They work great with any “good” insurance like Allstate. If you want great reliable service and fast repairs go to Joe’s. Just don’t ask to see his Apartment. 🤣

I made an appointment in October with another company but wanted my windshield glass to be replaced asap. I decide to get an estimate from Joe’s glass. I drove my car in and got it done right at the spot less than an hour without appointment since they have in stock. I am so thankful! Not only their customer service was excellent, friendly and professional but their work is efficiently and price is perfect for my car! In the middle of the night someone smashed the front windshield to our company truck and it shattered the whole windshield. I called around to several different places half didn’t answer their phone. Some of the places I called had to order in the glass which would’ve taken days and some wanted a ridiculous amount of money for a replacement windshield. Aiden said they could do it in a few hours. I dropped off my truck the next day and they were done with it within two hours. Got my truck back same day and was very pleased with their price, service, and their fast turnaround time. Very impressed but not surprised since Joe’s has gotten a ton of excellent reviews here on Google. I’m another satisfied customer.

I called them right before they were about to closed to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning. When I arrived everyone was friendly and had the invoice ready for me to look over before they did the work. It took less then two hours with three cars ahead of mine!! They staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The atmosphere and energy was so pleasant and peaceful. They have a great sense of humor and just a complete joy to do business with. Everything was done so fast and efficient! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get the job done right.

My rear window got smashed and my insurance referred me to a couple of other businesses. They wouldn’t be able to get me on their schedule for at least a month and a half. Joe got me in SAME DAY! I am so grateful for the entire experience of doing business with him. The work they did on my car is flawless. His staff were all friendly, the waiting area and bathroom are clean and are nice looking (not the norm for most auto shops that I’ve been to). You can tell that they put a lot of effort into making the place look nice for customers. They have snacks and coffee/water for customers as well! There are also toys/books/coloring books for the kids. The ONLY thing that could possibly be better about this place is if they had a fold down changing table in the restroom. Thanks so much, and keep doing what you’re doing!

A rock was thrown at my window shattering it. I was in a panic. I had been here a few years ago to replace a motor in my window and was very impressed with the service. I called Joe's and within two hours I had my window replaced. Customer service is amazing! They truly go out of their way and help their customers. The waiting room is comfortable with drinks, snacks and things to keep the kids entertained. I highly recommend Joe's glass!

We busted our panaromic sunroof on the top of our car. The dealership nor their sublet company offered sunroof repairs. We called around and were not impressed with other companies. I called Joe's Glass Company and was met with a very informative man who was thorough and compassionate. He provided me a quote over the phone and explained the process to me. He even explained to me other ways to get my sunroof fixed and the pros and cons to each. Luckily, they even gave me a deal for my busted windshield, as well. We dropped our car off that night with their convenient nightly drop off. They were able to get the roof glass super quick and our panoramic sunroof was complete within a day and a half! That day in a half includes completing our windshield, as well. It was super fast, super easy and it felt like a good process. Thank you Joe's Glass Company!

I have a 2022 Outback and called around to find a lot of places couldn’t calibrate the sensors to replace my windshield. I was relieved when this place said they can do that. It was easy to make an appointment and it was all smooth sailing. Windshield and sensors work great. They even put the oil change sticker on the new windshield. :)

I called a few other companies for quotes, but this place was the best. From the first phone call, to leaving with a new windshield they were great. Even came back a few days later with what I thought was a ding, the owner came and inspected it himself, said it was perfectly fine, shook my hand, and promised me a deal for future glass needs. Had the rear lift gate glass replaced on my new 2022 Jeep Rubicon after finding it destroyed this morning. Called them up when they opened and they were able to get me in right away. They were very professional and had the stall waiting when I showed up. They worked with my insurance and had my car done very quickly. As this car is my main mode of transportation I needed it to be repaired quickly. I was pretty stressed as most places I called their appointments were 2-3 weeks out. I was SO SO HAPPY I found Joe’s Glass!! Joe’s Glass was able to get me in the SAME day and got my new windshield and rear window installed and ready to go in an hour!! Joe's was exceptional! I had a need to get my busted back window fixed the same day, as my Mom was going to die soon in another state, and I REALLY needed this added stress addressed with speed and compassion. I needed my car for the airport to get to my Mom. They were there for me when I needed them with the kind of workmanship and accommodation (bring it in early if you want!) I really needed. It meant so much!

