My insurance company recommended Safelite but I’m not a fan of big chain as they don’t take pride in their work. I searched around and saw that ABC Auto glass had 5 stars with 80+ reviews which is unheard of. I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and flexibility. The gentlemen, presumably the owner, was easy to talk to and he got my windshield replaced in a timely manner. Most importantly, the quality was spot on. There’s a reason this man has 5 stars!!

Wow, so impressed with this place. A great small business to support. I called several places, and Rob's price was very fair. He was knowledgeble and patient (even when I messed up my car specs, requiring him to re-order the glass...sorry about that!). He did the work quickly, accommodated my schedule, and pointed out some of the mistakes the previous installers made and which he corrected. When I need future glass repair, I'll definitely be coming back.

I called today to see if they would be able to reattach my review mirror and they were able to fit me in in the same day. They honored the original quote they gave, even though it ended up being more of a project than anticipated. Overall, I would highly recommend and can see why they have 5 stars.

Was turned away by safelight because of some rust surrounding my windshield - not a problem for ABC! Rob did a fantastic job removing the rust, treating the area for damage, and getting my new windshield installed. Fast, high quality, and very reasonable pricing - I would definitely recommend ABC glass!

Had an appointment scheduled for 1 pm, and he was right on time. Great customer service, and the shop was very clean. The whole process of replacing the windshield took about 1 hour, and they were willing to work with my insurance deductible. Will definitely be using again in the future when the need arises.

Not only did they get me in for a windshield replacement on short notice, they did a wonderful and very thorough job. They even vacuumed the front two seats of my car! I would highly recommend ABC GLASS.

Just moved here from Oregon. Got a chip in North Dakota that became 2 huge cracks. Rob was great and quoted me over $100 less than my insurance. I was in less than 2 hours after I called and he had me done in 1 hr. Great guy for glass. Highly recommend him!

Very professional. They were able to get me in the day after I called. I hit a deer and they were able to replace my windshield in a very timely manner. They went above and beyond. I HAD THE REAR WINDOW OF MY TOYOTA EXPLODE FROM THE INSIDE WHILE PARKED OVERNIGHT. MY INSURANCE CONTACTED ROB AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE IT REPLACED. THEY DID NOT INFORM HIM THAT I NEEDED IT DONE AT MY HOME BUT WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I COULDN'T DRIVE IT, HE MADE ADJUSTMENTS TO HIS SCHEDULE AND ARRIVED QUICKLY TO DO THE JOB. HE TRIED HIS BEST TO GET THE CORRODED WIPER ASSEMBLY TO FUNCTION WITH THE NEW WINDOW BUT IT WAS A LOST CAUSE DUE TO THE AGE OF THE CAR. I AM THANKFUL FOR THE TIME HE TOOK TO SAVE ME A FEW DOLLARS AS THE INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD NOT COVER THAT COST. HE ALSO WORKED TO FIND A PART TO MAKE THE WIPER ATTACH PROPERLY AND WAS ABLE TO FIND THAT PART. ROB WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY EFFICIENT WITH THE REPAIRS. I LOOK FORWARD TO BRINGING HIM MORE BUSINESS WITH A CRACK THAT IS IN MY FRONT WINDSHIELD AND GLADLY REFER ANYONE IN NEED OF HIS SERVICES TO HIS BUISNESS.

Quick, friendly, and a fair price. Replaced my rear window after I had shattered it by running into a concrete pillar, and even vacuumed the glass from the trunk and straightened out the rear-mounted spare tire that had been misaligned from impact. Definitely recommend!

A few weeks ago someone broke into my car and smashed out the window, I was extremely stressed calling around to places who either quoted me too high or couldn’t get me an appointment for a week. Rob at ABC took the time to call me back after I had accidentally hung up, quoted me a fair price, and got me an appointment that same day. He also did fast, clean, exceptional work- I was in and out within 40 mins! He vacuumed my car and even replaced a hubcap that had fallen off. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks, Rob!! I've used them for over 15 years I believe, everything from drivers window getting broken to windshields and rear windows. Prices are amazing if you don't have glass coverage. I've had to use other companies when a truck has thrown a stone and they don't treat you the same. And when asked how much to would this of been out of pocket it's outrageous compared to abc. They will always be my go to.

I just had the windshield replaced on my Sedona by Rob and I can guarantee a great result! No signs on the bodywork, the glass and the gaskets are perfectly glued and there is no glue residue around. Great job good guy. Bravo Rob!

Rob does great work! I have no worries about my vehicles rusting because of poor workmanship during the glass replacement process like many other poor technicians out replacing glass as fast as they can,with no concern about quality. ABC glass is a quality glass company that cares about the customer and vehicle, the best glass company in Grand Rapids for sure! Poor glass replacement can lead to major rust problems down the road for your vehicle, don't take that chance, choose ABC glass instead.

After my Subaru was broken into (shattered the front passenger window), I called numerous shops and was quoted far above what I thought was reasonable. I called ABC and was instantly quoted much less than anywhere else. He ordered the glass, attempted to replace it, and of course Subaru sucks and many of the parts were worn and/or broken. It was unfixable using only the glass. He spent time to research, made numerous calls, and stayed in touch with me throughout. He found a window with the new parts, and 2 days later I had my window replaced STILL UNDER the quoted price from anywhere else (I called 9 different businesses in the area). I highly recommend this place; the owner is very friendly and works with you until your issue is solved. As long as I live in the Grand Rapids area, this will be my glass repair shop.
