This is the best windshield replacement in town!! So I had a hater smash my windshield and after calling several places Mobile Auto was the most informative, the best price and were available almost immediately to replace the windshield. The tech that came out was extremely cool. Fast and informative. He was friendly and just a pleasure all the way around. I would give the tech a 10/5 if I could. Labor, noble, install, parts and warranty for ,$300 that was $100 savings across the board. Outstanding service and a lifetime warranty wow!!

My window was vandalized overnight, I called these guys first thing in the morning and they said “come right now and it will be done in an hour”. They do not mess around, dude practically pulled me out of the car (respectfully) and pulled it into the garage the second I pulled up. They were definitely busy and taking walk-ins left and right while I waited. Super friendly and good work. Affordable for sure. Not my favorite waiting area/office but there’s coffee shops or tacos down the street if you have to hang out 😅. Thank you!!

Marcus and the Entire team at Mobile Auto Glass were AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about their service. From the first contact with Essy they were kind, quick and efficient. I was told the estimate might take an hour because they had to source the correct glass but got call back in less than 15 min. I scheduled the repairs for the next day. The tech arrived early and despite having to work in the rain, the repairs were done quickly. Thank you for the excellent service. I hope I do not need their services again in the future but if I do I will defiantly use them again.

Awesome place, have been there twice for repairs and they are really helpful. Called last minute for a windshield replacement and my car was in and out within 2 hours. The staff is always professional and polite and do a good job cleaning up any broken glass inside as well. Both times their prices have been cheaper than the deductible through my insurance. Would definitely recommend if you need a window replacement for a fair price.

I’ve had four or five broken into windows since moving into downtown Portland and I’ve come here for every single one. Today was another disappointing morning where I realized it had happened yet again, and I got off work early to get this done so my car was safe to pick up my son from school later. They gave me a reasonable price, were SO FAST and squeezed me in, and just always delightful. I love supporting a smaller business who really cares about their customers. And honestly, I’m sure I’ll see them again but hopefully not soon.

This place is literally the best in Portland. Twice they have repaired windows on my cars. Once 4 years ago my window got busted out on Memorial Day Monday and they were closed but let me park my car in their garage to keep it safe overnight, and then fixed it up super quick on Tuesday when they opened. Just now on a different car I had a the quarter glass busted out over the weekend. Other places I called couldn't get me in until next week or would have to call around to get the glass. Mobile Auto Glass was able to accommodate me right away on Monday and came out to my work to fix my window while I was at work - making a stressful situation a LOT less stressful! Thank you Mobile Auto Glass for all you do! You all are really the best! They also do great rock chip repairs really fast!

My windshield cracked while going through a car wash on a Sunday. I called them but they were already booked for the day and told me they’d be able to come over the next day. The following day they called me saying they were super backed up and wouldn’t be able to make it over, so I asked if I could come to their Portland location to get the windshield replaced there and they said yes. It was about a 3-4 hour wait but it was worth it. I appreciated their communication.

My daughter recently moved to Portland and came out of her apartment to find someone had smashed two windows on the passenger side to break into her car (I guess one wasn't enough). On a Saturday when most auto glass companies are closed, Marcus took my phone call and within a 15-minute conversation he had the replacement windows and her appointment set up for early that afternoon. Marcus replaced the windows, cleaned every bit of broken glass inside the car, and my daughter's car was secure and protected again at a great price. As a father who lives in Florida, I was very pleased with the assurances Marcus gave me from the moment our conversation began. He made sure I knew my daughter's car would be taken care of and he would work around any scheduling needs she had. That is customer service that is great (and uncommon) to still find. I had a water leak in my Tacoma, could not figure it out, so decided to get some professional help. Looking around, I had a good feeling about these guys, so called Mobile Auto Glass first. Excellent customer service, got me in same day, started working on my truck right away. Only took about a hour, watched the mechanics work, they tested all the windows for leaks. None were found, but, they did find a mouse nest on my AC filter. Crazy right? Anyway, they think the mouse nest was causing water to go where it shouldn't. Charged me $65, I woulda paid double that. Was in and out in a hour. Highly recommend these guys.

