I recently went in to get my windshield replaced and a recalibration done on my Camry they left my car looking brand new! I was a little worried about the recalibration but a test drive was done before I headed out. My windshield looks great and my cars lane departure still works great! I had called a few other places and auto glass express had the best prices. Everyone was super friendly and communicated with me the whole time. I’m really glad I decided to come here and I highly recommend them. They also have a nice waiting area with snacks and comfy sofas so that’s a plus.

My experience with Auto Glass Express was great. It started with Michelle. She was so patient with helping me get insurance approval. She actually made that task enjoyable. I actually went in to their Peoria store and it was super simple and fast. They also pointed out, prior to my service, some damage the LAST company had done while replacing my windshield prior. I believe in second chances, but enough is enough. I've had my windshield replaced on two different occasions with this company. The first time, the window leaked. They fixed. That was fine. Then, this time, the window was not sealed properly. They had to come back and fix that. They also promised they would work out payment for the calibration of this window with my dealer (payment was coming from my insurance company) and now I find the dealer has no record of them arranging for the calibration. It's just one thing after another. Don't get sucked in for $100. Incidentally, they are so nice on the phone and make you feel really secure. But, when the rubber hits the road, it's been nothing but hand holding.

Just had my windshield replaced by Auto Glass Express and they are by far the best company I've dealt with for this service. They were on time, very attentive and responsive. During the initial appointment at my workplace before work even started it was noted my car needed the windshield side moldings replaced as the last company that installed a new windshield broke the clips and glued the moldings back in place! My technician Carl contacted the office and got new moldings approved through my insurance and rescheduled for the next morning. I specifically requested Carl to return and sure enough he did, right on time! Carl is the man! Very thorough, knows what he's doing and explained everything in detail. I have a specific kind of insurance policy and he helped me understand and navigate that with them. He set up the calls and stayed on with me, he's followed up and he got me in for the first appointment of the day. Technician Jesus Leon showed up on time and was a pleasure. He got the windshield done in good time and explained to me to keep the window cracked and keep the tape on for 24 hours then remove. He was a pleasure to work with and I will no doubt use AGE for all of my repairs moving forward. I called two days after the damage occurred and was able to get a next-day appointment for the first time in a long time. The appointment day, Jesus called me well before my appointment time asking if I was interested in getting the replacement done earlier. This greatly helped me as I was originally scheduled very close to an appointment I had. Carl did an amazing job in not only repairing my windshield but explaining the process along the way. He is professional, and personable. The notes failed to mention the $100 I would receive for having the replacement done. Carl took the time to call the office to get this issue resolved as the check is to be mailed to me. Normally I would have created a fuss because I expect the best service when I am the consumer but due to Carl's professional and positive attitude I simply assume the entire company is run this way and decided to trust the process. Derick was a huge help, called Wednesday night after talking to another company who I wasn’t happy with at all and he was able to get me in for the next day at whatever time slot I wanted. unfortunately I did not have a good experience with scheduling my windshield replacement with this company they would not work with my schedule.they require a 4hr time.so it was either 8 to 12 or 12 to 4.that simply did not work for me as I had to be at work at 9 so would not be at home at 8.30. but the 12to 4 didn't work for me either because I leave at 2.30 and not going to sit there till 4 waiting.but the car would be parked for a period of 5 and half hrs but they could not work with that.lol so I cancelled and went somewhere else.other than this issue I'm sure they are a good place .they just don't make it convenient for me

A bonus was they PAID me for my business. The only slight negative was the fact that the Saturday tech lacked customer service repoirte. Short version: Yailin provided the best customer service I've had in years. Go with these guys, they will take care of you. Long version: Windshield was cracked and I really didn't want to deal with glass repair companies because a lot of them seem really shady. I got a couple of quotes, and Auto Glass Express was the most responsive and clearly answered my questions, so I decided to work with them. After my windshield was replaced, the tech was having a hard time calibrating the windshield sensors. However, Yailin called me immediately, told me that the windshield they installed might be flawed, and she scheduled it to be replaced a few days later. I was impressed, frankly most companies would pretend everything is fine and go on about their day, but this company was honest. When they replaced the glass the second time, their tech was still having issues with calibration. Yailin called again and told me she will be sending out a specialist to see what's going on. The specialist couldn't figure it out either! But Yailin didn't give up. She scheduled with a nearby dealer to have them look into the problem. The dealer was able to finally calibrate it. Just writing this review to let the world know that these guys are extremely professional and take care of the problem, even when unforeseen issues show up. I don't think I've had such great customer service from any company in quite a while. Yailin is not only polite, but she made sure my issues were resolved. Thank you Yailin, you are awesome.
