I am grateful I had another friend recommend golden. My car window was smashed recently and the big name places wanted me to wait for a month for a repair. But golden got me in the next day after I called. They were so kind and communicated so well. They also had a better value than what I was going to pay before. Sadly my insurance deductible was too high done didn't do much on the claims end. But def recommend!

I’d give it 4.5 because at first the was an issue with the glass not fitting so I had to come back to fix it later and the main lady was a bit hard to understand. However she was trying to accommodate as she could. I noticed my car window broken on a Friday afternoon and this is the only place that even had the option to come in on Saturday. She says she had 2 windows fir my model but I e of them was for wring side, another had this bad fitting size. She let me keep the bad window till Monday, when I had only 1 hour to fix it, and I paid in cash only after that (to avoid 5% charge). Also they vacuumed everything.

Sad to say I have had so much experience with replaced glass but it’s sitting nice and no leaks. I will definitely recommend them to anyone! Support a local family business!

Had my window smashed for no reason in typical Seattle fashion. Insurance referred me to Safelight, but that was going to take weeks to even get an appointment. Looked up local shops and this place had a good reputation. Annie, the lady who runs the shop, was efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. She was accommodating to my work schedule and let me come in an hour before closing on a day of my choice, which was less than a week from when I first called. I only had a small triangle window on my car broken, and they were able to install new glass within about 45 minutes. There was no problem with the workmanship, and service was quick and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place, and will come back again if/when my window gets smashed again, haha.

Fast efficient service at an affordable price. I woke up to one of my windows being busted out, and started calling around to find a repair shop. Golden Auto Glass by far offered the best price and was able to accommodate me right away. I was able to schedule an appointment and come in the next day. I was quoted an hour-and-a-half wait time and like I said the price was far lower than every other glass shop that I called. I arrived for my appointment and they were ready for my vehicle immediately. I did have to wait about 2 hours for repair and installation. But I'd rather wait extra time for the superb service that was provided. My vehicle was well vacuumed out. I did not find any broken glass debris. The new window matches the rest of the glass just fine. Annie was very apologetic of the extra wait time and informed me of what was going on. Once the repair was complete the technician came out, apologized for the delay, greeted and thanked me and went on his way. Once I paid I went outside to find my vehicle ready to pull out onto the street. I highly recommend this place.

Had someone smash my window. Called this place and got it fixed within two days. Turned out the window was in there right after driving it around a little. Took it back and they fixed it right up no extra charge. Very nice people.

great experience. Very responsive on the phone. They were able to service my car about an hour after our the initial call, same day. Toyota Camry 2015, front passenger side window was smashed. They charged me $259 +tax for the replacement and cleanup (much cheaper than the other quote I got when calling around, $385 +tax). FYI they have a 5% fee for credit cards, so cash is cheaper

The replacement window was great. Make sure what time they will be there if you plan to go in the morning. Even though they advertised being open at 8:00 they didn't show until after 8:30. Also if you are going to use your insurance find out if they will honor it first. They do have a contract with my insurance but would not honor it unless it was a windshield. I didn't know if I would use insurance until after I dropped my car off. They also charge to use a credit card. I appreciate that they were able to get me in the day after I called.

Great service. Car was broken into and they were able to replace my passenger window on the same day and it only took a couple of hours. They even vacuumed out the broken glass and inflated my tires! Will use them again for the next smash and grab.

My car was broken into days before I was leaving for vacation and I needed the back window replaced ASAP. I called several places and they didn't have appointments for a week or more. I'm so glad I called Golden Auto Glass, as they had the window in stock and were able to service it same day (finished in <5 hours). They were also very thorough in cleaning up the glass that was left in my car. I highly recommend them.

Incredible service within one day. Had my window bashed in over the weekend and my insurance had me go through Safelite which would take over a week to even get in. Golden got me in this morning, had a really solid quote, worked with my insurance company, and had me ready to go within two hours. After calling around several places and finding very high out of pocket costs (no comp coverage), they came in at a reasonable price and were able to get us in within 2 days. They stuck to their initial quote. The repalcenent of the window took less than one hour, and the work was meticulous. There wasn't a shard of glass left behind, and the window works flawlessly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing glass replacement.

