We were able to schedule our appointment and they were so accommodating by getting us in asap and at a time that worked for our busy schedule. We were on our way home from California to Utah and stopped in Las Vegas for lunch. While were in the restaurant eating someone broke our window on our car. I called Clear Quality and they were so helpful. They didn't have the window in stock but they went out of there way to run and pick it up. Once they got the window it was only about 30 minutes to install it and we were on our way. The lady that answered the phone (I forgot her name) was so helpful and Pete at the shop was awesome!!!! Hope I don't need glass repair in Vegas ever again but if I do I know who I will be calling. 10 star service!!!!!!!

Professional, experienced and efficient. I had a unique issue with my front facing camera that kept disabling my safety system. After being quoted $1800 for a new windshield from several businesses, the dealership and a nationwide company the guys at Clear Quality felt it was a calibration issue and quoted me a fair price (much more reasonable than $1800). My car was in the shop less than 1 hour and I left with a report. 10 minutes down the road the warning light came on again! The owner of Clear Quality asked me to bring my car back immediately so he could make it right. He personally handled the diagnostic and resolved the real issue which was my front facing camera was not bracketed in at all in its housing and was moving about. He checked my camera and safety system again and told me to call if I ever had another issue. This shop has earned my future business and I highly recommend them.

I called this place because I just happened to see a sign for it. When the girl on the phone gave me my quote for my windshield I thought for sure she couldn’t be right. It was $400 cheaper than another popular company that does mobile glass replacement. It took a few weeks to get my windshield in because mine is a custom windshield but I didn’t mind that. I had a windshield repaired and another one replaced in my driveway in probably about an hour. Really fantastic service from this company. I appreciate not being overcharged even though I would have paid $150 more for this windshield. Will definitely use them again. I’ve already told multiple people about this place. Give it a shot, trust me it’s way better than the alternative.

I decided to make an appointment at clear quality after seeing another customer's window tint. I brought several of my vehicles in, and Pete and his crew did a fantastic job and were able to accommodate my schedule. I needed a new windshield and drivers door glass. Also had them tint both cars. As a side note...they did not try to "upsell" me, or charge extra for darker tint. Any shade was offered at the same price. Thanks Clear Quality! Great job!

We needed to replace a window in our truck while we were traveling through Vegas. After getting automated voice machines at several other auto-glass businesses, and schedule issues with others, I got through to a real person at Clear Quality Auto Glass. The office manager Tara was empathetic to my situation, even though she couldn't imagine a car getting broken-in-to in such a nice place as Las Vegas(sarcasm). She got me on the schedule same-day, and her quote was half the cost of other businesses. She let me sit in the air conditioned shop lobby while the job was done.

I can not say enough about the job Clear Quality Auto Glass provided. They had a quote to me quickly and at nearly half the cost of the national chain brands. Someone smashed the passenger window of our vehicle and glass was everywhere. We fully expected to vacuum the car when finished, only to find they cleaned all broken glass from inside the vehicle. After initial job completion I would have given 1 star, glass was scratched during delivery and the tech left glass and left over trash around and in the vehicle, tint was also damaged on delivery. When I called back the receptionist said I had to come in to have warranty work done (this was a mobile job) when I asked to have them come out she said they were unable and eventually hung up on me, extremely unprofessional and I almost want to give one star based on customer service. When I arrived at the shop and waited to talk to Pete (the owner) he was very responsive and apologetic. He explained how it was damaged on delivery and fixed it best he could and then refunded the tint. Pete gets 5 stars but overall was pretty frustrated with time time I had to spend to get this taken care of.

Honestly I highly recommend this place. I got my windows tinted, all of them plus the strip on the front $214. They had people in and out of there so quickly every time the office got full you could literally wait 5/10 minutes and it would be empty again. Heard about this business through Alamo Carwash. I've had my Trailblazer and VW CC windows tint installed few years back and both cars still looks great. So recently I took my mom's CRV for windows tinting. I know they work professionally. They don't offer services just for money, they explain things like what tint is legal in Nevada or California-since my mom is from Cali. Got my windows tinted here and they look great. I got the carbon film to help block out the hot Vegas summer heat. They let me make an appointment which was nice and convenient. The technician was very pleasant and they had a nice little waiting room with a couple of comfy chairs. They spent a good deal of time doing the job and making sure everything was done properly and to top it off they include a warranty on the work for nothing extra.
