Called them for window tinting, and was told I could get service the next day. It was that quick. Wanted the best tinting possible - out the door it was less than $450. Upon payment and service, and a week later, there are still a few minor imperfections, but they literally can be overlooked. Lifetime guarantee, this tint is truly awesome! Darkest legal tint offered in AZ. Got 5% on back windows, and 35% front, with the 5% bar on the top of the windshield. Looks 👍🏼 AF.

Absolute five star company! Jose, the glass installer, showed up on time with advance notice and was such a nice guy! He is a very good at his craft, he does excellent work in a timely fashion and he gets the job done correctly the first time around!! He was very patient with me, because I was skeptical of anybody touching my vehicle, as I had just been through a nightmare with another awful company (Don't use NuVision). Set up appointment over the phone, the date of appointment was great. Show up 30 minutes early to drop the vehicle off, they texted me after the window tint was done. The guy that deliver the vehicle to my sibling did a 360 walk around explaining the tint. Diamond Auto Glass is the best for glass work and window tint needs.

If you ask them where you can go while you wait for your car to get finished and they’ll keep you entertained with suggesting lots of spots! You can go to White Dove Coffee house while you wait. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better service for my windshield replacement. Ask them if they know “Justin Memory”.

The guys at Diamond were great! They were all ready for us, whisked the car right in and got to work. It was almost ready for us when we came back after 45 mins, but, much to their chagrin, the new windshield cracked just as they finished it! Gads! Without missing a beat, they took a van, went and got another one, installed it, put the tint strip on, put our new rearview mirror on, and handed us the keys! They even, quite happily, contracted with our insurance, so it cost us nothing but the drive up. Really awesome experience and nice guys! We highly recommend this company for repair, replacement, and tinting auto glass.

I'm a trucker with a new tractor that had 3 bad chips in my windshield. DOT was doing one of those blitzes looking for issues, and I for sure was going to be busted. I called the guys at Diamond Auto Glass to see if they could do anything. Not only did they tell me to come as soon as I could, they dropped everything and two men came out to me on a side street with ladders and everything else needed. They explained the process and knocked it out in about 20 minutes. I have to struggle to see where the problem even was! These guys know their stuff and are fast!!! I called Diamond for a windshield replacement on my truck. They were easy to work with and set up a repair. While waiting for my appointment I called back and figured I would see if they could do my Jeeps windshield at the same time. The tech that came out was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to get both of my windshields replaced in a short period of time. My windshield had a hairline crack straight side to side and needed replaced before a cross country move. Safelite put me off twice and told me it was safe to drive.Thankfully, we took the Jeep in to Honda to have a wiper fixed and they suggested Diamond Auto Glass to us! From the initial call to ask about services to the installation, the team was professional and made it very easy to work with the insurance company to arrange and cover the process. They worked with me on a last minute change to the installation time (a day earlier!!) and all went well. They were short staffed on the install date so the process took about 20 minutes longer than anticipated but it was no problem. I had one concern about streaks and spots on the glass and while they did clear some, it would be my only complaint as I spent 30 minutes when I got home getting all of the streaks and residue off the inside of the windshield. Otherwise, it was a job well done.

I'm from Iowa and stopped here to get a chip fixed or a new windshield depending on what their professional opinion was. (Jason) instantly came out to take a look as he was fixing a chip for another customer. Keep in mind they were busy, and I am a stranger from 1,500 miles away. After he fixed my chip there was another chip he noticed and as we were just looking at the window it started to crack. Nowhere near the chip he had just fixed. It continued to crack approximately 2 feet. Nothing he did caused this. Therefore I now needed a new windshield and will not be in town long. He (Jason) found me a windshield, set up my insurance claim, and told me I could drop my car off after the weekend and he would have my new windshield installed. This took very little of my time. Therefore I'm leaving this review solely based on the customer service. The install has not even happened yet. Note I also came here because they have the best reviews. I will leave another after the install. This business has the best customer service. Jason and Becca* are so down to earth, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They made something that would normally be a huge headache/disaster no big deal for me. My windshield on my 6 month old Kia Stinger was heavily pitted from sand dumped in Texas and Oklahoma from the ice storm earlier this year so as I said nothing Jason did caused it to crack. I very rarely leave reviews but this establishment and the people that run it def deserve credibility. Thank you for making this easy for me.

I have to say after years of owning my sprinter and having a windshield replaced nearly 2 to 4 times a year I can finally say I found a glass shop that does quality work and appreciates me as a customer. All the other glass shops in town could learn a thing or two from these guys. I have tried them all Storm, Inspectors, Urban, Safelite, they all disappointed with wrong glass, broken washer nozzles, wires pinched between glass and body, delays on insurance processing, poor re-tint jobs.

