Needed to replace two windshields at once. When doing web search, came across Precision Glass nearby which I'd never heard of. After reading reviews they were all so good, so I wondered if they were real. I called for a quote, and quote was almost half of other quotes so set up appointment. I figured windshields may be a bit wavy, or have flaws mentioned in other companies reviews because they were so much less. Their technician Clint came by at first part of appointment window. As I sat and watched, he replaced both windshields. I had thought of doing job myself so had watched many YouTube videos and knew what needed to be done for correct install but never mentioned to Clint. Windshields were both done right. Installation went quickly but not because Clint was hurrying, but because he was obviously quite experienced and had the right tools. I couldn't see any flaws in either windshield, but Clint pointed out what I thought was a small scrape on windshield after he'd cleaned it. He offered to replace windshield or discount price. I took discount because it was small and wouldn't affect integrity of windshield. Even with discount for scrape, total cost was about $20 less than quoted and there were no add-ons which I was expecting. So, in my opinion, these guys are for real and the reviews are legitimate. I would highly recommend Precision to any one and tell you to ask for Clint! This review is honest. I don't know anybody at Precision and hadn't heard of them before. The only thing I got for this review was a can of glass cleaner AFTER everything was said and done and I told Clint I was pleased and would leave a good review. Glass cleaner was for a thank you! Quality friendly customer service!!! Had a windshield replacement done by their mobile team while I was at work. Was greeted kindly and courteously. They installed the glass and was done in a reasonable amount of time. Two weeks later in my brand new windshield I got a rock chip. I called in and they told me to swing by the shop and take a look at it and see if they can fix it. I did that morning waited in there clean and tidy waiting room while My rock chip is getting repaired. Great job and quality service!!!

Just had my windshield replaced here and the staff was amazing and got us in and out quickly. The price was also fantastic. We went to go somewhere else because they have a contract with our insurance but they wanted to charge us $540.00 to replace the windshield just because that was our deductible and wouldn't let us reschedule without using our insurance. We would have been charged $360.00 without using insurance, instead we used Precision Auto Glass and paid $250.00. So friendly and did an amazing job!!!!! They will always have my business.

Way did I give Precision Auto Glass 5 stars. They are awesome. I had a windshield that lost its seal and started to leak water into the fuse box. I took my car to the place that installed the windshield to see if they would fix the bad seal. They were recently bought by another company. These companies are major chains. I asked how much to replace my windshield and was given a price I thought was high and was frustrated they would not warranty their work better. I called Precision on New Years Eve. They were closing / closed for the day, however they listen to my issue. They quoted me a great price. I asked if they would be willing to stay until I could drive my vehicle over and park it in their garage to avoid being out in the snow storm. They had room and accommodated by staying until I could get there. Car was fixed first day after the holiday. I would recommend them to everyone. They are wonderful people and give great service!

My husband and I shopped around for our BMW windshield replacement, which was proving to be fairly expensive at most places. Precision was just a littler over our lowest bid, but had much more value as they included gasket and lifetime warranty, plus gave us a set of windshield wipers. We took advantage of the $25 additional fee to have them come to our location and take care of it while at work, so we didn’t have to wait for the install or leave our vehicle at the shop. Highly recommend!

They are super nice. If you need a windshield fixed go to them! They had to replace my windshield because it cracked and it took about an hour and 15 minutes, which unfortunately is a long time to wait, especially if you're going to sit there and wait (which I did). They do have a tv in the waiting room with Netflix, YouTube and other apps so you can watch that while you wait which is nice. When they gave my car back it was having a problem with it and they wouldn't let me leave until they discovered the problem. They looked for about an hour and tried all these different things to fix it. Unfortunately they weren't able to find the problem let alone a solution, but they were very kind and said that if it was a result of something they did that they would pay to have it fixed. They also wanted to know if it manages to fix itself and promised to call tomorrow to find out how it is working. They are so nice and helpful! If you need a windshield fixed go to them!!

Zack and Chris are great problem solvers. We first took our 2001 roadtrek RV to Precision Glass last year to stop leaks in the back exit window. They came up with a great solution for preventing any leaks in all our 3 back windows. Next they figured out how to replace the exhaust ceiling fan cover that didn't quite fit. NO LEAKS. This year, the torque operator for another window stopped working.. took it back to Precision Glass. They removed the window, replace the torque operator and reinstalled the window. This place is out of my way. I have a techna glass by my house but I will ALWAYS come here. They have been so accommodating and always friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone. The back window on my Wrangler broke and I cleaned up all the mess and removed the broken bits of glass and had all the hardware I removed in a pile. I called another glass company who gave me one of those "We will be there from 12 to 5" and when then did come out the installer looked at my pile of parts and said I was missing stuff and left. This is a place is great, the people are awesome and friendly. I needed to get my windshield replaced for my 2000 subaru, and apparently the previous owners of the car didn't get the right windshield installed nor did they get it installed right as rust had started to collect around the frame of the car and there were loose wires for the windshield heater which they didn't have installed. The guy that serviced my car hooked me up with the right windshield, connected everything up like it was supposed to and took the rust off and primed it to make sure the rust wouldn't come back. They did an awesome job and I'll definitely be coming back if i ever need another replacement or a rock chip fixed.

Called Precision Auto Glass for a foggy window on our motorhome. We talked to Alisha on the phone who got us an appointment quickly and then put us in touch with Zack to discussed the details. Zack was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about RV windows. The shop parking lot is to small for big rigs but there is parking on the side street and Zack met us there to remove the window and cover the hole so we could go to Camping World just down the street to wait for the repairs. After several days the window was ready and we headed back to the shop. The glass looked great and the installation was perfect. Great job to everyone we dealt with!

Let me start my review by saying if there were a sixth star for extra credit, Precision Auto Glass would deserve it. These guys are true professionals who know their stuff, take painstaking care, are friendly and courteous, and are great value to boot. I am rebuilding a 2005 Lotus Elise that the previous owner decided to crash. (It's a lot of fun.) Anyway, the $1,500 windshield needed replacing. I sourced one and had it shipped (for another $550) to my house. I called several of the usual suspects when it comes to windshields--Technaglass, Diamond Glass, etc. Needless to say, I was very concerned when most of the shops said "Lotus? What's that?" I did some Googling and came across Precision, who have experience with more exotic cars. I called them. Spoke with Zack and set a day and time for them to come and do the install. It was a bit cold that day. But they still showed up, ready to go. They removed the old broken windshield. It gave them a bit of trouble, as the Elise windshield is bonded to the car's frame incredibly well. But after 30 minutes or so, they had it out. They cleaned the frame and the new windshield spotless--taking great pains to treat it with the utmost care, as they knew I already had more than $2,000 into that silly windshield. Used some slick electric caulking gun, they applied new adhesive to the frame. That gun applied such a straight line of adhesive, it was almost a shame to cover it up. They cleaned the windshield again and set it in place. The three of us measured to ensure it was in the right place. The Elise doesn't seem to have one spot that the windshield fits in. The two guys from Precision were as OCD about the position as I was--maybe more so. Once it was in place, they taped it well, so it wouldn't move while the adhesive cured. They even installed the new rearview mirror I'd bought for the project--again taking great pains to get it installed exactly where I wanted it. They simply did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier.
