The windshield in a commercial vehicle cracked and needed replaced asap so I could keep the vehicle legal. Glas Tek was able to fix the window in less than 24 hours of the damage occurring. They were friendly and pricing was fair. I have used them in the past and have always had a great experience. Dave was the technician and he was wonderfully friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and I cannot recommend him enough.

I was referred to Glas Tek by Karl’s Collision (aka: Fix Automotive) after they did a fabulous job repairing my Toyota Tundra after an accident. My wife’s 2019 Corvette stingray needed the windshield and we don’t let just anybody work on it. The installers showed up exactly on time and finished the install in about an hour. They were very courteous and professional. Stephanie did a great job getting an OEM windshield approved by our insurance and delivered in record time! I won’t hesitate to use them again and I recommend them to anybody who asks.

I had purchased a passenger side Winshield trim piece online due to the. Ford dealership in Peoria wanting twice as much for the part and told me they would hold my car for up to 5 days until they could get to the repair. I called Glad Tek and they came out as scheduled, removed the broken trim and replaced it with the new pieces. Very nice, efficient and only $45 dollars instead of the over $400 the dealership wanted for parts and labor. Plus I would have to take the car to the dealership and rent another car while they kept it for repair! Glas Tek comes to you! That's wonderful!

Most importantly he answered all of my questions with a positive attitude. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and Greg addressed my concerns confidently and in a reassuring manner. Great customer service. I called several windshield repair companies for quotes but Glas Tek was the best. Lanette explained the process. They were able to schedule it the following day. They come to your house( no additional charge) and within 40 minutes it’s done! In fact, our repairman (forgot his name) called to ask if he could come out earlier. Bonus!!! I have been trying to get windshield repair for a month or two now. This place was recommended by google when I did a search for places that take my insurance and boy am I happy it recommended them. The lady on the phone was super friendly and got me an appointment that day!!!! I’ve been waiting a month for safetek!!!!!! These guys are the one for both insurance and out of pocket windshield replacements; I called 5 shops for quotes through insurance and out of pocket, and Glas Tek was the most affordable. From start to finish it went as smooth as anyone would want it to go. The installer was polite and courteous and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He was in and out in under an hour. He showed up when he said he would. I spent many hours researching auto glass companies in the North part of the Phoenix Metro area and finally found Glas Tek. This is the Third time I have Used Glas Tek to replace my windshield, this time on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU. One week after replacing this one.. Wham! I got a decent size rock chip right in the drivers view. Glas Teck was out to repair it for free within 2 days. I Have found that it is cheaper using Glas Tek and paying cash to replace my windshield every year or two rather than carrying the extra glass insurance and making a claim..

The Representatives were John and Dave. Their appearance and handling of the installation was very professional and courteous. They installed the glass quickly and their work was very clean. And by the way, they don't offer trips to Las Vegas or Omaha Steaks, etc, etc, but they did comply with their Promotion of a $50 US bill, on the spot!. I could not believe it. Other Companies in the past have told me that "they will mail out the Promotional Surprise" and it simply never came. Glas Tek is a Smart Choice. I hope this helps the next customer.

After cleaning all the old sealents away and preparing the windshield for installation, he then blew my mind. Best and most proficient windshield replacement I've ever had done, and I've had a bunch replaced over the years. If I could give them 10 stars I would! There is a reason that their average rating it 4.9 out of 5 Stars and its not just that their price is fair. GlasTek installed a new windshield in my F150 about 18months ago. Recently while in Oregon the windshield leaked during heavy rain. Turned out the sealant failed in the lower corner. My engine computer was damaged and the bill (Including a new windshield) was $950 which Ford would not cover under warranty since it was not the original windshield. I contacted GlasTek and they stepped right up the the plate and took care of everything! So many outfits would look to dodge their responsibility and claim it was not thier fault. It was good to know that my confidence in them was not misplaced. Kudos to GlasTek for doing the right thing. Sometimes "stuff" happens. I now know that GlasTek will really stand behind you.