My drivers side window spontaneously busted on my way home. I think it was off it’s track somehow and responded by shattering when I tried to roll it down. I went home to vacuum it out and google a shop. I also googled average cost to fix, $250-$450. I live around the corner from this shop and they got me in that second, it was done within an hour and I paid the lowest estimate I received, $250! I’m very happy with their services. Good as new!

By the way, there is a national glass shortage! And unfortunately, my car was broken into this morning. Statefarm did an okay job of helping me on a weekend but I still had to call around and find a company with available glass on my own. I called Mobile Auto Glass and immediately, Marcus ordered my glass! "Will be here in 45 mins" On top of the good news, I had issues with my insurance company and Marcus spoke to them directly and expedited the claim so I pay my deductible instead of paying out of pocket and rather than being reimbursed later.... Thank you so much! My window is currently being replaced/repaired and vacuumed.

These guys are great! I brought in my work vehicle to get a new windshield and even though they were about to close, the crew worked really hard and stayed late to get it done. I asked about window tinting and they stayed even later to get the tint installed. The front desk reception office was super friendly as well. Called a few windshield replacement shops around town and they came in with the best price along with the quickest turnaround. Marcus (owner) answered around closing time and asked how soon I needed this done then proceeded to say he'll get me in first thing tomorrow morning. I was in and the car was done before I could finish my breakfast burrito (taco shop across the street is on point also) If you're here reading this then you already know from other reviews how exceptional the work and customer service standards are that they uphold. The staff here is very friendly. I called and they sourced a used piece of glass that looked brand new! The price was really great and cost significantly less than their nation-wide competitors. They even stayed open late to accommodate me and got the job done in less than 30 minutes. All around great service and people. Hopefully I never have to get glass replaced again but if I do, I’m coming here!

Quick service amidst the busy lot. Plenty of customers getting their windows and windshield replacement done. Windshield done within 2 hrs, price within competitive range (SUV windshield for $285, Safelite quoted 400, so definitely shop around!) So far so good with the windshield replacement. True test comes when it rains.

The employees are all kind and helpful. They answer the phones promptly. They also try to get the best deal according to what glass products are available. I was able to get an appointment the same day where other places couldn’t. The glass they had should have fit but didn’t so they rescheduled me to come back. They sent a driver to pickup OEM glass for me so we wouldn’t have to wait longer for shipping. Because the glass had to be upgraded to OEM the cost went from $300-$700 but this was out of their control. I gave them 5 stars because I appreciated the prompt service and felt like they were trying their best to get me a good price and complete the work quickly. You guys rock. Thanks for making me feel valued as a customer.

Marcus helped us get our windshield replaced on very short notice. Our insurance only uses safelight, but they were booked up. Luckily Mobile Auto Glass was able to work with our insurance. The staff were all very friendly. They all went above and beyond to get us back on the road!

Our dash cam caught the action and we got the phone number from the truck. Responsible business owner paid for the replacement. Video was clear what happened. Spouse's research found they had best price in town for high quality parts. They do all your car's glass...for all kinds of cars and trucks. We highly recommend. Fast. Affordable. Experts. Came here yesterday, 5/22/2022, and really got set up for success. Was in Portland for the weekend and had one of my windows bashed in. Got help super fast and even an offer to come in next day to have the window fixed. My partner and I were on a time crunch for travel and they still wrapped my window up to make sure we could safely drive on the highway. If I was in town longer I would have absolutely had my window fixed here and I just really appreciate the kindness that was given here. Go here- you will be taken care of one way or another!

