Great experience from start to finish. The team at Window Tint LA were professional and friendly - they handled my privacy frosting as well as the graphic vinyls on the outside of my windows. Peter P came to assess and measure my job and was great to deal with. He listened to my needs and helped co-ordinate my needs onward. The team were quick in communication and were willing to go through multiple revisions on the mock-up until we reached the right design. Oscar R did my installation today and I was extremely happy with his work. He arrived to the job site early and as well as doing an excellent job he was very friendly and great to work with. I highly recommend Window Tint LA.

Used window tint LA to have a privacy stripe added on our conference room glass. The process was very smooth, from first visit: taking measurements, providing samples and mock-up, to second visit: installation. Our building has this annoying thing where they require insurance for anyone doing work. I sent it over last minute and the installer was so kind to wait for everything to be processed which was nearly an hour. So extra points for that. The process was interesting to watch. It only took a couple of hours. We chose to go with a semi decorative strip for aesthetic reasons and it turned out great! I would definitely recommend.

Rick came out to show us our different options. He took measurements and went on his way to get the wheels spinning. On the day of installation, Oscar G arrived. He was very polite and always asked us for anything he needed, even though we told him he was more than welcome to help himself. Oscar G and Fabrizio realized that there was an issue with our graphics. They called in and got it corrected on the spot and had our new graphics ready for installation same day. They did a great job! I'd recommend Window Tint LA any day to any company looking for privacy tint for their offices and conference rooms.

I wanted to tint my living room windows and also apply "frosted" window film for one of my rooms to limit visibility from outside. I called Window Tint LA and they set me up with a consultant for a free estimate. (note: they do not do estimates during weekends but they can come super early if you have to go to work; they can do installation on weekends though) The consultant, Peter, was very patient and helpful, and knew exactly what I wanted. Once I approved the project and paid the invoice, they called me to ask what date I wanted the installation. The installers, Hugo and Oscar, were super friendly, communicative, considerate, and diligent. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Window Tint LA. Everyone was professional and communicating with them was a breeze. I really appreciate this because I've had some bad experiences with certain contractors/installers. Many of them are not punctual and unresponsive. At times, I felt like I was the seller, not the customer, because I was the only one trying to follow-up. I'm very glad Window Tint LA set the standards high for me again. I would highly recommend Window Tint LA to anyone. Shout out to Peter, Hugo, and Oscar, who were awesome people and made this process as smooth as it can be!

They came early to our sales appointment, gave great advice (felt honest and we didn't end up doing most expensive option, but he (Rick?) helped us find what was best for us). I never even thought a home window tinting company could wow me...until now. Within a few hours of making a request for a consultation via Yelp, it was booked, easy breezy, no drama and confirmed in a super professional and earnest way by Erik ( not sure if he is the owner but by the way he cared about me as a customer, I wouldn't be surprised). On the day the sales person was arriving for the consult, I received a call from Peter as agreed to within 30 min of arrival. Peter asked great questions to understand (and not assume) why I wanted the windows in my home tinted. Because I only wanted UV and some heat ( to prevent discoloration) he pulled out two sample options and we used tape to see it up on the window. He took his time to make sure I really liked it and then he was diligent and detailed about the measurements for the windows we decided to tint ( he even said it would be overkill to put tint on some new windows that were low-e already- this was a customer oriented message and one that would cost him commission but I knew I could trust him after that.) once Oscar arrived on time as promised, he took his time all day to make sure all the films were cut to perfection, that the application was flawless and that I was happy with it. The process doesn't look hard, but if you have ever seen bad tint jobs, you know that a lot of experience goes a long way and Oscar was not only technically good, but he along with every person you meet along the way was a genuinely good person you know you can trust. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. High quality company, people, products, service at a fair and competitive price. Thank you!

