I don't usually right reviews but this one is a must. Let me start with the service and knowledge of these guys. They know what they are doing but beyond that they relate to your situation. My Mercedes Benz SL 500 came with the stock stereo system. Speakers lacked quality & loudness. Right away Vadim suggested options in order to improve the sound in my car. Beyond that, he took me to another car to demonstrate another audio system in the car and asked if it's something that I would be interested in. We decided to swap out all the speakers in my car. Add an amp and a sub. Dropped of the car Tuesday afternoon, told me it will be ready Wednesday evening. Wednesday morning called me with a suggestion of going to a slightly more expensive amp for better quality. I trusted his decision. Later that day I went to pick up my car, I must say I fell in love with it all over again. Professional work, communication and shop.Definitely recommend them for anyone looking to improve their sound systems in their cars.

Great place. great staff, and great service. I came to have a dash cam front and rear installed, and the result was perfect. They even waited for me to set up the app on my phone to make sure all was working. I came back 2 weeks later to Install a second piece to the camera to keep it on 24/7, and I was having a problem with my LED halo headlights. Not only did they add the part to the camera the fixed the light as well. Very competent and friendly, and service is quick. Highly recommend.

Gotta say, I’ve used Guaranteed Alarms for literally decades, and I have always recommended it to everyone I know, but I’m not happy with the latest service I received. Three days ago I came to install my front only dash-cam that I’ve purchased online. Seemed like a simple job. The work was done in a quick 45 minutes. All seem good until I left and parked my car. Parking Monitor did not turn on. I called the shop again, and didn’t complain, but asked about the issue, and was told they have been doing this stuff for years, and they did everything correctly. I was told to contact manufacturer. I did, and got clear instructions by manufacturer to check the fuse box connections, and lo and behold, one wire was incorrectly connected. Switched it and all is working fine. Not a huge deal but just a heads up. Other than that the shop has a good reputation and I would still recommend it to others. Update: thank you for your quick and insightful response. Perhaps you skipped through my post and missed a part where I said that I purchased my dash cam online. If your installers are not responsible for connecting a wire to a wrong fuse, then I guess it’s manufacturer’s problem. Thanks!

Guaranteed Alarm is such a professional & Amazing company. I just recently got Escort ZR5 laser shifters & Black Vue Dash Camera installed by them on my 2020 Range Rover Sport HSE DYNAMIC V8 and they did a fantastic job at such an amazing price that no other company was able to beat! When it comes to vehicle electronics,wraps,aftermarket accessories etc installed it’s very hard to find a trust worthy and honest business to do the work, I called other companies that were closer to me in Long Island which is 2 hours away from Brooklyn to see if they can even do the work and these companies were certified by Escort and they had know idea what a ZR5 Laser Shifter WAS, after that point I decided to just go to Guaranteed Alarm and I couldn’t be happier, the staff that works there are extremely helpful, nice & professional! I Will be sending all of family, friends & clients to Guaranteed for all there aftermarket accessory needs!!

Great place. Great Experience. Great Service. Fair Prices. I have been helped to choose the right thing. Explained pros and cons. After 3 days, all bubbles been gone (that was my biggest fair, but turns out it is a part of the process) and the end appearance you see in pic. Totally a game changer. No more annoying lights in to my mirror or some one minding my business through the windows. Thank you! p.s. I know It took me few month to write it, but i have been away for a while.

If your looking for top of the line work at a great price this is the place. My car and i were treated with such care and special attention i felt like a VIP. These guys know their stuff the mechanics are masters management is super nice and Esther at the front office is a sweetheart. I don’t understand the negative comments about her. She is super nice and always came down to say hello and chat. It’s very hard to find honest shops and GA is probably the last one in Brooklyn. I live on Long Island and will continue to travel in to get work done on my cars. Whatever your project is these guys will get it done the right way. If you come in with a nightmare they will fix it or at least be honest and tell you bring it back to the fool that messed it up. Thanks so much guys I’m glad i found you. Esther was friggin awesome, I have a 2018 Alfa Romeo stelvio which did not come with Apple CarPlay installed from the factory, I’ve called a bunch of places including the dealer and was told this could not be done, but fortunately I found Esther and her shop and not only did they install it for me, they also added great features to my display. Great job. Excellent customer service, I recommend this place of business to anyone who needs their car installation needs.

Needed a windshield replaced. Called on Tuesday afternoon, got a great quote, got it done next day in 3 hours (from the time I came in to when I left with the car). I had a bunch of other things on the windshield and they put them back in the same spots on the new one, made me do a double take when I first saw it. Great prices, great service.

I saw some side steps for a Jeep Wrangler JL Unlmtd posted on offer up and decided to give it a shot. The seller was extremely nice. When I asked for. The address, he let me know it was actually a shop about an hour away from me. After informing the seller how far and difficult it would be for me to get out to Coney Island (from north jersey) with such a busy schedule, he guarenteed he’d have me in and out before work first thing in the morning! And they lived up to the hype. They were extremely nice and professional. Showed me some of the work they’ve done over years and I’m nothing more than happy about my new side steps at a GREAT PRICE! Had me in and out within 30 minutes. Everyone said hello and good morning, and most importantly, they did great work! This is the real treasure ! They installed for me customs radar , customs CarPlay , replace the hitch. The level of professional skills is next to none . Nobody can match it even close on East Coast. When other installers Looked at Guaranteed Alarm installation they thought I paid at list $5,000 . Vadim . Esther and Max are great people and great professionals . Window Tinting- 2017 MB SUV- I was referred to Guaranteed Alarm & Car Stereo by Signature Auto Grp in Bklyn for an immediate 5% tint on all glass. Esther the Proprietor took me in on a last minute notice, and her staff spent quite a bit of time past business closing hours. The price was more than reasonable and the work was superb! Unfortunately I don't live in near Coney Island, but I will make sure to refer my friends that live in Bklyn, to go to Guaranteed Alarm & Glass if they ever need window tinting.

I have visited this place several times for a different type of electrical work and have no complains. Never did any tinting at that place, so can't comment on that, but all other work that has been done been done well. In fact - i'm going to visit them today again and try to tint this time. There is cozy customer waiting area on the a second floor with TV while your job is done.

They didn't give up. I had to visit them 5 times but they got it right. They installed a remote starter but it will only work when firs installed or reset. They called the device manufacturer several times and it looked like the vehicle software (firmware) was interfering. They finally got a remote start version that worked with the 2019 CX5.
