Excellent quality and service! Their quote and actual final cost was a hundred dollars less than everyone else's!!! And yes, I would use them again!!! When I called to ask questions, the lady that answered was polite and took the time to answer all my questions. She also explained to me the pros and cons of repairing or replacing. She didn't try to talk me into either one. She let me decide. They have a mobile service, but since I was paying out of pocket, I went to their place for the service. It was the end of the day when I arrived, so they were about 20 minutes behind schedule, but they apologized for that. How many people actually apologize these days? They told me it would take 60 to 90 minutes to replace. However, they called me after about 45 minutes and said it was ready! I looked the car over very carefully before and after. The technician had pointed out a few scratches and chips in paint before the work started. The technician was very polite and very thorough in his explanations of what he was going to do, and what I could not do for 48 hours after the work was completed. The glass is absolutely perfect. And the lower trim pieces that were coming off are now back in place and seated properly. And the molding looks better than what was on there before. He did an excellent job of aligning everything with frame of car. BTW, my car is a 2014 Mustang and I am very picky about taking care of it and having quality work done. I would definitely use them again for another cracked windshield.

The man who took my order over the phone said to come at 8 AM the next day. I did but when I arrived he said the parts for my windshield were not arriving until 10 AM. The waiting part of the office/store consisted of 6 chairs placed around the windows. I chose to leave and return at 9:30. At that time the installers took the car in about 9:45. The work was complete about 11:45 AM. The people who answered the phone were pleasant and helpful to me and to other customers who came into the store. Some people sat on the sidewalk outside waiting for their car windows to be completed.

I got my door glass window replaced a few weeks ago. The staff was great. I called to make an appointment and was able to get right in. The lady up from was very friendly and knowledgeable. Just got my windshield replaced on my 2007 Hyundai Azera yesterday. After I got the 2 hour window of when the technician would be around, Missy was more than polite and easy going from scheduling the appointment to when I had to change the address on the day of my appointment. They are affordable, great quality customer service, and very knowledgeable. Missy is fun and cares about each customer, even if you're just buying a tube to stop leaks for your current windshield. I came on a Saturday morning for my appt and they finished it in a little over an hour, because my car was so old it took the mechanic a while to install the clips. Meanwhile, you have a very relaxed atmosphere, coffee, TV, magazines, or good conversation to make the time go by. I'd recommend this shop to anyone, and love that my old car got taken care of here.

Had the door panel already removed, and the regulator guide in hand before I showed up. He got it right in and fixed in no time. The reviews that say Missy is awesome are totally correct. Super patient with me even though I kept bugging her with questions. (This is not to say the other employees aren't nice too - they are. Price was the best I found. Had a chip in my window repaired, and the job was so excellently done, I had to look really hard for the spot where the chip was to even find it again after they were done. If we need any windshield stuff done ever again, this is definitely where we'll be going. A++++++

My Own Opinion

They're going to make sure to do as much as they can to help you as quickly as possible. My window got shot out by some idiots and the folks at Auto Glass got me in and out the very next day! They even helped me fix my door handle for free after I got the parts! Granted there isn't much curb appeal but they'll take good care of you.

This place saved the day for me after having someone randomly break out my passenger side window right before the start of the Kentucky Derby weekend. They got me in the same day I called and the price was much less than their competitors and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I called twice for estimate on my cars windshield. The first time they told me it would be $225 total for the windshield and for them to come to my house and install it. The second time I called (a week later) they said it would be $223. Idk where the $2 difference came from but it was less so i didnt say anything. When they guys got here (they did a fine job by the way, no complaints about them) they installed my windshield and told me that it would be $248. where did the extra $20 come from? if you are charging fees you should tell your customers on the phone and include that in the quoted price instead of having it be a surprise when its time to pay. Seems like that should be a common knowledge business practice...