We recently had our living, dining , master bath-bedroom windows tinted. A total of 9 windows. Our reason was to provide privacy and to protect our furniture & wall art from the harsh sun rays. We're completely impressed with the quality of work and professionalism displayed by the team (David, Marco, Oscar). The turn around time from getting a quote to installation was about 2 days. My installation was scheduled for 7 am as I've requested. Two installers (Marco/Oscar) arrived as scheduled and called before ringing the bell. Once inside, they organized their equipment, drop cloths included and the work was carried out neatly and in a timely manner. My family and I are very impressed with the end product. We could feel the temperature difference immediately in each room. We also noticed a change in ambiance giving the rooms a more calming and relaxing feel. Initially, I thought the cost was a little high, but after reading other reviews and having experienced the excellence in service /quality work, I have no regrets and would use their service again. Way to go team Windows Tint LA! Thank you.

We've thought about having the windows tinted in our new home for the past 2 years. Finally we decided to go ahead and make the investment. When I called to Window Tint LA, I was extremely pleased that they still had all of our information in their database from when the sales consultant first visited us. Scheduling was easy. Oscar and Rudy arrived on time and answered all of our questions. We had originally decided to go with 60% on our single pane windows, however after talking it through and Oscar and Rudy understanding our goal we went with the 40%. They even put up a sample of both so we could compare on our windows. Oscar and Rudy's work was done professionally, and everything was left very clean. I was very impressed! We chose Window Tint LA after a pretty exhaustive search of companies. We are very satisfied with the service and the result. The cost was fair and management was receptive to our concerns about the ultimate bill. Our installer, Roger, was very competent, a gentleman, and kept our home clean. The result is amazing--the glare of the sum is drastically reduced and our home is cooler. We recommend that before the installation that you have a handyman seal the windows with glaziers putty. This serves to add to the effect of the job by reducing noise.

Neil with Window Tint LA is the best! I requested their first appointment of the day which was 7am and Neil arrived promptly at 6:58. He was polite and extremely respectful of my house. He put on booties to cover his shoes as we walked through the house to the living room and kitchen windows I wanted tinted. He put up samples of the different films and I could actually feel the heat differences between them as they blocked the sun's rays. I decided to go with the Ceramic 30. Their turnaround time for installation was quick. The cherry on top is that the film is dye free and comes with a lifetime warranty. You can't ask for better than that. Chose these guys for a residential window tint and film in the bathroom based solely off online reviews. Initially was impressed with the response and follow up that led to the meeting for a price quote. Estimate seemed a bit high at first but figured it was worth it with all the good reviews to get the job done right. The installers arrived as scheduled and called before knocking on the door which I appreciated. So the install begins for the tint on a bay window and some privacy film on a bathroom window. I work on the laptop in another room while the installers do their thing and give them their space. 2 hours later I get the tap on the shoulder they're done, so I give it a look and from a distance everything looks good, So I write the check and they're on their way. I go to inspect closer and notice that the wood floors under the bay window they did was soaked with the over spray and droppings of the liquid they used to apply the window tint. It's a mess my wife ends up having to take a half hour to clean with the Swifter. I go up to the bathroom to inspect the film install and see that the toilet under the window they worked on has been displaced about an inch. So I have to have the toilet re-seated with a new wax ring to make sure there's no leaks. All in all, you may think, not a big deal but it was a huge disappointment to me. Such a simple thing to clean up after yourself or lay a cover down at the get go so there's nothing to clean up in the first place. And if you move a toilet like that, let the owner know and deal with it instead of acting like nothing happened and bailing on it. 7/9/15- Update Today I received a call from David, one of the owners, inquiring about this issue. I was impressed with his concern over the problem and going to the length he did to make it right. He was passionate about his service being great and assured me this was to be addressed with his installers. I wasn't big on ever using them again but the fact they addressed the problem and in the manner they did I would definitely consider them again. If there's a problem and no solution, I'm done with them. I'm in the service industry and understand there will be issues but to me it's not so much the issue, rather how it's handled. David stepped up and dealt with this head on and I not only respect that but admire it. These guys truly stand behind their work, no matter what that takes. Originally a 2 star review changed to 4.