I contacted them on-line on Labor Day (not open that day). They called back the next morning. Set up for Thursday but they called right back and said they had a one o'clock available! Jumped on it. About an hour after showing up, I was driving home with a great windshield and here is the big part; I saved over $140 by going here and not to Safelight. And got it all done fast. Very good shop! Awesome service. Squeezed me in the day I called. They had a windshield for my MB C-300 in stock. Made their full day even tougher when I called them back and asked to move my appointment up 4 hours sooner. They did so. The windshield they had was right for my car but had do-dads that my car does not support, although it looks exactly the same. The windshield I got was $300 more than the one that came with the car. They went ahead and ate the $300, charging me for what an exact duplicate would have cost. They recalibrated the windshield sensors as well. Their prices were already very reasonable, but they were beyond fair. They are very courteous and easy to work with. Not to mention FAST. I’m going back to have my sunroof looked at. Fair labor rates and honest evaluations. NO extra charges. Look no further than Joes. You won’t regret it.

Replacement of windshield is great, they get the job done. However attention to detail is low when it comes to placing things back as they were (car is brand new) and my back windshield replacement was done by the owner. After the repair, I have had to go back twice to fix things that I have found were not put on correctly. I went back the second time because the back windshield wiper was placed on 180 degrees off, turning towards the door instead of onto the glass. They fixed it quick after stopping by, however, this mistake resulted in scratches on my door from the wiper. I understand being busy, but simple things like these is how you lose customers. If you do use their services, do yourself a favor and check EVERYTHING works right before leaving their parking lot.

I’ve used Joe’s for years for my personal vehicle and when I was in charge of my companies fleet management. Anyways, him and his team replaced my windshield. They did a great job and went the extra mile, which is always so appreciated. Anyone who’s had multiple encounters knows Joe’s super funny and today he said, “got to keep them happy!” Which is a true statement but I replied, “ I’m happy but I’m not.” I clarified it wasn’t with them but just life and I just wanted to gently remind everyone that most companies do their best to meet your needs and make you “happy” but some people will never be happy no matter what you do. I called them after hours. They called me back the next morning. They could get me in the next day to replace my windshield, but I wanted to wait until I had more available time. When I arrived, they were ready for me, took me right in with no wait. They said it could take up to an hour, but they had me out in less than 15 minutes. Hard to find companies like this. I can't believe what AMAZING service I received using Joe's Glass for my windshield replacement! I got a NEXT DAY appointment AND the BEST price quoted?!? When I arrived they had my quote already printed with the full cost with taxes included for me to agree to before they completed any work, something I very much appreciate. I brought an older BMW (1980’s) to them to replace the back passenger window. No one else was even interested in trying. I was getting ready to say F it and try it myself!!! Luckily I called this place. They quoted me on the phone and I explained it was older car and BMW is always a hassle. I brought it in and they got right to work. I believe it was an employee named Eddie that handled the work. So happy they were able to do this. No rattling after, window looks great and they didn’t charge me more when it took a bit longer. My driver window was broken in early this morning, everywhere else quoted me at a higher price, and no one else had the glass I needed in stock (happened on a Friday, I would have had to wait until Monday at the earliest anywhere else). I went to Joe’s to replace my passenger front window. I was able to get an appointment soon after calling and was in and out quickly on the day of my appointment. As soon as I got in the car I noticed scratches on the door handle, but I overlooked this unfortunate result because my main focus was the fact that my window rolled down slowly and with a ‘hitch,’ meaning not smoothly, like it was installed improperly. Also, the door wouldn’t unlock with my key fob or manually, so the door wouldn’t open. After calling, Joe told me to bring it back the next day, and it would be fixed. (I didn’t mention the scratch, as it was not as vital as the window and lock problems.). They fixed the issue but got fingerprints and the lube they sprayed to fix the problem on my freshly washed car. Frustrating, but the window and lock seem to be operating properly now. Later, after having left Joe’s Glass for the second time in two days, I looked closer at the scratch on my door handle, and realized that that’s where they accessed the screws to remove the door panel, and that they’d broken the part and didn’t tell me, so it’s now just loose AND scratched. There’s also glass rattling around when I drive and if I shake the door I can hear it as well. So, I’ll be calling Joe to see if he’ll replace the part they damaged, (which they should. No matter how old my car is, it should be done right, and I should be notified when something like this happens.) After speaking with Joe while I was there for the second day in a row, i found him to be extremely personable, and determined make this customer happy, so I’m sure he’ll make this right. I just wish it didn’t take this much of my time to get the job done correctly, since it’s their whole business to do so, and my vehicle is a common one, that they should be experienced in repairing. It’s because of Joe’s friendliness, and the prompt appointment they were able to schedule, I’m giving three stars. Besides that, this exchange has been much too difficult for such a basic service from a company who’s sole focus is this type of repair. I shouldn’t have to return twice (likely more since they’ll have to order the part before installing the one they broke) and waste this much of my time in order to get things done the way they should have been during my first appointment. TLDR: pros are Joe’s attitude and friendliness. Cons are attention to detail, as well as a receptionist who seems bored and almost annoyed with his job

