I called 2 days before to get the windshield replaced in my F150 and to have the seal replaced on the back window. Had a 9am appt on a Saturday. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and they did a water test to make sure it was the seal leaking because they did not want me to spend more than I had to. It turned out to be the seal on the third break light and they put a temporary sealant at no cost and the windshield was done pretty fast. Good friendly staff and good prices and they also offered a military discount. Thanks guys for a good experience!

My mechanic used eagle 1 after accidentally breaking my windshield. A few months later my rain sensor detached from my windshield. I called eagle 1 and they were eager to make it right. I stopped by and the fixed it for FREE. Great company and highly recommended.

Told them the story of the car and the sentimental value of the stickers they managed to get all the stickers and put them on the new windshield I will absolutely be coming back for any more glass needs highly recommend

I called late in the afternoon and Chelsea had me scheduled first thing the next day. I was taken cared of as soon as I showed up and the repair looked fantastic, just look at the before and after pictures. The rock chip is barely visible after the repair.

These guys and girls are awesome! I jackknifed my travel trailer a bit too much and snapped the back window on my truck. I called the Bob Moore Ford location to see what they could do. I spoke with Jessie there and he said it could take a week to get the glass. He recommended Eagle 1 Autoglass. Thank the Lord that he did! I called and jokingly said to the receptionist that I could have my truck up there in 30 minutes. After a brief hold, she said 30 minutes would work and they would have the glass in an hour if I could drop off the truck and leave it. It took me a bit longer than that to get it to them but they had the rear window replaced in about an hour and a half! Thank you so much for saving me from a stupid mistake and not having my truck for a week or two! I highly recommend this company and really appreciate the fast and awesome service! I will definitely be back for any needs concerning glass.

Schedule time was spot on. Glass was a factory part took extra time. I started was professional and a little too quick. After driving and using wipers the washer did not work and the left wiper was put of sync I repaired the issues by reinstalling the house and realignment of the wiper. Suggest that you check before leaving the store. The installation was perfect other than that. They even transferred the pikepass and cleaned the window. Price was a little higher however it was a factory part. excellent service

Eagle 1 replaced my windshield last year after if suffered a crack due to heat stress. I called my service adviser at the dealership and he recommended Eagle 1 and said he brings al his personal vehicles to them for work. Service was quick, I was able to get an appointment right away, the price was right, and the end result couldn’t have been better. Unfortunately a huge crack from a rock has resulted in the need for another windshield repair so they were the first place I called. Next day appointment!

It was so easy making an appt to have my windshield checked out (rock chip that had cracked), and then scheduling another time to have it replaced. They r pretty flexible. The day of, it literally took 20 minutes from the time I drove up and handed them my keys to when they handed them back and said they were done!! Great experience! Massive hail damage to my windshield and a body shop in Norman recommended Eagle 1 to me. I called Eagle 1 and they gave me an appointment only 6 days out. I dropped off my car Wednesday at 8:30 and it was done by Thursday at 11. They were affordable, fast, and the new windshield looks great. They're now my auto glass shop.

This was my first time using Eagle1 and it was excellent. Friendly helpful staff. Satellite turned me away because they thought there was too much rust on the seal. Eagle1 said the one small area of surface rust wouldn’t impact the seal. Eagle1 got the job done and for half their price. I’ll probably never use Satellite again. Eagle1 is now my go to place for all my window needs. Already booking my box truck to have it’s windshield replaced.

Had challenge finding windshield for my car but person helping on phone kept at it until she found one. They beat safe lite by about $300. Husband took it in today and was out of there in 40 minutes. Can’t say enough about excellent service but the person that helped on the phone was great. I apologize but I don’t remember her name but she took great care to get us taken care of. Would highly recommend.

Daughter had some wicked hail damage to her windshield and they came in WELL over a C-bill UNDER what Safelite wanted to replace it. Saved quite a lot going with these cats. The schedule I made on a Wednesday afternoon for a Friday afternoon due to Thursday not being available for me, well my Thursday opened up I called and they had me in within 90 minutes. I only knew of the big commercial guys for glass repair, but their earliest appointments were 6 days out and we were having really bad weather and I had no passenger window thanks to some punk. A friend said her husband used a place called Eagle One. Thank goodness I wasn't locked in with the other guys! I called, got in the next morning--a SATURDAY!!--so no taking off work, and the best part is it was seriously one-fourth of what I was about to pay . I was so grateful for Eagle One. Then, another surprise. I had a friend follow me here thinking I would have to leave my car awhile, the two nice guys were like, Nope, only takes 30-45 minutes! Wow!! They did come out pretty quick after the hail storm we had here in Norman but they did not give us a receipt now we can't even get our money back from the insurance company and they won't call us back or get a hold of us it's kind of like they took the money and ran I sure would like to have a receipt from them and get my $286 back for a back glass but they did do exceptional work and we're quick just their business skills are lacking!