These folks are amazing. Walked out to discover someone had smashed my window overnight. It was raining (as it does here) and I didn’t feel comfortable just leaving it, even with it wrapped/taped. It was Saturday, so my regular auto body shop was closed. Called the dealership, they couldn’t get me in and would need to order the part. Called the shop they recommended, same story. I started looking on Google and this is the first place I found. I’m glad I did! The cost was reasonable, they got me in that day, and my car was fully fixed within two hours. They even cleaned up the inside of my car where all the glass fell, which I was not expecting - SUPER kind touch. My battery also died from the interior lights being on while the doors were open (not their fault, my battery just does that..that’s another story) and they profusely apologized and gave me a jump. Car windows aren’t cheap, but I feel like I got a good deal and the customer service is top notch!

I couldn't recommend this place enough. We are from out of town, had two cars broken into (both side windows), and Golden Auto Glass fixed them SO fast. I called them for availability, dropped off the cars and they were both ready within 3 hours. They also vacuumed up all the glass inside the car! Since we were traveling, we needed them fixed very fast and they accommodated us so well. Would highly recommend and would go back if needed.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Fast, friendly, quality, available, value; you name it, they did it. My passenger front window got smashed in Sunday, I called them first thing Monday AM and they had me in by 3:30pm the next day done by 5pm despite needing a window that had to be ordered out for. Their price was cheaper than other quotes and Safelite which USAA tried to direct me to (they also had no availability for two weeks through out Seattle). If you're a busy person with stuff to do and places to go, they're perfect for in and out service nevermind the can't beat price.

This little shop is a gem, I had someone smash a window on a Wednesday, I called around 3 on a Thursday, and they had me in on Friday. I dropped my Jeep off at 12:45 they told me to come back at 2:30. Came back at 2:30 and the vehicle was done and I was on my way. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality at a great price. The shop I was first quoted at in SODO wanted almost 100 dollars more. Best value and great service.

This place is fantastic. They are well priced and extremely capable. During a recent family road trip to Seattle (we are from Canada), we had a broken window in our van thanks to a petty thief. We discovered the broken window at 8:30am, and after phoning around found Golden Auto Glass. Annie told us that she could help, without hesitation. She managed to get us in for repairs immediately and was instrumental in getting us back on the road. She was done with us by 11:00, and we were back on the road. I remain immensely impressed with Golden Auto Glass, she moved her standing appointments around (with their permission) and helped a family with 4 kids get moving again. The work was great, the price was fair, and the service was above and beyond. When bigger brands told us we'd have to wait 3 or 4 days for an appointment, she had us in right away and done in 3 hours.

My second time visiting this business after taking damage from stones doled out by a semi truck on the adjacent lane. Both my visits so far have been straightforward. Appointments are available quickly- know your car model and year. The gentleman in the glass shop is thorough and takes care too replace all the stickers. He left me with double-sided tape and a blade, to replace sensors I had attached to the windshield in my preferred location. The lady is polite in her own way. Follow up instructions as always to are leave the tape on till tomorrow and no car wash for one week. There was a bit of a wait for me (two hours). Plan to have a ride back, or you can explore the neighborhood on foot while you wait. The neighborhood looks dilapidated but is interesting with some good restaurants within a moderate walking distance in Little Saigon.

Amazing service, car got broken into, I was able to schedule an appointment with them the next day yet I would have had to wait a week if I were to schedule with one of the larger brand name auto glass companies. They did an amazing job, windows match perfectly with the originals. Highly recommend, fast reliable service.

Great, quick service. Initially went to Safelite where they took nearly 2 hours to tell me they didn’t have the right glass and that it would take more than a week to arrive at a cost of $360+ tax. Here they had it ready in less than 2 days (probably would’ve been sooner had Labor Day not been Monday) and at $280. Highly recommend!

Fantastic same-day repair at a price better than anywhere else, even during COVID-19! Found my car window shattered at 11am and had it replaced by 3pm with Golden Auto. Nowhere else in the area was able to fit me in but the owner kindly rearranged some appointments so I could make it to my night shift on time. Prompt, knowledgeable service and a comfortable waiting area. Google Maps tries to redirect you to the alley behind the shop but they’ve got a parking lot and entrance off of Rainier - look for the sign with big red lettering!