Someone smashed in my hatchback window and the next morning, I went through the stress of filing a police report, reporting it to my insurance company, getting routed to their glass subcontractors, and finding a company who could get me in as soon as possible. Everyone was a week or more before they could get to me. I called Joe’s, who is in network for my insurance company, and was seen that day. Repair took about an hour. They did a magnificent job, and on time. They have a comfy waiting room with free coffee and snacks. And the folks who work there are very personable. Highly recommend this place.

However the guy at the front was kind of a stickler when it came to paying (as he didn't want me to use my phone to pay even though his machine would let me). Also, a little annoyed that I couldn't make an appointment to get a chip filled. I was beyond frustrated when a giant rock hit my windshield and immediately a crack formed. My insurance company wanted a $500 deductible, Safelite auto wanted $625, Glass Doctor is temporary suspending auto glass replacement and Joes replaced it for $375!! My Mercedes required a specific windshield because mine has sensors in it to sense rain and turn the wipers on. My car is old yet they had the windshield in stock. My husband called at 3 pm to get a price and by 10:30 the next morning it was replaced. Alex was very courteous and can multi task! The phones were busy and the shop was too yet he moved effortlessly taking care of everything. My husband has used Joe’s numerous times for his company vans and I can understand why. They were incredibly efficient, completing the repair in under an hour knowing that I have a busy work schedule to get back to. The advisor and tech that were in charge of my RO took the time to walk out with me and inspect the seal around my windshield because I had some questions that were answered on the spot. The 1st was an emergency services due to a chunk of ice/snow shearing off the top of an east bound SUV and hitting my west bound car on highway 2 in 2019. (It's important for everyone to clear the snow from your vehicle completely, including the roof before traveling. ) The excellent service I experienced with this company during that trying time has made me a lifetime customer of Joe's Glass company. They came out to where I had to pull my damaged car over that day and replaced my windshield in freezing temperatures. I was incredibly grateful. They were first who responded and ordered a window right away. In a few days the job was done. I’m pretty sure they can provide high quality service. Unfortunately it wasn’t the case for my car. It looks like a couple screws were missed after reinstalling a plastic panel on a back door, such that it can be moved back and forth for a few millimeters. It’s ok on one side of the panel, so something is missing I believe. UPD: Joe followed up in a couple days in order to fix the issue, but Ive refused to drive back, since it’s a minor thing and doesn’t worth to spend a couple more hours.

I was able to make a same-day appointment to get my windshield repaired, which was wonderful. While driving on the freeway late Friday, a rock flew up from the road and made a little ding, less than the size of a dime. It hadn't grown in the last few days, thankfully. So today, Monday, I called and Zach got me right in. He helped direct me to my insurance company, where I was pleased to hear that the repair was covered. It took about 15 minutes for Joe's Glass to fix the ding, and now it's barely noticeable. They were very nice and accommodating. I heard the owner, Joe, on the phone with another customer while I was waiting and he was very patient and kind. I like this place!