This place is great for windshield replacement. We had a large crack across the front of our windshield and needed a new one. My insurance company contracts with Safelite but this place offered me a replacement for $100 less. They also had my windshield in stock and got me an appointment in 1 hour! Amazing service. My car was broken into late Saturday night and they smashed my window. I called Mobile Auto Glass and they were super kind and helpful throughout the whole process. They squeezed me in knowing they were very busy. The person that broke into my car also ashed his cigarette all over my car seats and I tried all day Sunday to get the smell out with no luck. Mobile Auto Glass did a thorough job cleaning the area especially all the glass remnants and my car smells good again! Fair prices, excellent services, and great staff. Super helpful place! I highly recommend. Window got smashed, I brought my own part to them to let them put on. Their schedule is tight but they slide me into a slot between their jobs because mine is only door window replacement. After job done, they vacumme and clean all debris! When they took off the door panel to install window, they forgot to put the lock control plug in, but I wasn't have time to let them redo the job on that day. They are so nice to let me come back anytime to fix for me again. I went back yesterday and they were so busy but still took care of me in only 20 mins! Thanks Wes, Marcus and a slim girl with tattoo on collar bone forgot her name again.

I have to give a shout out to Marcos and his staff. I live in NW. I went out to my car in the evening to see my drivers side back window broken. It was raining, and starting to get dark. I had no where safe to park my vehicle overnight. Luckily I called Mobile Auto Glass, and even through they were closed, they had a very kind gentlemaneet me at the shop to lock up the car until the glass could be replaced in the morning. It was certainly nothing that he or the employee had to do, but it was a priceless gesture to me to have that piece of mind. I would recommend them to anyone, and use them again should I be in need. Memorial day weekend my car got broken into that Friday. Only place that wasnt booked out till next Thursday, also slightly cheaper! I got there 2hrs earlier than my appointment and the owner knew me right away, they got started on my replacement within 5mins. Hands down 5 stars! If you have insurance to help with your payment, leaving you to only pay the deductible, they do that here and it was effortless. I just called my insurance company, filed my windshield claim, provided Mobile Auto Glass's info and that was the last I heard about it. I called another shop and they were booked out for 9 days but they serially referred me to these guys after I explained my time constraints. That just blew my mind. These guys came to our place and literally had our windshield swapped out in an hour! Convenience at its finest. They even offer same day service upon availability! And the best part you ask? It was the same price if not cheaper than any place you would take it to, leaving you either stuck sitting in their waiting room while they swapped it out or worst dealing with rides to/from. Great warranty and very friendly service tech and customer service rep. Definitely recommend them to anyone who has a windshield or window that needs replacing.

They did a fantastic job replacing the windshield on my Civic. Covid made the parts scarce and they had to keep it overnight. They were very professional and apologetic for the wait. I picked it up the next morning and as an added bonus they cleaned the inside of my car better than I have ever done it myself! 5 stars for 5 star service. They were super friendly, as well. Was absolutely floored with my experience with mobile auto glass! My car was broken into and Safeflite quoted at me a week out for over $450. Called MAG and they got me that same day for half the amount. Not only was the savings huge but they also vacuumed out the shards of glass in my back seat without saying anything, that’s great service! Overall, great experience. Last minute they were able to get me in for a door window replacement after a break-in. Quality of the job is top notch at a competitive price, about $100-$150 cheaper than everywhere else I looked. My only complaint is the lack of transparency, don't tell me the job is going to be done in an hour and a half and have me wait around when it is going to take 5 hours because you're so busy. Being busy is great, I'm glad you're getting good business during these times, but next time don't leave people sitting around waiting and telling them "just a little bit longer".

These folks were incredible. Got us in 30 minutes after finding our car window smashed, they cleaned the glass on the seat, and had a new window in place within an hour and a half. ABSOLUTELY 100% exceeded my expectations!! When I called about my car window problem, I talked to and was impressed with the lady (Mary) who genuinely listened to my situation and answered all my questions honestly and suggested I stop by that day before they close to see if they can help. So I drove over... When I checked in, she immediately got her glass technician (Jose) to stop what he was doing and to immediately assist me. I was thinking, WOW!! Without hesitation, he went to work on my window and repaired it within 30 minutes!! He was definitely knowledgeable and confident as he explained to me how he repaired it and that I wouldn't have to worry. It's been about 7 months now and no issues. Overall, it was a very PLEASANT and HIGH QUALITY experience from a small local family owned business who seems to really care about the customers they serve in their community. 1000% Highly Recommended!!

