Booked service for a rock chip repair. When Brent came out to fix the rock chip, he immediately noticed that there had been a previous repair to the chip (which I did with one of those at home kits). He told me that there wasnt a lot he could do at this point to make it look any better - and just hold out hope that the self repair kit holds up. He didnt charge me for his time coming out. I appreciate him being so candid and not attempting to do work that would have no real benefit. I will make sure to call Cracks N Chips next time I need a repair!!!

100% recommend. I thought I was going to need 3 or 4 chips repaired. I was impressed with his honesty and quality of work. When he showed up he pointed out all the chips in the glass and told me which ones had already been done when he could have easily lied and charged me for all of them. Ended up only needing one repaired and he did such good work I couldn't even tell it had ever been chipped in the first place. Then he took extra time to add some resin to an old chip repair so it would look better and didn't even charge me for it.

Awesome service! I had called the dealership I purchased my car from and was told based on the size of my chip (1"x1.5") I would need a new windshield for about $500. Chips N Cracks came out the next day and in under 30 mins filed the chip for $29. I'm not a math whiz, but that's a lot cheaper. And better. It looks great! Thanks!!

This is the only "windshield crack" repair around Salt Lake area, not only "rock chip" repair! I had called tens of auto glass shops for "crack" repair, but they said they only do rock chip repair and replace whole windshield. Finally, I found here and he's honest and gave affordable price. However, I screwed up the crack repair because I tried to repair it myself and seal the gap but not successful and even worse before I knew and called him. He still gave me discounted price as he cannot do more with it. I learned the lesson, next time go for professionals first and leave damage there. It can be perfect repair with affordable price instead of new windshield cost. I really appreciated his work!

There was a long visible crack on my windshield which other repair shop told me that it can not be repaired and I need to change the windshield but still I decided to check with Brendt and gave him a call. Brendt explained me to what extent the crack can be removed and to my surprise the end result was amazing! the crack is now almost invisible now. He is definitely the best and I recommend anyone with crack windshield to call him first before trying anything else.

I had Brent do the windshield crack/rock chip repair on my Tesla and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Brent was not only extremely kind and personable, but he went above and beyond to make sure the repair was done right on 3 separate occasions. He came to my home, found my car in a crowded parking garage, and even followed up and met me where I was having lunch to fix one chip that began to spread the SAME day after the 2nd repair. Despite my cracks being long hairlines, he was thorough in his repair and it ended up saving me a ton of money (over 2000$) and time (more $$$$) as I didn't have to go through the hassle of a full windshield replacement (especially considering I had the windshield tinted). I would HIGHLY recommend this Brent to anyone in need of a windshield chip repair. He truly exceeded my expectations! Brent, if you read this, I hope you're doing well and you had a great wedding!!!
