Rockstar Indy is absolutely amazing!! They replaced my rear window after it was shattered in a freak incident with a bus. Jason was incredibly kind, helpful and informative. He was able to squeeze me in the next morning at a far better rate and time frame than anyone else had quoted me. I was in and out in under an hour, and my rear window looks better than it did before it was shattered! I highly recommend Rockstar, they definitely live up to their name!!

Great service. He fixed my chipped windshield in 7 minutes or less. I mentioned a tire air issue and he solved that for me free of charge. Would chip my windshield on purpose next time just to see him again. Great guy.

Some damage to a pillar during windshield replacement. Technician was very honest and forthcoming about it. They made it right and had body work done at their cost. Mistakes happen. Appreciate them willing to make it right and being upfront about the situation.

They are great. Unfortunately I have had to utilize them twice in a 6 month time span. Once for a total windshield replacement and once for a repair. They came to my place of employment both times and were incredible to work with. Great text and phone communication. I am so glad to have found them.

Well. 5 🌟. Contacted Jason Sunday morning. Got appointment set up for Monday at noon. Nic took care of me in and out in 1hour. Very professional and dedicated people. They even have a mobile service to come to you and get your stuff done. Thank you guys.

Scheduling was fairly easy and we communicated over text. Text between me and the primary manager and then text directly from the installation team as they were showing up that morning to perform the window replacement. The price was $225 for the replacement plus another 25 for the replacement happening at my location instead of me going to them, so overall $250 got me a new window and install. It may not be part of the service but I would have given a fifth star if they would have cleaned the broken glass out of the inside of my car. I want to clarify that the majority of the broken glass happened when the windshield broke, not a lot everywhere but enough and I'm sure there were flakes and crystals dropped out when they were taking the old window out that could have easily been swept. Overall, I'm happy with the service and the install, it is only been a couple days but I am relying on their waterproof, lake proof, warranty. The install team did not reattach the adhesive between my remote start antenna and the windshield, but I am okay with that and the topic was covered prior to the windshield replacement.

I had a little issue with how my car was return initially. The window squeaked when rolling up and down, the door rattled with the amount of glass that was still inside and non of the glass had been cleaned from the inside. After calling to let them know about the issues, they picked my car up the next day, fixed the window. Cleaned all the glass out of the door and vacuumed the floorboard. I appreciate the fact that they accepted responsibility and corrected the error. I know they were very busy when I initially called ,so I will forgive their rush job. Thank you

Background info: I bought a 1993 Volkwagen Cabriolet with my wife. Fun convertible, great little car. The windscreen, however, had a pretty gnarly crack in it. Started as a chip, and then spiderwebbed outward in four different splits. Well, unfortunately, 80's and early 90's VW's don't get a lot of love when it comes to finding a shop that can/will work on them. I first went with Safelite, who guaranteed they could do the job, even drove the car out to let them look at it first before moving forward, only to have them fail the day of the install - wasted $70 bucks having to Uber back and forth to the place. Sadness. But, this is where Rockstar ~rocked~! The owner was willing to work with me to identify the part we would need to allow the conversion to gasket/rope-in from glue-in, which is what was done originally. Not only did he find the part, but he was actually excited to be able to move forward with the job and get it done! The conduct and demeanor of both the owner, and his techs, was professional but also relaxed and personable. The job was done perfectly - and now the car is perfect. Huge thanks to Rockstar Indy for their support with my little project car - I'll be using them again in the near future to replace the windshield on my Jeep next. =)

We had Rockstar replace windshields for two of our service vans today. Jason was awesome to communicate with, as our windshields needed to be ordered in advance. Once the glass was in they were more than willing to meet our technicians on their job sites to get the work done, but we ended up being able to route the techs to their shop. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the price was more than reasonable. Our techs were back on the road to service our customers in about an hour! We will be using Rockstar for all of our business and personal auto glass needs going forward!!

Very responsive. They were able to reseal my window in about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them. They are a little hard to find from the side of the road since they don't have a sign (or at least one I could see). They're behind the printer building (painted yellow as of Jan 2022). Rockstar has signage on their gray building behind.

Save their number for ANY windshield problems. I priced around and they offered hands down the BEST price(even checked out an online company for a discounted price that wasn't as good) I had to wait until my windshield was in stock, but the 2 week wait was well worth it! They may have yours in stock. Ladies, as a lady myself, it can be intimidating to get anything fixed on one's car. The process has been made very easy by all the staff at Rockstar. A) with my VIN number ready, I called and gave them my make, model, and year of the car, and whether there was a rain detect feature with the car. B) if it was just a chip from a rock, they could have plugged it for less than 60 dollars as an option. Unfortunately, a semi spit a rock that sounded like a gun shot on the highway and proceeded to cause spidering of the chip until it reached across the length of the dash. C) for a small extra charge they will come out to you on the day of the appointment. It may be difficult to pinpoint the time as they are driving everywhere and had a 45min drive to me from a previous location. But, again worth the wait. D) payment expected upon completion of course. Nick and Wan did an excellent job. Quick and professional. Something I learned: star-shaped chip caused by a rock= Rockstar! They are definitely "rockstars" with rockstars! :)

I needed rear windows replaced on my old van. The wipers were rusted and difficult to remove. The Rockstar Indy team took time to not damage the wipers, finally remove them and finish the job perfectly. We're happy and back on the road.