Our vehicle had a rock chip on the windshield that needed to be repaired/filled. With the cold weather here in the PNW, my concern is that I don't want the chip turn into a larger crack where the entire windshield needed to be replaced. After some Google search, I called up Joe's Glass Company to see if they have any availability to help repair and fill the rock chip. To my surprise they just said to stop by after 1pm and they should be able to handle it. I had called a number of auto glass repair shops (like Safelite and other local shops), all of them fully booked or never returned my call back. So arriving at Joe's Glass Company, they looked at the rock chip and mentioned that the chip can definitely be filled and sealed but it won't necessarily make it disappear. Being that the chip is close to where my vehicle's HUD will be at, they mentioned that it would still be visible to my line of sight. I said as long as the chip gets fully filled and sealed to prevent any more cracking, I don't mind having it visible there. This just shows their detail of transparency to their customers, which I really appreciate a lot. They finished the work in 30 minutes even when they were super busy with other customers. I would highly recommend Joe's Glass Company for any windshield repair job.

They had a small issue when removing the interior lining from around the window and a plastic shell piece broke, but they offered to find and replace the part for me, which I thought was fair and responsible of them. I can't believe I called and was able to get an appointment for the same day to replace my windshield! I also found out they are affiliated with my insurance, so I get the same great guarantee that I would have if I had gone through my insurance companies suggested company! I got there early, they checked me in, told me my wait time would be about an hour and 35 minutes later they were telling me my car was finished, I was surprised and very pleased! They had the best price I found and everyone was so nice over the phone and in person. While I was waiting in the reception area waiting for my car, you know how it is at some places, you are sitting there and a technician comes in from the garage and starts making rude comments, or talking about the boss, or how they don't like their schedule something like that, but nothing like that happened, I was pleasantly surprised. Clearly this business is not in desperate need of positive reviews, but I had a very pleasant experience anyway and I want to at least make sure Joe hears my positive feedback. I'm preparing for a long drive (One-way to Las Vegas! Hell yeah!) and the four rock chips that have accumulated on my windshield got me to thinking about the structural integrity of it. Mostly tiny dings, except one big chip that's been there since I bought the car. Have never seen one quite so eye-catching. I called around/emailed a few places and unfortunately the prices were crazy or they couldn't accommodate my work schedule. One place said they close at 5pm, and with no lunch break the earliest I leave work is 4pm. I told that business I could head there straight after work and they told me, "We stop accepting rock chip appointments at 4." OK, then you might as well just say you close at 4. Fortunately I stumbled onto Joe's Glass. Called about my chips, got a cheap quote from a nice friendly guy (Zach might have been his name), and he said no problem, just head over after work and we can get those taken care of. Everyone was extremely hospitable there, including but not limited to Nick at the front desk. The staff consists of younger people, probably not far off from my age in my late 20s, but very courteous, quick, and definitely set realistic expectations for the repairs beforehand, as well as informing you of the proper aftercare if you might be doing a full windshield replacement (I overheard them speaking to other customers). My worst rock chip is now a tiny ding that is much easier to overlook. I can't guarantee pricing will be this rate when you go in, but total repair price for me was only $82 including tax, which is a fantastic deal compared to other options I looked into. I told my mom where I went and she said she visited this place for a windshield replacement, and apparently they were the best price she could find for that, too!

I've used Joe's glass twice and have loved them! They are quick, reliable, honest, and the best value and service! Once was last year for my windshield - best prices and service. Recently they were able to replace my 1/4 glass at for $425 installed, vs the $1400 I was quoted with Volvo! We opted for used glass that came perfect - so happy for the suggestion and it worked out great for my 2011 vehicle. The oem version was still only $500, so much cheaper than the other quote. I would definitely go to them for all my glass needs and ask for used glass if possible! PS Sam you rock!

