This was a great company to work with. The repairman Will that helped me out was great. He was easy to communicate with, efficient with his work, and kind. I went in for a stone chip repair. They completed the work quickly and correctly at an affordable price. The office staff was very friendly and professional and so was the guy that worked on my car. What impressed me them most was the cleanliness of the office, lobby and the shop. I would definitely recommend this shop over a national chain.

Action glass deserves 10 stars. I was on road trip from Chicago to traverse city and heard huge pop with good size rock hit our windshield. We stopped to charge our car and finally got to check if there was damage. I noticed a small impact, and called all local auto window places, everyone said no they can’t take me in right away. I was worried about it cracking all the way. Action glass was super nice on the phone, asked the techs if it was ok to take me right away as a walk in, called my insurance with me on phone to get authorization. When I got there, very friendly, took me to bay and tried fixing it. Before starting, they were honest and said it likely wouldn’t work because the crack already got bigger and expanded. It cracked and they said they had to void State Farm claim and they wouldn’t charge me. Amazing place and customer service.

Very simple process for windshield repair: In one call, they secured approval from my insurance company and scheduled the replacement at my home. A few days later, a gentleman replaced the windshield on my vehicle parked in our garage and it was all set to drive less than an hour later. Highly recommend.

They were really great. Got an appointment quickly, the repair didn't take long at all, they did a great job, and it was all covered by my insurance. Let's hope I never have to get a chip fixes again, but if I do I'm using them!

We initially had an issue with our windshield replacement that was due to a manufacturer defect - not Action Glass. They went above-and-beyond in working directly with the manufacturer to get it replaced under warranty. They took the headache out of this process and were incredibly polite and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them. 5 Stars.

Had a great experience, I was able to schedule to have my glass fixed within 24 hours and had it replaced within those 24 hours as well. The lobby was comfortable and it was quiet. Afterwards I needed to replace my windshield wipers and was having issues with the rear wiper and the technician came over and gave me a hand without even being asked and was able to help get it situated way faster than I would have. It was recommended by my insurance but is definitely going to be my preferred for anything else that comes up

From my first phone call to checking out at the end, this group was incredibly professional, quick and efficient. I was able to get in the next day and it took the exact time that they said it would and with the exact price that was quoted. They were also $75 cheaper than Safelite quote. They have a beautiful lobby waiting area and wonderful people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Super easy to setup appointment, does over the phone call to insurance. Their on hold message is actually informative and recorded by humans that understand how to talk to people. Time estimate on point for work, and they dedicated an area of the building as a waiting area that's not huge but is setup in a way that was clearly not an afterthought. I've only had the one interaction with them, but I've got high confidence.

Friendly office staff helped me get a next day appointment and file the insurance claim. They came out to my home and did the replacement in my garage. They were able to pay half of my deductible, which was such a nice perk that other auto glass businesses were not able to do. New windshield is beautiful!

I broke my rear window in my van at 5:30 am, called at 8:30 am, got an appointment for noon, Action Glass looked all over town for a replacement window and found one in time for my appointment. Just 8 hours after I accidentally broke my window I was driving home with my window freshly replaced. Action glass was professional, very kind, and quick with their service. They also contacted my insurance for me to make the claim super easy to complete. Definitely recommend.

Friendly staff with modern, clean up to date lobby (something I really appreciate when waiting). I am rating 4 starts because they initially installed the wrong front windshield. I had to go back to have a different one installed the following week (they were very nice about it). They also forgot to reconnect the line for my windshield washer fluid which resulted in it leaking when I put more fluid in. Overall good experience but wish staff would have paid more attention to detail. I would recommend this facility as I understand mistakes happen 😌

They just gained a loyal, dedicated customer. Very honest in their dealings and will not perform any work that is unnecessary. Went in thinking I needed a new windshield due to a leak and was looking at $250. They did some work that perhaps prevented needing a new windshield and saved me $200. Mike was very open and honest and could have just did what I requested which was ask for a new windshield. He did not believe that was necessary and did some minor repairs. Hopefully I won’t need to get a new windshield but if I do; this location will get mine and my family’s business. Thank you!

I was in need of a windshield replacement and was referred to Action Glass by my insurance broker at DAI Insurance Agency. I could not be happier with the job they did from start to finish. Diane was amazing setting up a timely at home appointment (next day) and Mark the installer did an exceptional job. He even took the time to clean up the shoddy work that had been done at a different glass shop. I would and will recommend this company to all my friends and family who are in need of glass repair. I’ve had two windshields replaced at Action Glass. Each time it has been an excellent experience. Most recently, I filed my claim with insurance and they scheduled me the following day. After bringing in my vehicle, it only took 30 minutes for them to complete the install and they waived my deductible! No doubt this is the best place in in the GR area.

Action Glass was great! I called and they were at my work a couple days later and installed my new windshield. I had originally called a competitor as that place (no names mentioned) was recommended by my dealership. They were a no show and never bothered to call me back either! Action Glass was there stat!! Thank you for your excellent customer service! Will definitely be using you in the future for my glass needs! Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was I was told my windshield would be replaced with the same identical one that was being taken out. The windshield installed was a tad bit different so not sure what the reasoning is for that. All in all I am completely satisfied!!

Filed an insurance claim due to a large stone chip that turned into a crack, Action did a great job coming to our home the very next day and installing the new windshield. Unfortunately some of the trim pieces on our vehicle needed to have clips replaced in order to be re-attached. Action ordered new clips and made a second trip out to the house with the new clips, and re-tested the rain sensor in the windshield. Never a fun process, but they did what it took to complete the job in a thorough way.

Great shop. They know what they are doing and they train their people well. I had an issue with windshield 'whistle' on a used car I had just purchased. They knew the likely cause on the phone. When I brought it in, they also found that the windshield had been incorrectly installed by the auto dealer. They told me all the things that were wrong, let me take photos of the old windshield, and as a result I got a complete reimbursement of the cost from the auto dealer.

I recently had quite a bit of water leaking in my truck and didn't know exactly the source of the leak. I called the folks at Action Glass and was able to bring it in the very same day. They figured out that a moon roof drain tube was clogged. They fixed my issue that day and when more storms came through that night, my floor was dry the next morning. The waiting room is very comfortable! Keurig coffee maker, leather couches, tv, and a bluetooth speaker. The work quality and speed were good as well. Hopefully I wont get any more chips in my windshield but if I do I am coming back here.

My "new" windshield whistles. It's pretty annoying. Brought it out to shop didn't fix it. Guy came out to house, still not fixed. Another guy came to my house and was so great, he tried everything! He spent so much time going over every little thing, I appreciated his time. It still whistles, but they are still trying to figure out what it is.
