Got my back drivers side window smashed in on Sunday night I called Mt Hood Glass on Monday morning and they got me in in less than an hour and after that, repaired my window in less than an hour. For a super affordable price too! Nice people who will take care of you. Really grateful, would recommend this place to anyone.

I called asking for an appointment and was provided one for the very next day. My original appointment was to be between 10 - 2pm, but received a call around 915am and informed that my technician was 5 mins away. I informed him that I was about 20 mins out since he was early and was told "no problem, I will wait". When I arrived at my office, Jorge introduced himself and was very polite and professional. My windshield was replaced in no time and Jorge wiped down my dashboard and cleaned up after himself and provided me with a receipt. I was very impressed and if I ever need any window work done, I will be calling Mt Hood Glass back. Thank you for being prompt and professional!! John

I own a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia Evolution big rig that needed both windshields replaced. I made an appointment for around 0700. I got a call at 0655 for directions to my parked location at the truck stop. Two technicians showed up and took out old glass and seal, used buffer type tool to clean out old adhesive ( No one ever did that before!). They installed the two windows and new seal and were done by about 0815. Didn't drive for 1 hour as advised, then left about 30 minutes later. Hit rainstorms for the next 2 hours, AND NO LEAKS! I always had small leaks after other installers put in glass, one time it was a big one! I used these guys about 2 years ago and never had a leak then either. I shouldn't have used anyone else, but sometimes damage needs to be repaired right away. I've had 5 windshields replaced on both sides of my truck, and these guys are the only 5 Star company. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

I called multiple glass shops for a quote for a tiny rock chip. Mt Hood Glass was the only shop that was helpful and honest! 1 shop quoted $90 and said it might be more. 1 shop said I would have to replace the whole windshield. Mt. Hood Glass charged me $55 and had me taken care of in 15 minutes.

For some unknown reason the glass on the liftgate of my 2003 expedition got shattered. I called Mount Hood Glass. I got in the very next day and it only took them about an hour to fix it. I'm very happy with they're fast service. I would definitely use them again if I need to. The prices are very fair. I was expecting it to be a lot more expensive than it was.

So I have a 67' VW Bug that is pretty radically modified. I have plastic as my current windshield because the chop made it difficult to put glass in. My car had been broken into. Smashed my front passenger window. I stopped in and they immediately came to my aid. They had to order the glass and told me two -five days. Two days later they called me and told me that my glass was here. I went after work and in less than 30 minutes my window was fixed. Fantastically quick, very professional and personable. If you need any sort of glass repair, this is the place to go. I cannot begin to praise them enough. They were an easy +50 cheaper then everywhere else, they're local, they're considerate and have an awesome sense of humor. Had to get a new windshield and a side mirror for my car. I looked at the various services offered and decided to try MT Hood Glass in Gresham. I read the reviews and left a email online telling them what I needed. This was at 3:30pm on a Thursday. Now, I did not expect a reply for a day or so and was really surprised when I received a call 20 minutes later. We went over price and scheduled for the next Monday morning and here we are less than an hour into the appointment and looking almost done. I feel their prices were reasonable and the customer service is great. Highly recommend this company for any of your glass needs. They do auto glass as well as residential windows, mirrors and shower doors. Table tops and shelves as well as just about anything you need, give them a call and see if they can get you done.

Super friendly staff! One of my rear quarter panel windows was leaking inside my car, so naturally I thought the seal was shot and needed to be replaced. However, when I brought it in they ran a hose over the seal just to clarify that that was the problem before they fixed it and sure enough, not a drip came inside my car. They then told me it was probably due to my roof rack having some play in it and needed to be tightened. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them checking and verifying if the seal was leaky or not before replacing it. Saved me a good chunk of money they could have easily taken. Definitely recommend these guys!