These guys replaced my windshield on my Jeep, they were the best price in the area, they got right to work once I showed up, they resolved some rust issues I had from a previous windshield replacement. I was going to give 4 stars because they didn’t vacuum the Jeep out cause there were bits of rubber from the windshield seal in the cab, but there wasn’t that much so I just vacuumed it out myself, no big deal. Had my car broken into over the weekend leaving a giant hole in my back glass. Called Joe's Monday morning and they were able to get me in by noon. Once there, they were working on my vehicle within 3 minutes. Entire job was done in an hour. They even started working on my car 20 minutes before my appointment time. I was hesitant in bringing my car from Kirkland/Bellevue here but after the service, I knew I had made a right choice. I was impressed at how efficient and fast the service was. I had safelite come out to replace my windshield but they were unable to do so due to rust on my truck. The safelite tech referred me to joes and they were able to fit me in same day to do a rust treatment and windshield installation and Joes is cheaper than safelite. Just recently had mine and my wife's windshields replaced here. My wife's "19 Chevy Traverse had just taken a rock hit on the freeway a few days before causing an irreparable chip. The dealership wanted over $1k. Joe's was SUBSTANTIALLY less money. Everywhere else I had received replacement quotes for my '16 focus ST were $550+ and AGAIN Joe's delivered with a much more competitive price. My wife had made an appt several days earlier and had completely forgotten about it.... ended up arriving 15 minutes late and they STILL had her out in under an hour. After the great service we had received that morning I called to get my quote and they had another appt window later that afternoon and again completed replacement in less than an hour. We have 2 young boys and a new baby that had to come to both appts so it was very much appreciated that they were able to work so quickly and efficiently and have us back out the door so rapidly. The workmanship was also TOP NOTCH! DO NOT take your glass business ANYWHERE ELSE! I will be recommending Joe's to everyone I know... Yesterday I even stopped in to have them look at my rear hatch glass I installed myself and had issues. They sent a tech out to look at it and he confirmed my suspicions that my brackets got bent. Problem is you can only buy the brackets installed on a new window, which is 770$!. As I'm getting ready to leave the tech comes back out with a set of good brackets he had stashed away from a previous replacement, they sold them to me for a very fair price and my window is now properly installed. Somebody smashed my car window from a highway overpass coming back home from work, and I sent out a bunch of emails asking for quote. My fiancee bought a used car about a year ago, and when it rained the floor bed on the drivers side would be wet. Then summer came and it dried up. Now going back into winter and with our most recent freeze there was ice on the inside of the windshield and when I looked at the outside of the windshield the gasket was bubbled up. Everyone else is right. The prices are super competitive for the area, and not because of a lack of service, or a poor quality install for that matter. Joe's professional team is no nonsense and streamlined efficiently. I imagine that's how he can be so competitive compared to the bigger autoglass companies in the area. His employees are also some of the nicest people I've met recently in the automotive industry. You may have to wait a little, but it's worth it, for they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. So plan ahead to either wait on site and drink complimentary coffee, or get a ride for longer wait times. I mention this only because I saw a few customers hadn't accounted for this. I actually got in on the same day, and was out in about an hour and a half, even with a finicky rearview mirror reattachment. Lastly, I want to give a shout out to Sam who works the front desk. While the reviews made me request a quote, Sam's energy, courtesy, and professionalism are what brought me into the shop. Joe is also an Army vet and supports the Wounded Warrior Program. Something dear to me as a Vet myseld. He also supports other community outreach programs as well. One of the nicest and humblest guys you'll meet.

They quickly had the right one brought in, also they didn't do the best job cleaning up. I had to ask them to vacuum. I took my Lincoln to have a window motor replaced. It was around 2 pm in the afternoon and thought I would need to schedule an appointment and come back another day however Joe instead shocked me by squeezing me in the same day! Awesome customer service in my book for doing that. Furthermore, he gave me a quote and although the window motor proved to be harder to install than previously thought he still stuck to his first quote. It is impressive to see there are still honest companies out there and that don't up charge once they are deep into a certain repair. Joe's glass will be my first pick here on out for all my glass needs.