Good price. Quick turn-around. Friendly staff. But just "eh" install quality. Glass was installed slightly off-center. Weatherstripping was poorly trimmed, resulting in ugly corners. One of my plastics wasn't snapped in properly. Minor hairs of adhesive on the inside of the window. Even the rear-view mirror wasn't fully seated. Perhaps my dirty car influenced the quality of work, or maybe it was the heat today. Regardless, I'm not sure yet if I'd be a repeat customer.

My car window was smashed from a break-in. I had another company who was going to come by and fix it but, they had to cancel because they were booked. I called Mobile Auto Glass at 8am and they said they could be at my place at 11am. I think they were done in under 35 minutes. They were able to get out the glass, very professional, and appropriate pricing for the glass, installation and mobile service. I would highly recommend Mobile Auto Glass to my friends and neighbors and if this ever happens again, I know who I am calling!

While all other auto glass shops have 2 weeks or longer to get an appointment, these guys got me scheduled within 2 hours, same day; what an experience this was! I was mostly pleased with the window replacement I had done here. Quotes on the window from other companies were nearly $100 higher and the technician was available an hour later to come to me which was fantastic. The window looks great. However, there was a minor scratch left in the interior of my driver's side panel (pictured). Assuming this wouldn’t occur with a more expensive company which is purely speculative, I still would have gone with Mobile Auto Glass since they were so much cheaper and quicker. Would still recommend unless avoiding something like a scratch would be worth an extra $100-$150 to you.

Unfortunately someone broke into my car while I was hiking the Ridge trail (note: do NOT park at the small pull out by the entrance to the trail near St John’s bridge) after sunset on a Friday night. I didn’t want to leave my car out as it was forecasted to rain the next day *and* my partner’s car was recently stolen last month from our gated apartment complex when the gate wasn’t working... (the stats about Portland’s car crimes are true apparently). I called up Mobile Auto Glass at 8pm since they were open 24 hours. Marcus came over to meet me at the shop (a 45 minute drive from where he was too!) so he could lock up my car. A huge relief. He said he would have my window fixed by 12pm the next day - he had it done before 10am! Superb service. I’d def recommend this shop to anyone!

They were $40 - $100 cheaper than other shops I called for a Toyota Corolla windshield replacement. They were able to get me in the same day which was also hard to find when I was calling around for quotes. Friendly service. They even offer free mobile replacement where they come to your home or work and do the replacement there. My dash did get a small scuff in it after the install but I'm not too concerned since it's an older car.

After trying to call every glass shop within 100 miles on Sunday (holiday weekend) mobile auto glass answered the phone and went above and beyond getting ahold of his supplier to open the wear house to get my window giving me a great price on the window and when I showed up informed me that his friend was going to come in to the shop from his house just to retint my window and make it look like nothing happened! I'm only giving them 3 Star's. Yes the price was very cheap. But you get what you pay for. They did a very amateur job. Definitely expect water to leak in. So when you get home make sure you fill in the rest with caulking glue. Or some kind of waterproof foam. Like I said only 3 stars you definitely get what you pay for.

Ok, so here's the 'skinny' on Mobile Auto Glass LLc... Backstory: I had my front passenger window smashed and my twins diaper bag stolen at 12:45 P.M. I called Mobile Auto Glass Llc at 1:00 P.M., asked if they had the window, they said they had it in stock and asked where I was coming from... I live in the neighborhood and explained that I still needed the car to pick up my older twins from school and that I'd drop the car off and walk home at 2... So I pull up to the shop and I'm greeted by the owner, he says; "you've had a hard day, I'll drop you and your kids at your house and bring your car back to you when I'm done." Seriously?!? I can't even tell you how relieved I was to have that kind of heart and respect. 5 stars is too few...

I called around 10:30am 6/20/17 to get a quote - that was less than competitors, dropped the car off around noon with the expectation it would be worked on the next day. To my surprise, I received a call around 5:30pm saying my car was ready. When I picked it up, I was greeted with smiles from employees returning from mobile service. Brought my Civic in with a water leak I thought was from the windshield. After checking it out, Marcus told me the leak was not from the windshield or any other window. He then thoroughly inspected the underside of the car, which he sealed up where the leak was occurring. He also dried up the very wet rug for me.