My car was broken into and this shop gave me the lowest quote and were able to make me an appointment within an hour and a half (other shops could not schedule me until at least late afternoon). Highly recommend. Unmatched professional ethics! I drove in with a windshield crack that another shop quoted $150 to fix. Golden Auto Glass took a look and said it had already been fixed and nothing needed to be done anymore. So they could have easily charged me $100 and do nothing. But instead chose to be honest and say it as it is. I highly encourage supporting this behaviour with generous tipping, which I did.

some a*hole broke into my car and broke both of my passenger side windows, contact Golden Glass and got them replaced within hours. Anne grab the glass from store right away after our call to make sure I got have new windows for the day. John did delicate work to clean every bit of glass shards and make sure it functions smoothly, and everything for a fair price. They sure made my day, highly recommended!

After we discovered one night that our passenger side window was smashed, the one thing that really helped to make a stressful situation a little better was the quick service here. We got an appointment for the very next morning and were in and out in 2 hours with a new window. They even helped to vacuum the glass and our car went back to normal! I could not recommend these amazing people more. I had my car window broken and a bunch of items stolen on 12/30/20, right before a big road trip two days later. I called around everywhere and no one could fit me in. Not only was Golden Auto the only place to accept me on New Year's Eve, they took my car at 4pm and finished fixing the window before closing, for $100 less than Safelight quoted me. I'll never go anywhere else again!

Was able to make a same day (actually same hour!!) appointment to get the windshield replaced on my camry. They quoted me the lowest price out of 3 other services and had the windshield replaced in a couple hours. After waiting for a week as recommended to let the adhesive cure, I have since taken the car through the car was twice and no leaks whatsoever. I'm happy to have found this place!

These guys are great. Annie was super responsive and got me in the very same day. She coordinated everything with my insurance company so that getting my windshield replaced was a breeze. They walked me through their entire process and also showed me where the last company who replaced my windshield damaged the molding a couple of spots. Their attention to details shows. I was in and out in about an hour. I know they also can come to you, but it was easier for me to swing by their location instead. Definitely will be coming back for any window that needs replacement.

Every other shop was quoting me a minimum of 3 days to get the repair done because they needed to wait for the part to come in (and they weren't even OEM!). Golden Auto Glass was able to have my car in the shop and repaired within a few hours of calling them, despite not having the glass on hand. One of the owners gladly offered to drive me back to work as I had to leave during work hours. They were fast, and got the job done as promised, and the price was far better than any of their competitors around the area. They even drove back to the shop after business hours to hand me my keys as I needed to stay late at work. I would recommend Golden Auto Glass to anyone that needs a quick repair done with great quality and excellent service.

This is a small auto glass shop in SoDo, right near the Rainier exit. I needed to have my rear windshield replaced, after my building garage door came down on it. I called around to several auto glass places in the downtown Seattle area, and Golden Glass was the only one that was able to fit me in that day so I would be able to use my car over the weekend. Their estimate was also the lowest out of the 4-5 places I called. I'm very happy I was able to get my windshield replaced so quickly, and the work looks clean and well-done. This is a local small business that does good work, so if you have any auto glass needs I recommend supporting Golden Glass and bringing your business here.

This place is very affordable and professional. The back door window of my Mercedes was smashed and I didn't have my car insured for this. I asked Safelite first because they were the biggest. Their quote was around $470 and the glass was supposed to be $350 ish. Then I called Golden Auto Glass, they only quoted $262 and glass was a mere $130. I was suspicious and then called Mercedes Dealership directly and they said an original glass was $180. Ha, what a joke, Safelite. Then that made it a no brainer. I went to Golden Auto Glass and they cleaned up all the broken pieces inside the car and replaced with a good quality glass that looks exactly the same as the original one (except for the logo at the corner of course). So I highly recommend this place if you don't have insurance for broken glass.

It was a difficult windshield installation they did for me. Broken splinters of glass covered the entire passenger section of the car. They installed the glass and cleaned the cat for no extra fee!
