I’m so thankful we used City Auto glass for our windshield replacement! I had begun working with our insurance company to work on the claim but it was becoming a hassle. Called City auto glass and it was smooth sailing! They could get me in right away, were super professional and especially speedy. They got my insurance company on the phone and the claim was done instantly. A couple days later I brought the car in and less than an hour and half had gone by and they were done! Honestly, I’d kind of like to get more rock chips in my windshield just so I could use these folks! They’re amazing! Don’t go anywhere else!

From initial call to installation was less than 24 hours! Technician notified me of anticipated arrival, was on time, polite and respectful throughout. I would not hesitate to call upon them in the future. Definitely 5 stars!

We have used City Auto Glass several times for the reasons that they do great work, use really good glass, are fast and on time. Our Transit van has a large windshield so they sent a crew if two to replace ut. They were scheduled to ve there vetween 8 am and 4 pm. I noticed their van in the driveway at about 8:30 and sure enough, they were already done! My wife stepped out and they handed her the receipt! This is why we love City Auto Glass!

I just got my windshield replaced last week at another place and paid my deductible which was expensive. I got a rock chip on my way to work, I called city auto glass and they were willing to get me in immediately and fix my windshield rock chip. I did not want it to get worse and have to replace the entire windshield again which would have been another expensive charge. They also started working on my car immediately. Wonderful service! Not only did they replace my windshield in a timely and professional manner, they also let me know that I may have had a bearing going out in one of my rear wheels. I was newly widowed and while I usually can tell when something like that is happening, I obviously had been distracted from everything else I had going on. I called my mechanic that day and got it in for repair. Bill was outstanding.

Friendly greeting, my vehicle was immediately brought into the shop & work started. mr. Holty replaced my windshield was very professional. Work completed an hour prior to estimate that was made in my initial phone contact to City Glass. Any items that were needed to be disconnected all worked properly once the work was done. Initially told over the phone they’d need to recalibrate my vehicle camera, which worked fine once work done. Was a very cold below zero morning when I brought my vehicle in. Days later new windshield has no issues. I would highly recommend them & will be using them the next time I need glass repair or replacement.

While my windshield was out the Tech throughly cleaned off my entire dashboard and connecting area's before installing the new glass. It was so clean you couldn't tell it was replaced other than the crack missing...

Tinted my windows for the first time and asked a lot of questions around the tiny and state requirements. They made it smooth and easy for me to understand and trust my car into their hands. The lobby area is very open and equipped with wifi for those who need to work or jump on a business call. Free coffee and tea with restrooms nearby.

Awesome place. Had 1% window tint removed form truck. Quick and cost effective. We will see how we like "no tint" through the winter. Will probally be back in spring to tint front windows. Very nice lounge area with Keurig coffee!
