I normally don't leave reviews, but felt this company is awesome and needed some recognition for there Great service. The receptionist was very kind and professional and able to answer my questions and able to get me scheduled for the next day. Other companies were 4 days out for service. Prices were cheaper than others and the quality was great. The owner was very personable and explained what was going on. A seal was not sent with the windshield and instead of having me come back another they they were able to find the seal at a different location. They drove to get it and my car was able to get done that day. Of your looking to get your auto glass needs done, look no further. Go here!

I called Nextech AutoGlass for a second opinion after getting an internal crack in my windshield and being told it couldn't be repaired. First, the customer service over the phone was totally top notch. I was able to text a photo of the offending crack and setup an ONSITE (at my house) appointment for the very next day. I also asked a lot of (dumb) questions over the phone, and the staff was SO PROFESSIONAL and patient. In the morning Rick called me to let me know when he would arrive and showed up right on time. After taking a look at my window, he determined that it also could not be repaired (darn!). Instead of being angry about a wasted trip, Rick was totally cool and gave me his card for my (sooner rather than later) windshield replacement once that bad boy spiders across the entire windshield! Can't say enough about this company. Super professional all around - I will be going back for my window replacement. **UPDATE** - Got my windshield replaced - sooner rather than later. Nextech came out right away and replaced it in my driveway in under 30 minutes. Great service all around!

Nextech auto glass in New Berlin did amazing at replacing my windshield. It was quick and it was over $100 less than most places I got quotes at. They even put a old 21' oil change reminder sticker back on the new windshield. I highly recommend this company.

My window was broken and I called after hours and had someone answer right away. They called me back the following day and confirmed my information and set up an installation. The next day, they came out and replaced the window. Super fast turn around. Great service. Very professional.

Very competitive pricing for windshield replacement and ADAS recalibration! Ease of scheduling for on-site service that only took a couple of hours. Most importantly they were very accommodating for a mother with 2 toddlers in tow. Would highly recommend their service to my friends and family!!!

After trying multiple junkyards in the area with no luck, Nextech was able to order the door glass I needed for same-day pickup to get my car back on the road. Was able to install myself without any fitment issues. Will definitely use them again.

Have used there service many times. from the start of the business from the call to the receptionist, job dispatcher being very polite and positive attitude trying to accommodate our needs . Was prompt and said they may be able to take care of same day on a 2021 vehicle . i was pretty shocked at how fast . but she came through and the technician called by around 330 and was all set by 5 . Love the service . keep up the good work .

Was one of the only places that said they would touch my 1980 Camaro's windows. They did a fantastic job to pull the windshield and rear glass, reseal and reinstall the glass without breaking it. I wasn't in a rush but they turned it around quickly and gave awesome customer service. I will take all my future business there.

Fantastic job!! I live in northern Wisconsin and was Visiting family in the Milwaukee area. I contacted Nex-Tech on very short notice to get a new windshield installed. The staff went out of their way to get me in early so I could get back home. They did an awesome job replacing my windshield. Their prices are very reasonable. I took my new to me 2007 Chevy Silverado there to have a chip in the windshield looked at as I was not sure if it had been filled and I did not want to worry about it cracking and needing a whole windshield. Not only were they able to get to me right away but when I got there they informed me the chip had already been filled! I would highly recommend them to anyone based off this experience. Also beware. They have a ferocious 1lb guard dog there to greet you 😂😂

Excellent service. My car was broken into and my passenger side window was shattered. I work 9-5 so finding time to take it somewhere was out of the question. Paustians not only came to my work place and replaced the window in 30 minutes but they also saved me over $100 that I was quoted by other companies. The new window is perfect and he even vacuumed some of the broken glass out of my car. Great deal, highly recommend.

It started with an email to quote out 2 small chips in my windshield. Shirley replied and gave me the costs. I decided to call to make an appointment since the quote was very reasonable and they offered to repair onsite at no extra charge. Other companies I called provided 2 prices - 1 onsite or 1 where I go to them - while others did not offer mobile service at all. In fact Paustian's quote was less than the in-shop quotes. Shirley was very patience with me as I needed to change my location and date twice. The morning of the appointment I received a very courteous call from the driver to inform me of when I should expect them. They called me again when they arrived. I met them at my van and they took time in the freezing cold to explain the process and told me it would take about 20 minutes and he gave me the costs. Rick also explained that both cracks should fill nicely but I still might be able to notice them. They were not in my sight line so I was not worried. 15 minutes later Rick called me to say that he was done. I took a long look and I honestly could not find the cracks - what a great job. I debated about trying to fill them myself to save on costs but with the freezing cold I was afraid the cracks might spread with the extreme temp changes. I am so glad I took a chance. Awesome Awesome job - highly recommended. Thanks Paustian's Glass and Shirley and Rick and the other helper (didn't catch his name)!