I stopped by Joe's Glass Co. to have a rock chip repaired. My insurance company said the chip wasn't covered as it was below my deductible. Joe talked with my insurance company, verified coverage with his business knowledge of glass repairs, and my repair was fully covered. I had stopped by a "national" company who told me they "didn't have time" to fix my rock chip. I didn't want to delay repair and lose the windshield. I called Joe's and they got me right in. It took longer to get the insurance company to approve my claim than it took Joe's to repair the chip. I won't go anyplace else but Joe's for glass repair. I’ve been here 3 times in the last few years. The first time they replaced the windshield on my 2014 RAM 1500 on short notice. The 2nd time they fixed a leak that was coming from the bed-light, which I thought the leak was coming from the rear window. The 3rd time they fixed rock chips on my Corolla on short notice. The Plinkington glass they used on my RAM is just as good as the OEM glass. No waves or distortions. If or when I need glass work done on my cars, I’ll call Joe’s.

I woke up to my driver window broken and everything stolen being 4 hours away from home and needed to drive over the pass I had to get a window to get home! They were the only shop that could get me in that day! They made this process easy on tragic day for me . Not only did it take a couple hours to get the window in they dealt with insurance and everything. After spending 35 mins on the phone with another company only find out they couldn't repair my chip/crack for a few days, I called Joe's since they were on my way out of town. (I was headed on a road trip). Fast to pick up the phone, said they could have me started in 15 mins, and could bill my insurance. I decided to head over, in the 10 min drive I called insurance filled a claim. As soon as I walked in they knew who I was, pulled up the info from my auto claim, and started the repair. In the amount of time it took me to, water the dog, do a last bathroom break for my daughter, and grab a snack and cold drink from the "road trip cooler" in the back of my car my windshield was good as new. As I went to get in the car I was offered some coffee, I thought sure why not! To my surprise he handed me a pound of wonderful coffee. Once into the shop there was some question about if I had done something to create the cravk as I had done some work on my truck. Came in for windshield replacement and now the new windshield leaks. Called them back and he tried telling me it was my sunroof, mind you the broken windshield didn't leak prior to the new windshield being installed and my sunroof doesn't even work to begin with. I would have given more stars if any of the people working the front desk had worn a mask. Service was prompt, courteous, and the price was good. But not wearing a mask makes me feel like they're indifferent to potentially killing me. I saw service techs come in and out of the office wearing a mask or gaiter, but neither of the young men working the desk did. Pretty disappointing. There was also no sign posted for customers to wear masks, though everyone I saw come in wore one out of basic human decency. If I need another repair, I will go elsewhere. With Snohomish County COVID cases on the rise, this is a foolish risk to their customers well-being.

There was a problem with the initial replacement windshield, and while I might not have noticed it, they did and had a slightly different windshield replacement sent immediately at no extra cost to me. First time unexpected customer to this comany and the service and staff is phenomenal. I woke up Tuesday morning to hear that my rear window had been smashed in over night. Already frazzled with phone calls to make, finding someone to repair my car before the holidays seemed nonexsistant. My insurance company luckily referred me to this place which was 8 minutes away from my place (rather then traveling to Seattle which seemed to be my fate if wanted done soon). Quick rock chip repair My new '18 Tahoe got a chip on a very chilly day. It hadn't spread. We worked the phone while we drove. Forget the big companies that route you to their main corporate office. This is the place if you want old town service. I've had chip repairs that were cosmetically a bit less noticeable, but only slightly so I'm not unhappy.

I originally went down the street to (a competitor I will not name) and was quoted $100 MORE for replacing by my front windshield that was cracked by a rock on the freeway. I was already upset because this is a really bad time of year for additional expenses but I knew it was not safe to drive with cracked glass so I knew it had to be done. I had an overall great experience, They where perfesional over the phone and the quote was %100 acurate. I was able to get a same day apointment within a few hours. They installation looks great no sighns of shoddy workmanship. My only complaint is that after getting the car home i noticed a razor blade stuck to my hood by some kind of adhesive. I was able to remove the blade without any damage but it did take away from my overall experience and keeps this review away from a 5 start rating