The staff at Diamond Auto Glass did an amazing job in repairing a small crack in my windscreen. We were on a cross country drive from the east coast and got hit by a small rock just after entering AZ. Not only did they explain the process of fixing the crack they also repaired a second crack that developed from the same crack later that day free of charge. Their prices were about 1/2 what I paid in the east coast for a similar repair. Great staff, great customer service. Needed a new windshield for my Super Duty truck and they quoted me the best price in town and were able to get it done in 2 days due to having to get the glass from their vendor 2 hours away. They were good about getting the VIN over the phone so they got the right one and ended up needing the slightly more expensive one for the forward camera. I was puzzled by this since I knew that I didn't have lane departure or other warning system but they assured me that if it ended up being a dummy camera mounted on the truck I wouldn't be charged for recalibration. The job was completed on time and without a calibration needed. A very professional and courtious business that put up with my questioning nature. I highly recommend.

I had very difficult time constraints as I was moving. I did not get a chance to change my windshield until the day I was moving out of Flagstaff. Not only did Diamond Auto Glass of Flagstaff work with my strict time constraints, they also were able to get my windshield within less than a day because they didn’t have it in stock, and they installed it at the location I needed even after needing to change the location the day of. These people are awesome. They were able to replace my windshield in just 20 or 30 minutes. These guys are pros! I only had one small issue with the install and that was that the molding was coming up on a small 1.5 inch section just a little. During a visit to Flagstaff over a month later they were able to fix it at no charge and in only 5 minutes! I went to their shop and was on my way not even 10 minutes later! They even let me know of a coolant leak I had on my car. These people have unbelievable customer service. It is so amazing! If you don’t believe me then try it yourself. You will be pleasantly surprised with the lengths these guys will go to satisfy their customers. They are awesome and I can’t stress this enough. I would recommend this to anyone who needs their windshield replaced even over all the many companies in Phoenix, where I moved to.

We were on a road trip from Washington state. A window on our travel trailer completely shattered from the stresses of the road and heat while we were in Utah. Flagstaff being our next destination in a couple days out we searched and called different RV repair shops and other auto glass repairs shops with very little luck. To make matters worse, the nationally-known brand name which my insurance company suggested (even though I couldn't even put this through under a claim because of my deductible anyway) couldn't give me any appointments sooner than 4 days out, when I was supposed to be leaving town to head to my next road trip adventure the next day! Thankfully, my boyfriend found diamond auto glass and gave them a call: they not only offered to take me right away (I opted to take an appointment the next morning) but when I arrived for my appointment, they started in on the work right away, and got the job done in significantly less time than projected! The work they did was well done and precise and the costumer service was great! This place saved my road trip!!

They did a poor job installing my windshield the first time and I broke the new windshield at home while trying to fix their work. I told them everything and asked them to install another windshield. They covered their labor and I covered the cost of the glass. I feel this is quite fair for everybody and I am satisfied. I am a pickier customer than most and this was a classic car, not just an everyday Toyota, so I can understand how things went wrong the first time. Next time I take my car anywhere I will be more specific about my expectations and more careful in inspecting the result before I sign the paperwork. Side note: I work for a business in Flagstaff that uses Diamond Auto Glass for our delivery fleet maintenance. They've always done a good job for us.

If you've worked with Safelite, you probably know it's pretty annoying to deal with them. I needed a window crack sealed and not only tell me to keep it shaded when I had no idea when the tech would show up, but he showed up late and said the window was too hot to work on! On the other hand, Diamond Auto Glass were AWESOME. The crack on my windshield was sealed in 10 minutes and it only cost me $30 out of pocket. Unfortunately all the windows began to bubble and I took the car back. I’ve recently had two front windshield replaced here one through insurance and the other out of pocket. They did all the work in filing the claim with insurance, I stood by comfortable and watched them work. My second out of pocket window was quoted well in advance, a window they had in stock, and a convenient morning drop off (slightly before work hrs even) picked up at noon. They have plenty of techs to assist with walk-ins and great costumer service. Since I have a replacement window by them they cover all future chip replace as part of their gaurentee. I recommend diamond if you need window repair; a snow cinder-using community jewel.

My husband and I, Serge Kadziolka, are on a 4 week road trip from northern Canada and got a large stone chip with many cracks just as we arrived in Flagstaff. The guy at hotel reception recommended Diamond Auto Glass so that we could get it repaired quickly. We went to the shop and, 10 minutes after arriving, Stewart (""Mr. Magic") began working on the windshield and was able to completely repair the winndshield, as we were fearful that it might require a full replacement. He assured us that, although large, it could be repaired. He and his co-worker are extremely friendly and helpful, and we would recommend this shop to everyone. From the time the chip happened until he was finished was only an hour and we were on the road again. If you didn't know that there was a crack in the windshield you likely wouldn't be able to tell by looking at it. $30 for an excellent repair and reassurance that the windshield will not cause us any problems for the remainder of our road trip. Thank you for your excellent service and concern. 5 stars for sure.

When I arrived, the first employee I saw was taking a smoke break in the same area where customers park, and when i said hello he didn't respond. The desk person was unable to process my info due to being locked out of their computer and not knowing the account password to get back in. A co-worker loudly informed them that the the password protecting their customer info was "Diamond2017"*** After a long wait, I paid the bill and drove off before noticing (a carelessness that is my own fault) that they had incorrectly processed my transaction. And the windshield has at least 2 whistling gaps on the corners. All in all, not great. (***This isn't the password. But it was nearly that bad)
