Quick, easy and no-frills service. Called for a quote and the price was much lower than what I was quoted for by Safelite. Deposit must be placed in person and my windshield was ordered and took about a day to arrive. There's no appointments and its first come first serve. I came in early and was out within an hour with a brand new windshield. Highly recommend. They do take credit card but I believe there is a discount if you use cash.

Found this place on google maps & it has decent reviews - so I thought why not?! I called in Monday for a quote & came in to drop off the deposit so they could order the window overnight (you can probably also do a credit card deposit over the phone). This place was PACKED on Monday at noon, but you could telll everyone was working hard and running around to get things done. I brought it back in Wednesday morning & I was in and out within an hour with a brand new front windshield. The woman at the front desk (& answering the phone) was so helpful and friendly throughout this whole process. I’d definitely recommend taking your car to Ajax if ever need a window replacement!

These guys (and gal and the "hardest working newbie") are legit. I had a chip in my windshield leaving lake Tahoe which splintered into something awful and was just getting worse. I have a 2022 vehicle and my wife was quoted a thousand dollars by the dealership, two hundred less than that at a random auto glass shop. Then I remembered Ajax and I couldn't be more satisfied. I ended up paying a quarter of what the dealership offered going through Ajax. When you call for a quote, know what your vehicle has with regards to your windshields. It's important to know if your car has: lane departure warnings, impact sensor warnings, rain sensors, and heads up display; this of course pertains to newer vehicles. I have a 2000 Toyota that'll need glass too. If your are satisfied with the price you need to go in and put in a deposit so they can order the glass. I put half of the deposit down on a Friday and was told if no one calls me I'll be good to go on Monday. I arrived Monday morning at 9am and my car was immediately brought in for my windshield replacement. The gentleman who worked on my car was quick and mindful. Although he had this look on his face every so often where he looked like he was blowing into a trumpet, sometimes in frustration. He was frustrated by all the wires, probably because I wasn't smart enough to remove my dash cam from the glass, that's my fault. Otherwise, I was given specific instructions for aftercare, paid, and sent on my way. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a tiny chip on my windshield that caused a big crack during the 98 degree heat. I called my insurance to get a quote and of course I had to pay the deductible. I called AAA and they suggested to use Safelite Auto Glass with a discount as an AAA member. It'll cost me $419 and I have to wait 5 days. Called my dealership for coverage and they said no. But they suggested me to call Ajax Auto Glass. No appointment needed. First in first serve. Less than $250. They replaced my windshield in less than an hour. Super satisfied

I had an older Ford escort I took it to five other glass shops plus two of the mass market chains and every single one of them said sorry we can't get the part you know part shortage is with the supply chain we can't get the glass to fix your rear windshield. I called up Ajax on advice of Reddit of all places and lo and behold they told me put money down to cover the part and we can have you done in the next three days. Because of my schedule and not being able to come in it end up taking 5 days but my rear windshield is repaired came in at roughly where I expected to pay but again all the prices I was quoted was from shops who would turn around to tell me the next day oh by the way we can't get the part so as far as I'm concerned the price was right the repairs were fine and I am content.

I woke up Tuesday morning to a busted right rear door window on my 2013 Ford Edge and the car ransacked. One of my coworkers/friends is also an able mechanic and he showed me a site online where he is happy with the prices, (of parts, including auto glass). I found my window several times, ranging from $135 to $60, for pick- up. My plan was to go pick up the window, (9 miles), and then call my mechanic, (that I've used for decades), to see how much he'd charge to install it. He, however, referred me to Ajax, saying that they could do it better, quicker, and for less than what I planned to do. He was right on all points. I called them around 9:00 am, they told me that they had to order my window and if there were any problems they would call me back, otherwise bring it in at 12:30 pm. No problems, got there around 12:15- $145 installed and a fine job. If I ever need auto glass again, they're my go-to spot now.

Had a break in attempt that left me with two broken door windows. My neighbor recommended Ajax and decided to try them because Safelite was going to take much longer than Ajax and was more expensive. They got me in same day to finish one window and even though the second window needed to be ordered, got me in two days later to fix it. I also had a little credit card issue when trying to pay but the woman in the shop was very patient in getting it resolved. A great attitude from her and even better communication the whole time keeping me updated made the whole process easy and quick, and the job they did was high quality. As a newer resident of Philadelphia, it felt good to use a local shop too.

Excellent experience... i was the first customer when I showed up at 830 AM on a Tuesday, she took me right away and the window was replaced in literally 20 minutes. They even vacuumed the glass from the break-in out of the interior, saving me from my next trip to a car wash, so I was able to go home and back to sleep instead. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The lady was fast to help me find out what was wrong with my car. Then quoted me 170 + tax to get it done but I had to wait 3 days for the part to come in! Went down the street to a used parts place, got the part for 54 dollars that day, watched a you tube video, and installed it the next day no issues. Not sure why they didn't shop around for the part? But it saved me almost 120 dollars. I'll take it.

I saved $180 compared to Safelite Auto Glass Repair and Ajax was terrific. The lady at the front counter was great. I literally was in and out within an hour and back on the road. Great experience. Hopefully I wont need them again, but if so, would drive 50 miles to have them fix my windshield!

Not only were they the least expensive. They were ultra fast with the service. I came in with a shattered front passenger window. I went in thinking I'd be there waiting for a hour, then another to fix the glass. I was in and out in under 35 minutes. I was just getting comfortable when they called my name to pay and leave. I was impressed by their speed, but I was even more impressed that the woman who fixed the window also vacuumed the broken glass out of the car! I will recommend Ajax Auto Glass to anyone who asks me. Great service and great prices.

