Have already recommended this business to a co-worker. The process was very easy to get a quote and an appointment. Did it all by texting. They got me in the next day with options of at their place of work or Mobil at my home. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable during the check in process. Took under an hour to get the work completed. Yelp had a 15% off coupon so came in under the quote price. Would use them again.

I dealt with two employees the woman on the phone who setup my appointment and the repairer himself. Both were absolutely courteous and professional. They we're on time, and even gave me a little headsup and reminder which was awesome. The man who repaired my vehicle went out of his way to explain the process of how it all works to me, he didn't have to put in all that extra effort but he did. My car window is now fixed, and can enjoy A/C and I couldn't be happier with the excellent service I received. Oh and the price was really good too, like compared to going to get serviced at the manufacturer location, it was roughly 45% cheaper. Which is substantial. Go ahead and give them a try, but remember to leave a tip. They deserve it.

These parts are plastic and I know they'll keep breaking. So glad I found this company! Zach came to my home and replaced it with a much more durable metal part in about 45 minutes. Don't go to a dealership because they will over charge you and in my case they didn't even have the part in-stock and couldn't fix my car for a week. I just couldn't go without a window for a week. I stopped by Power Window Repair around 3:00 on a recent afternoon to get an estimate to repair the passenger side window that had just failed. The technician gave me the estimate to replace the broken window regulator, which I thought was very reasonable, and said that it was unlikely that they would be able to fix it that day. But then he asked if I lived nearby. When I told him that I lived about 50 minutes North, he said "let me see what we can do", and went back into the shop. About a minute later he returned and told me that they would do the job for me that afternoon. In less than two hours, I was driving home with a completely repaired and operable passenger side window! I couldn't be happier with the great service the Power Window Repair team gave me and for their kindness to me. I absolutely highly recommend Power Window Repair to anyone needing power window repair work.

My 1995 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon needed a driver's side Window Regulator repaired. A Google search led me to this firm. A terrific job, beautifully packaged with a rapid turn-around time left me with a like-new window operation. A bonus was the telephone process was Rolex/Lexus-like in answering my questions and clarifying my concerns. The 2 ladies I dealt with a true pleasure to work with and updated me on the progress. Price/value was excellent. You will be asked to take 2 photos of your mechanism - no closeups - and ship it off to them. Absolutely worthwhile in all aspects; speed, courtesy, done right & priced right. You will be as satisfied as I was, and keep them for future reference!

tl;dr: Power Window Repair in Phoenix is the place to go if your window lift breaks. Highly recommend. The driver's window regulator cord snapped in my 2015 Elantra. The problem I ran into was no one in town had the replacement regulator in-stock, other than the dealership who wanted $375 +tax and who knows how much for installation. Auto Zone would be able to get one in 36 hours for $166 +tax, and I would need to pay shop hours to install. Obviously I don't want to leave my car unsecured, so this wasn't really an option for me, working downtown. I happened upon Power Window Repair on Google Maps, and their reviews looked great. I called for a quote and they said they could replace any plastic parts that commonly break with fabricated metal ones, and replace the wire for $239 out the door. (This is not a price quote for your individual job, just what my particular job cost). Awesome, I'll take it. They got me in for their last open appointment time at 2:30 and I was on the road in and hour and a half at the price I was quoted. I highly recommend giving them a call if your power window needs repair.

If you’re having power window issues this is the place to go! My window wouldn’t roll all the way up on driver side, called dealership and they wanted almost $300, and didn’t have any appointments for weeks, I was referred to this company by a very good friend, and they didn’t disappoint. I called they were busy, left a voice mail an extremely nice lady called me back, but I was already on my way I lol. I told them my issue, they pulled it around and checked it out. Here is the part that I need to get through, the front desk lady comes out and says “ I have some good news, your window was just off track, and we put it back in place so instead of me having to pay around $256ish, I only had to pay $99.00! This speaks high volume to the character of these people, and this business. They could have easily lied and made and extra $200.00, but they were honest and I can’t tell you how amazing that feels in such a tight situation. Thank you Thank you for helping me and being honest people, that is a rare and hard thing to come by now these days. I will be recommending everyone to this company. One little note the parking is extremely limited so just be careful.