Stopped in one morning because my rear-view mirror had fallen off my windshield. They were busy but they got me right in. 5 minutes later they tell me it's all done. My windshield got replaced on Feb 9 and all I can say is fast installation and employee and the owner was nice . I gave 4 star because they scratched my wrap by the corner which it can cause to make a bubble or air inside. Not big deal if only scratch but once the water come inside that is no good. I made this review if anything happened to my wrap I got proof lol. Having a wrapped on the car is not cheap . But overall it was a good experience to me the scratch I guess that happened by accident not intentional

I understand why you have such high reviews. I called with a problem with my back door and you came out the same day. I felt compelled to let you know my impression of Allen. I’m so glad he was the one who came to my home as your representative. He was WONDERFUL. I needed to have the glass on my back door replaced. As he was taking the measurements I asked if it would be better if he took the door and he said it would but said you'll have an opening. When I walked into my bedroom to get something I noticed he was measuring the sliding glass door on my bedroom which is close to the door he just took off. He was measuring the screen on my sliding glass door and suggested we put that screen in place of the door he just took off. HOW BRILLIANT!!! He took the screen and taped it in the place where the door had been. It worked beautifully. Allen's exceptional customer service behavior made me so happy that I called your company and I had the GREAT fortune of having Allen be the rep who came. I also had a second chip that I asked them to fix, the tech came back to me and said it had already been filled. He could have charged me to "fix" it and I would have never known. They go above and beyond. My back passenger window got stuck all the way down of course while it was pouring rain. Every other place was going to charge me over 200 dollars because they said they had to fix it instead of just get it rolled up. Mt Hood Glass charged me a more than fair price, every one I talked to was friendly and I was in and outta there in under 30 mins plus they made it where my young kids couldn't roll the window down if I somehow accidentally unlocked to the windows. 10/10 reccomend!!

Having just gone through this traumatic experience, I appreciated the kindness and reassurance that Aaron showed me. He told me to come first thing in the morning. I felt total relief knowing that I wouldn't have to wait for days. I knew that the rains were coming and being a busy mom of many children, I needed my car to get them to school and other activities. This crew is first class! I have a boat that I broke windshield. It was at Cascade Marine boat shop to get it replaced. It was going to take 2-3 weeks before it could be done. I called MT. Hood and Lisa answered phone and she happily informed me yes they can tackle the replacement. Side bar...Not all glass company want to do boat. Anyway, got to the store. Greeted by Aron explained what I needed. Looked at the boat and job was more complicated then originally thought of. I was afraid Aron was going to tell me he could not do it. But, on the contrary. Explained that have to be taken to his warehouse due to size of boat and time it would take to complete. Instead of just giving me just the address, he had one of his tech's take me there. Wow, mind blown! Customer service I was yelling in my head. Fast forward. Aron called me up after a couple of days said it was done. At first he said it would take atleast 4-5 days and quoted me at $350. End result 2 days and $275. Want to see a perfect business model customer service? Go see them. 10 STARS!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mt Hood Glass. I need a couple of single panes replaced in my house, some screens made, and some storm window glass fixed. All went really well. One screen fit but the springs were on the wrong side. I let them know and they took care of it right away. Alan and Dean were super professional, punctual, good communicators, and great at their job. Cheryl, their front desk organiser is very friendly and professional too. I highly recommend them!!

I used them to replace a cracked windshield. I work on a farm out in Boring and they came out to my work and did the job while I was at work, so no missed time. The guy was very professional, he even saved my dashcam mount and preloaded it with two sided tape so I could reinstall it. He put my oil change sticker back on my new windshield, after he was done it was like the crack never happen and all in all it took him just a few hours. The price was fair and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I needed a glass top for my dining room table, and Allen recommended a pencil polish to give it a smoother look. Although it cost me a little bit more money than we started with, it was worth every penny I paid. The table looks amazing, the glass top and special polish gives my dining room a rich appearance and I get to see and enjoy the beautiful wood under the glass. I came back from Bend today and with all of the gravel on the roads over the mountain, I caught a rock chip in the upper left corner of the windshield. As soon as I got into Gresham I pulled in to Mt Hood Glass to see what they thought. They were able to fit me in right then and there! I was told that because the chip was so close to the edge it might not work to repair, but we tried anyhow. It filled in well, so now we wait and see. And the price was definitely right! Great folks!

So, we bought a house last year that has Milgard windows. It was 10 years old. Several windows had a thermal seal failure. If you're not the original owner, the millgard warranty expires at 10 years. We were 10 years, 2 months. No grace. Ugly windows. Very ugly windows. The better half calls Home Depot to see about getting replacements. 10-13k, but get this. They were going to leave all trims in place, cut the fins, and just set them in a bed of caulking. No thank you. Being in construction my whole adult life, I was like, these things have to come apart, right? You Tubed it. Reached out to Mt Hood Glass, and within a week we are seeing clearly! At 1/3 the cost! These guys are amazing! Clean, professional, and prompt. Highly recommend them!!! Thank you!!!