Had a rock crack my shield and Mike was quick with order a new one. The price was reasonable and the service was as expected. Nothing can be done in a snap of a finger but I was able to come in and get the service I paid for. I highly recommend even though I hope no one ever has to replace their auto glass, but If so this is the place to go.

I had to get a windshield replaced today I called about 10 am and was quoted a price that was half the price as the cheapest one I could find that comes installed. They said I could get it done right away. I left on my lunch to have the work done , they were nice and superfast. So during a working day I had a new windshield installed then I had my car inspected by another place all while I was working . I finished work at 4 with my car complete for less than 300. Bucks. Plus not losing any paid work time. Ajax Auto made my day thank you for the job well done o. The Elantra Monday around noon.

They were great! Fast and affordable! Windshield cracked and spidered the day before my inspection on my SUV. They charged me $286, which was far far cheaper than Safelite auto's $418 estimate. Ajax gave me back my SUV within an hour and a half. Great service and nice people!

I strongly recommend this place to anyone I needed my wife glass fixed and they order it and had it the next day with no issues. Very reasonable and affordable they accept cash and card. The wait time isn’t long, just try to be there early because they are growing so the more they grow the more business they will get... so with that being said this place is the place to go.

I am so glad I had a second thought and decided to price check. I was about to give my business to another highly rated auto glass establishment in North Philly, but their quoted price for a passenger side window gave me a jolt. I called Ajax, and the lady saw she had what I need in stock. She even physically checked to be sure. I saved $80 by giving them a quick call. It took a little over an hour, but they vacuumed the broken glass and were super friendly to everyone who came in.

They ordered the windshield for my Mercedes at a price that was $100 cheaper than the other two places i called. There was some wobbling in my mirror when replaced and they told me to come back when the glass was set. I came back and they took the mirror off and reset it. They had no problem in satisfying me. They look out for their customers. Great staff.

fast, reliable service. Called at 4 pm to replace a windshield, they quoted me on the phone and told me to come in the next day at 8:30 and it's first come first serve. They told me service is about an hour. I came in 8:35 an was the first there. I was out by 9:20. And they couldn't have been nicer in person and on the phone.

Wasn't happy about having to replace my windshield, but Ajax certainly made the process fast, easy and pain free. I'm amazed at how fast I was in and out of there, about an hour. Everyone was courteous and professional and the price was about $150 dollars cheaper than safelite. I hope I dont have to replace any auto glass again any time soon, but if I do, this is the place to go.

Called in advance and got quote. price was great...less than half of other quotes. was told to let them know a day in advance so they would have glass ready. I did. arrived 9:45 on a Friday morning and was out before 11 AM. The job was done very professionally and the staff were very friendly. I can understand you could have a problem waiting since there are no appts. taken its first come first serve but my experience was great. I can't imagine why you would go anywhere else!!!

Ajax is so good, it’s a first come first served basis so get there early and you’ll only wait about 30 minutes and that was for a brand new windshield. Definitely will be back if the situation arises and would absolutely recommend to any in need.

Ajax Auto Glass & Parts provides AWESOME service!! The people who helped me were very nice and efficient! My car was broken into and the rear passenger window was smashed to pieces. I called the next morning and they told me to bring my car in that afternoon. They even had to order my window because it was tinted, which was delivered by the time I arrived in the afternoon. It took them less than 30 minutes total to clean out the broken glass in the back seat/floor and repair the rear passenger window. The total cost was extremely reasonable compared to other Auto Glass Repair Shops I had researched. I would certainly recommend Ajax Auto Glass & Parts to anyone!

I took my new 2016 Chevy Malibu there for a windshield replacement. Usually you have to call a day in advance but when I called at 10:30 a.m. Mike the gentleman who answered the phone told me if I can call him back by 11 a.m. that he could repair the windshield that day. I called him right back asked if he can order the part he told me it be there by 1:30 p.m., called me back around 12:30 told me that if I wanted to come the windshield would be there by 1 p.m. instead of 1:30 p.m. so when I arrived at 1 p.m., I gave him my keys and was out of there by 2:05 p.m. windshield already replaced and everything... Thanks to Joanne and Mike it was a pleasure dealing with both of you! I would also recommend this place to anyone and everyone because it is the most cheapest place around for any work that is needed on your vehicle. They also have a one year warranty on windshields for leakage and a 30 day guarantee on any stress cracks so I definitely give this 5 stats rating!! I'll have to post my photo at a later date but excellent service! Thanks again!

YOU WILL WAIT. Only reason why it's not 5 stars. Cheaper than any other retailer I reached out to. If your glass isnt in, they'll have it in a few hours (at least that was my experience). I showed up around the time they got my glass and it took a little over 2 hours. 1st come, 1st served. Sign on door says they're not open saturdays. Just call and confirm. Grab a quick/no frills bite at *Gourmay Diner* next door. :)

I have used them several times, couple of side view mirrors, they had it in stock. I broke the back side window on my suburban, called them to get a price. Went down and in about an hour they had it installed and I was on my way. The office/waiting room is nothing special, but that isn't a problem. I have read the other reviews, I don't expect them to install a windshield in an hour, can imagine that it is going to take some time. I have a friend that just used Safelite and he wasn't happy with them at all. I am planning on having Ajax put in a windshield today.