Fantastic company!! Our Porsche had a window regulator break. Fixing it at the dealer or even a good third party shop would've been thousands of $$. We did it ourselves, it was very challenging, but we removed the window regulator and sent it to Power Window Repair for refurbishment. Not only is the refurbed part much better than original (machined metal components versus plastic in the original), but their technicians were so kind and got on the phone with us a couple times to help us through the process of removing it and shipping it to them. They refurbed it in a day and sent it back, we installed it and it worked perfectly. Wonderful experience recommend them highly. The refurb was a couple hundred bucks, we saved thousands. Only other comment is that you definitely need to be mechanically inclined to do this, not an easy job but very satisfying once done.

I contacted Power Window Repair about my Cadillac Escalade ESV power sunroof stuck in the back position. I took the SUV to them and they offered to get the parts (no longer made) by searching area pick a parts, or to close out permanently. I opted for the closure, since I'm sure parts would be hard to come by. They quoted me a reasonable cost, and I left it with them over night, and they called in the morning that it was already done. They even looked to see if it could be repaired with the existing parts, but some were broken. Closed it up, and then let me use an internet discount coupon as well! Great Service, Great People, and I'll use them for any other issues we have. 5 Stars!

I was on vacation in the Keys, and my Bentley GT back window made a 'Granch' noise, and broke. In the down position. Not good. I called the dealer and got a unbelievably expensive quote. Great service and one-day turnaround to rebuild my regulator! I'm in Phoenix area, and the driver side regulator on my 97 Caravan broke at 107K miles. The rearward plastic carrier cracked and the metal cover ripped off and the cable literally tied itself in a huge knot! I almost bought a new aftermarket regulator, then found that these guys repair power window regulators, here in Phoenix. They use metal parts and reinforce key known-weak areas (with what looks like some type of epoxy). I decided to have them rebuild my OEM regulator (rather than swapping with one they already have). They do a lot of high-end and classic cars and have been in business a while so I figure it's going to last. I was a bit worried that they would be able to get the regulator reassembled and working smoothly... but they did, and I reinstalled it without problems, and it is working well. Jeremy, the rebuild tech, was friendly and answered my questions before and after the rebuild. The rebuild was a bit more expensive (~99) than an aftermarket regulator ($50-75) but I was able to keep my OEM regulator and now it has some upgraded parts (metal pulley, etc.) I noticed the cable tension springs are pretty tight without much more room to compress but maybe that's the way they are supposed to be.

The experience was above expectation. I received a quote in advance and that was my total out the door. My repair was completed so quickly. I arrived early ( approx 45 min) expecting there to be a wait. There were two customers before me and they were still able to complete my repair before my scheduled time. They even cleaned the adhesive from when I taped my window at no additional charge.

OMG! These folks are Amazing!!!! They were the first people listed on my Google search and I was very impressed with the ad for the business. My next step was the phone call with Cynthia who was very upbeat and friendly! She gave me good and detailed information on what may be wrong with my window problem as it would not roll up more than halfway. The price quotes, depending on the problem, seemed very reasonable including tax, parts and labor! And sure enough, in just 30 minutes my window was as good as new at the exact price quotes!!!! Even better because the Technician showed me my old parts, how the problem happened and explained how they reinforce the "NEW" parts with "Metal" instead of the plastic parts used on the OEM parts to allow the repair to last much, much longer! What a fantastic experience from beginning to end with everyone at the shop!!! I'd give them "10 STARS" but I'm limited to 5 star's which I gave them. After word I called all around to check prices from more Mechanics in the greater Phoenix area. "Power Window Repair" these guys are the cheapest but absolutely "The BEST!!!! Power Window Repair saved me $500!! The driver side window on my 2016 Tucson dropped down inside the door panel. Dealership charges over $800 to repair. I called other window repair shops for cost estimates. I contacted six shops; Christy from Power Window was the only one to respond to my request for estimate! She returned my call within 24 hours, fully explained service included lifetime warranty on metal (not plastic) parts, 1 year warranty on labor for $299 "out the door". I scheduled an appointment; the shop lobby area is clean, provides wi-fi, repair took about 90 minutes. Repair technician was informative about solvent to remove duct tape residue (as that was used to hold the window in place until repair) as that is a service not provided.

