I highly recommend these guys and will definitely call them when I need a new windshield. Tony was very respectful and helpful and I would hire him if I had a job for him! He was very professional talking with my insurance company and he was cool with me plus he did a fantastic job and I like the follow up call from the owner to make sure I was happy! That star is going nowhere now Rock Doc Auto Glass repaired the chip and stopped the runner! Well now my windshield needed to be replaced so of course I called these guys and this time Tim came out to my house to replace my windshield so that was very handy! I felt bad he was out there working in the heat but he was very cool about it and once again I’m super happy with this company so take Tim out for lunch now Ray!

This was my first experience using Rock Doc Auto Glass but things couldn't have gone any better. Our son returned home from a California trip with a huge crack that ran across the entire width of the windshield. Even worse was that it was right in his line of sight. Ray promptly returned my call and set us up with an appointment for the next day to install a new windshield at our house. That was an unexpected bonus. Our installer Tim was prompt, courteous and walked me through the install. Only took him maybe 30-40 minutes to complete. We are beyond pleased with the service and have a new company to call when a windshield repair is needed. Their price was super competitive and they offer windshield chip repair on the new windshield. I won't hesitate to recommend their services.

These guys did great. I sadly learned that my windshield is complicated and expensive. I called around to many companies and chose Rock Doc Auto Glass. They had the best price that included installation and all other associated services that came with it. They were very honest, punctual, and respectful to me the whole time. Even when recalibrating the sensors in my car didn't go as planned, I couldn't be upset. The tech went above and beyond to get it done the first time - even working extra long hours. When that didn't work, he went out of his way, and worked long hours again, to complete the job just for me. The problem wasn't even something that was his fault. He could easily have insisted I schedule a time to bring my car to him, but he didn't. That was amazing! If you want an honest bill, and amazing service, go with Rock Doc!

RocDoc is great, from the moment I reached out to them they were head and shoulders above every other company I reached out to(all of the local Utah ones). I spoke with Ray through the phone and through text. He helped me every step of the way and even reached out to my insurance company for me! Very personable and professional. Once I had my appointment the technician, Jake, who came to repair my windshield worked quickly and did a great job. Jake even pointed out some issues that were starting to appear on the roof of my car that might cause issues later. Worked with Raymond over the phone and he was quick and responsive! He helped me call my insurance to file a claim and I used my insurance app to send them photos and everything got approved quickly. He did make us aware that they were short a tech due to them being sick and let us know they would come out the following day which was fine. Had a rock chip yesterday in my White Honda Odyssey. My old rock chip repair place went out of business. I called a few places that didn't seem to be very helpful. When I found these guys i called over the phone to ask some questions. Ray was very professional and polite over the phone. I didn't feel pressured and he said come by whenever works for my schedule. Ray the owner was awesome! I accidentally broke the frond m front windshield wife's porsche when the wipe blade unexpectedly popped off and the metal arm flipped back down and broke the glass. I was very frustrated and I began to contact companies to find someone that could come and try to repair it before I bought i new one. The difference in the response i recieved from each company was surprising. Most companies told me it couldn't be fixed or they wouldn't fix it. The rock doc came to my house on the weekend and fixed it and did what most others said couldn't be done. Long story short is i would recommend then to everyone! Their pricing is great and their service is great, but most of all they just had a good attitude and that was what I needed in the moment. Called close to 20 places. They were the only ones that would come to me { we live in a canyon in Utah county } plus only one of three that was free and willing to bill my insurance directly. They were only coming to do one car, but when they were willing to come and do the one then I told them that the could check all six of our vehicles. They ended up doing three of the six plus my son’s girlfriends for a total of four vehicles. How nice to have everything checked and put in good order again. The repair work itself was done properly too!!!

Rock Doc Auto is seriously the best place to contact for either a new windshield or to have your rock chips repaired. They will schedule techs to come out to you and repair/replace your windshield on their time not yours! You can continue working spending time with family or whatever else you may do instead of sitting in a shop waiting. Seriously amazing!!! I called them and told them I needed to replace my mustang and Volvo windshields . That same day Ray and Brad came over and looked at them. Two days later they got replaced, right here at my own home. It took about 40 mins to do both windshields and during that time I got to finish my dishes and house work. (Which makes me happy because I don’t have much time to run errands with work, kids and now home schooling). Thank you all again for amazing work and having great customer service. Came and fixed a huge rock dent on my windshield. The chip area was roughly the size of a ping pong ball with another smaller but bad chip next to it. The technician was concerned that it was to bad to fix but decided to give it a shot anyways because I wouldn’t be eligible for a replacement for almost a year. He was able to fill in the chip and did a pretty good job considering the amount of damage. Although I can easily see the damage still, the area filled in nicely with the epoxy so at least it won’t crack anytime soon. With my insurance it came to $0. I’m definitely going to use them when I can replace it again
