I have had the pleasure of having the pros at Absolute Auto Glass replace the windshield in my 2017 Kia Sportage twice now over the past 6 months - they have been fair, fast, and pleasant both times. It almost - almost - makes me hope a third, and possibly a fourth, freak occurrence breaks my windshield so I can enjoy their services again. But let me reiterate: that’s just “almost”. 😁

I’ve been using absolute AutoGlass at my current work for the past three years now. They come out to my work to work on vehicles for windshield replacement, repairs and rear glass replacements with vehicles in the shop I work at. They’ve replaced windshields in two of my personal vehicles. I can’t say anything but amazing things about them. I recommend anyone when they ask to go to them. They book out about two-three business days even now with everything with covid. They go above and beyond for all their customers. Steve, casey and all of the installers are beyond awesome.

IMPECCABLE SERVICE!!! My experience with Absolute Auto Glass began in Spring of 2020. Upon purchasing my first car (‘16 Civic) the rear defroster was inoperable due to a past owner removing tint, Absolute Auto Glass took great care of my car and replaced the back glass for me and ensured the rear defroster was working well. Fast forward a year later, Spring 2021, and I began to notice small leak from the rain channel on my rear window into my trunk. I contacted Absolute Auto Glass via phone, showed video/images of the issue via email and dropped the car off for a repair all to pick it up within 6 hours of my first contact with them on that same day! This goes to show their level of professionalism and honorability. I was in contact with both owners, Steve and Casey, and was immediately impressed with the quality of service and the guarantee to stand by their work. They defend their company’s name. They are personable and take pride in what they do as well as their companies reputation. For any and all glass issues/questions I urge you to definitely give them a call. They always answer, always call you back and always check their email. Name another (auto) company that meets this trifecta. I will always recommend these guys to family and friends and am more than happy to see and feel that GOOD people still run GREAT businesses.

Absolute Auto Glass was excellent with an excellent price to match! They even removed a bunch of rust for me and let me chill in their waiting area while watching the Discovery Channel because I didn't have a ride other than my vehicle that was having the windshield replaced. They were awesome and all very nice!

I never had any work done from these guys personally. I did however have a interview with Steve and unfortunately did not receive the position because there was a few other applicants more qualified and at the end of the day it is what is best for the company which you have to respect. However, that being said Steve was nothing but professional and to the point and I could tell he took care of his guys and held them at a certain standard in their workmanship. If I were a customer and just hearing this I would want to get glass done by them. I wish you nothing but the best! -Danny

Brought my '06 Wrangler in and totally lucked out -- they had the glass to replace my windshield. Job was completed in the same day while I was out of town, came back later at night and picked it up. Very friendly service, the new glass looks pristine, and I would recommend them to others!
