After my car windshield cracked by a rock while driving, I was very disappointed. However I was lucky enough to find the great service at Safe Tech Auto Glass. Carlos was extremely professional and skilled, he explained to me how repairs would work and what to expect, it only took him 10-15 minutes to repair the cracked glass, and you can’t even tell where the crack was after the repairing, so smooth & seamless. We had another car windshield cracked 6 years ago, but the repair work was horribly done by other vendor and it created a quarter size cloud around the cracked area right in front of the driver’s side. So I brought my 2nd car back to Safe Tech the next day, Carlos knew what exactly happened and he told me that previous repair damage won’t make the results seamless because of old drilled holes and air pockets. After Carlos fixed it and he was able to get rid off the cloud, and glass turned to transparent again. I was very pleased with Carlos’s quality service. What a great job!

I dont believe everything i read on the internet, but when I had a rock strike my windshield and saw Safe Tech's reviews I decided to try it out. WOW I was not disappointed at all ! I talked to Flo who explained the process in detail, then he had someone assist me with a call to my insurance to ensure I wasnt going to pay anything at all. Finally i had the repair completed while i was in service. I still dont believe everything online but these guys are THE REAL DEAL !!! Thank y'all so much, please continue your excellent service 👏

I was going out for lunch and was on the freeway when a rock flew into my windshield causing a severe chip. I called Ross and Carlos at Safe Tech Auto Glass and they told me to stop by. They were very professional and extremely informative on the process. They made me feel comfortable in that my chipped windshield would be taken care of and hardly visible to the naked eye after they were done. We were initially referred by our dealership due to a chip in our windshield, when the tech came out to fix it the glass was too hot & unfortunately it caused a large crack, he immediately calmed any worries we had by informing us that they would replace it with a new factory windshield at no cost. First off I am a customer for life after my experience. After they took care of my rock chip on my rav 4; they came out at later date and Chris and replaced my boyfriends ford f 150 windshield and even gave us a great deal on OE parts and put in a “Carlite” window which includes the Ford logo. They literally saved me hundreds. I literally didn’t have to do anything and I did not know the damage was even there on my rav 4 as it was not in my view. The process was very easy and I did next to nothing and they did not cost me any extra time at the dealership. Jacob was very thouough in his explanation with the process and Florencio De La Cruz was awesome in explainInf what was going on as they did throw a lot at me on the phone. Overall 5 star experice and Florencio made it very enjoyable. He even gave me his personal number and told me he would personally come to me if I couldn’t make it in. Customer service at its finest! Had an approximately 6" crack on the top driver's side of my windshield that was deemed unrepairable by the first company the insurance sent out. I requested STA replace the windshield since I had called for a quote and they were prompt and courteous. I called on a Friday evening and had my appointment set for the following Tuesday. The great customer service didn't end on the phone, but continued when Chris arrived to replace the windshield. He was courteous and finished faster than the estimated time. After 24 hours, my windshield is still in place with no wind noise and they managed to transfer my tags over.

Ross did an excellent work on my Bmw windshield which had a chip and crack about 16 inches in two directions ... Upon Insurance inspection they wanted me to replace the the whole windshield ... But kudos to Ross and their service department who assured me before coming out that this would be taken care off... Rightly, as the glass looks like nothing happened to it...saved me hundreds of $ from the dealer who would have charged me extra to replace rain sensors in addition to the glass ... .