One day, the drivers window on my 2012 Tesla model s would not go up. And of course it happens to me during the supply chain hang up. Nobody has parts and anyone that does is weeks out, or wants a medium sized ransom for it. What do you do? You take it to someone who can rebuild it. They did an awesome job. I found this place on google maps. They are a 40 minute drive from my house. They were able to get me in the very next day at their location in phx or come to my house in chandler the next week. They told me it would be a 45 min to hour wait, but they were done with my vehicle in 30 minutes. My driver side front window broke and wouldn't roll up. 2 places I called quoted me upwards of $500. This place took the broken parts, replaced them with custom metal parts, and saved me $300! Plus a year warranty on labor and lifetime on parts. I was incredibly happy and would gladly drive to their location again. Front desk lady was knowledgeable and kind.

My window fell off track so I attempted to repair ity myself. As soon as if took the door panel off the entire track,, and cables fell out of the bottom. Muchore work than I had time to do.. Go here! They provide excellent and speedy customer service! We had a tricky problem preventing our power windows and locks from working on each individual door unit. They only worked from the driver’s master control unit. This persisted even after Power Doors and Windows replaced all the power harnesses. The owner spent hours tracing the wiring and researching he issue until he figured it out and fixed it. We had other shops try over the years with no success, until Power Doors and Windows figured it out!

I went to open the door on my Suburban. I heard a pop and the door would not open. I called my local dealer. They quoted over $500 to diagnose the problem by disassembling the door. I didn't like crawling in from the passengers side over the console to get into the driver seat. I called PWR. For $200 labor, they said they could fix it and the availability was reasonable. PWR had to drill out my door latch from the inside from the dis-assembled door. Something beyond my current skill level. In about 2 hours, I had my door working and the Suburban was all put back together and I was driving off. I could easily recommend them to anyone with door problems.

I have a '90 Supra with power window switches(both sides) that quit working. I brought the switches into Power Window Repair who gave me a quote to repair and advised I could pick them up in a day or two. I received a call the next day from the repair tech who advised I needed a part, which wasn't available, but he could build the part I needed. He advised he could make the repair within the next day or so with no additional charges. I received a call the next day advising the switches were ready. I have installed the switches and they all work perfectly. I am not presently using the car in the winter, but I am advised I have a one year warranty on the switches. I would recommend this company for any switch repairs due to their honesty, pricing and promptness.

I first came to Power Window Repair 6 years ago for a regulator that busted on my driver side rear passenger door. Paul came to my home (in June) and worked tirelessly for a couple hours in the heat to get my window working again (not his fault, my vehicle is a bit of a pain for any type of repair). The first number that I came across was Power Window Repair. I forgot the name of the young man that answered the phone, however he was very polite and after explaining my situation I was informed that the mobile service was booked for the day however I could bring in the car and that it could be done in approximately a half hour. I thought that was awesome, but because we were already off schedule, I called and made an appointment for two days later when I was returning. I was given a window of time, and the service man called me before he arrived (on time) and was avery nice. The window was fixed quickly and I would have to say that from that first phone call until that last handshake after the window was fixed, that I was very satisfied with the great customer service. Showed up for service appt at service shop but was told had to wait hour plus to get in as a tech had gone home. They Did send someone out in a mobile following week to fix my window. Was surprised to see a dirty rebuilt regulator being installed. Was told they rebuild them w lifetime warranty but they were as expensive as buying a brand new one. Tech even reused my old motor but I got no break or discount even though most regulators come w a new motor assembly. Laid all his greasy tools and the window on my off white clothe seats. Kinda disappointed but had to travel in a few days so I accepted the job w complaint. Make sure you ask about product and warranty so your not surprised. Watch the tech and make sure you get what you paid for.

