I got a large crack in the windshield of my brand new car and brought it into this place for replacement because they had the best quote based on a windshield replacement and camera recalibration. They were able to get my appointment exactly when I wanted. I decided to wait for the service and settled in to work for a few hours. They completed the replacement in half the time they quoted me and the windshield seems more solidly placed now than it did when I bought it. Great friendly staff, good prices, and quick service. I plan on using them if I ever need windshield service again and would definitely recommend them.

I was on the freeway going to Jacksonville when I got behind a big rig, and then another big rig came on the right side of me. All of a sudden I heard a bunch of rocks falling on my car, which caused two cracks on my windshield! I took my car to the Discount Auto Glass shop and it didn't take them long to fix it!

This place exceeded my expectations! They took me earlier than my appointment was, outstanding customer service, very reasonable prices, they vacuum all of the glass out of my car! I was in and out in a little under an hour! I would highly recommend this place if you need a car window fixed!

They seem okay. They definitely get plenty of business. The office staff seem friendly and prices are attractive compared to competitors. They make their money on volume of sales for an acceptable product. We've had work done there three times, most recently my opinion soured a little. My complaint is with the tech who worked on my vehicle. He was rough with it. He slammed it into gear, my rear view mirror was knocked completely crooked, my sun shade was haphazardly tossed to the side, there were dirty fingerprints, the seat was moved, AC controlls changed. It just wasn't very professional.

2018 Golf R windshield prices including recalibration of all the sensors/cameras were: $1200 at the dealer, $860 at Safelite, $650 at Discount Auto Glass. I originally went with Safelite based on their reputation, but they ordered the wrong glass. Discount Auto Glass got glass, scheduled my appointment, and installed the windshield before Safelite found the right glass for my vehicle. New glass, everything works like new, and I saved literally hundreds of dollars. That's a five-star experience for sure.

Had the windshield replaced on my 1996 Subaru Legacy outback. Was very pleased with the staff that work the desks and how nice and welcoming they were. Job took less time than the 2 hours they quoted and the glass/trim was installed perfectly. Will absolutely recommend and utilize their service in the future if I need windshield service.

Awesome customer service, I had to reschedule a couple times due to my job being demanding and they had no problem moving me around. When day of installation came and I gave my insurance info they didn’t have my vehicle’s windshield in stock at 10 am but could have it there at 2pm . Dropped my truck back off then and they were done by 4pm. Installation was flawless and they even reattached my dash cam to new windshield!! IWould recommend to anyone.

I was super impressed with everything about them. My Jeep Commander needed a new windshield, so I called on Wednesday, made an appointment for Saturday at 9 AM, and was told it would take about an hour. They also quoted me a price that beat the competitors by $80! So, just to make sure, as it's a good drive for me, I called to confirm my appointment on Friday and was told I was still good for Saturday. I showed up about 15 minutes early and was told they were running behind, so I thought "Oh great, I'll be here forever". They pulled my vehicle in to start replacing my windshield at about 9:13 and had my vehicle back up front at 9:56. I couldn't believe it; in less than 45 minutes! Even with all of the other customers coming in as I was waiting, they continued to run a smooth, well-oiled machine.The job was clean, my headliner was spotless, and there was no marring or scratching of the paint. I feel that they took as much care of my vehicle as I would. I will definitely be back for any of my auto glass needs! Bravo, gentleman!

Being in Little Rock on vacation and staying at a hostel near a park that get a lot of foot traffic, my car was broken into one night. These guys were able to find a window for me in a pinch and get it installed in the same day. Cannot recommend enough! Cheaper than dealing with the insurance deductible and quicker than the dealership would have been able to order the glass. Cannot recommend enough!

When my windshield repair by safelite failed within 3 days, I got referred to Discount Auto Glass by Crain Ford. I called 9 am that morning, dropped my car off around 1030 am, and they had the new windshield replaced and ready by 1130! Kevin was so helpful when I needed a last minute windshield replacement after my insurance company wouldn’t cover it. He went out of his way to order the correct windshield and have it delivered the same day and got me in the next morning. Went to Safelite auto glass in Little Rock, Arkansas. they first told me i needed to replace the windshield for a a small crack. Safelite said they could attempt to fix it, but would probably crack the windshield. Took my 2018 BMW X5 to Discount Auto Glass. repaired my window in 10 minutes for half the price as Safelite. Great place. I will recommend.

She let me know they could come to my house the same afternoon and install my new windshield. It came with a one year warranty on the install and against defects in the glass. The installer was on time, professional, and fast. He took the time to clean up my dash and new windshield after the installation was completed. I called and made an appointment and they told me it would take about 2 hours to replace my windshield then recalibrate my car's cruise control systems that are embedded in the windshield. I showed up on time and they took it back and finished in an hour and a half. The windshield looked brand new as did the headliner and everything else around the windshield.