These guys are the best! I had a burned up window motor from a custom built hot rod. I spent days trying to find a replacement motor to no avail. I gave them a call to see if there was a possibility that it could be repaired. After discussing my situation with them over the phone, and receiving assurances that they could indeed repair my motor, i sent it off in the mail. I had my doubts, but two days later I got a phone call telling me that my motor was on its way back to me and was as good as new. I saw one of the vehicles for power window repair while I driving on the 202 and a few days later my right front window regulator broke, rolled down but would not go back up. I am a mechanical break down inspector, in other words if you buy an extended warranty on your vehicle and that insurance company questions repairs I go out and verify failure or not so I deal with almost all Dealers and many independent shops through out the valley. I went around and got estimates and all were between $400 and $600 to repair. I went on line and found parts to repair for about $150 to $300 I thought I would just do it myself, figured it would take a few hours and I would save money. I went to order parts and found they would actually cost me about $200.00 to $250.00. While I was looking for parts I noticed Power Window Repair was listed in my search and remembered there billboard wrapped vehicle. I checked there reviews and there were a few that were negative and couple for there location,, so even though I was skeptical I called and was quoted a price of $202 I asked if the motor was needed how much more and he said it was included. Any to make a long story shorter I set up an appointment for the next day and arrived slightly late. They already had a repaired window regulator with steel rollers not plastic and completed repair in about 35 minutes. The window now operates properly and is more quite than before. While I was waiting I peaked into shop and saw two guys that were repairing window regulators and upgrading when possible. "Power Window Repair" did a GREAT Job! I was going to order the regualtor for my BMW and fix or replace it myself. However, I really did not want to have the window all a part and find out it was the switch, or the motor, and not the regulator. It only took them about a hour, just enough time to have lunch. Power Window Repair are great to work with. A part on one of the door handles broke. Normally the handle extends as one approaches the vehicle. My car is no longer under warranty. The Tesla dealer can only replace the handle at a cost of over $900. Power Window Repair fixed the handle at 1/4th the cost. They were able to schedule the repair right away. It took two hours or so. There's a pleasant little waiting room. Everyone is very friendly.

After removing the door panel myself and seeing that my window was not functioning due to a broken plastic tab on the power window regulator (harness), and verifying that the motor still works perfectly. I took the car to a nearby Gruelich's repair shop. They informed me that they'd have to diagnose the problem and get back to me in a couple hours. After 4 hours, the assistant manager called me back and said that both motor and regulator are shot and need to get replaced. All of it was a package deal, priced around $450 that would take over a week to repair! I politely declined the repair and called Power Window Repair and was told that they could complete the repair in about an hour an replace the regulator with an all-metal unit with life-time guarantee. Unfortunately, they were wrong about the replacement time: it only took them 1/2 hour! And, with a total cost if $229! You guys are awesome and I look forward to recommending you to anyone with power window repair needs.

Unfortunately, most vehicles with power windows (including mine) come with plastic parts which rot in the Arizona sun. During the first ten years I've owned my 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara I had to have five window regulators replaced, averaging about $300 (parts and labor) each, and taking up most of the day in the shop. In December 2017, when the sixth one went out, I did research and found Power Window Repair. The local company gives a lifetime warranty on their window regulators, so I decided to have all four replaced once and for all. Since I was having them all done at once, the company also gave me a multi-window discount. So, for less than $800 I will never have to go through this expense (or waste of time) again!!! I am so relieved that I got this done, now able to go to a drive-thru ATM or fast food restaurant without worrying if I will be able to roll my window back up after doing so. The people there were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the scheduled job was performed in about an hour!!! It's hard for me to recall the last time I was absolutely thrilled with any business. The cable and spool it wraps around were messed up on my 2014 Hyundai veloster so I dropped off the broken parts for my car window on Friday and they said it would be done Monday at the latest. I drive for Lyft and my passenger side front window came off its tracks. This was around noon on Friday and Friday night is a big money night for me. I explained that I needed to get the window fixed so I could work that night. Even though they didn't really have an opening, they squeezed me in and had the window fixed in less than an hour.
