3 months into having my 2022 rav4, a small pebble hit my windshield and put TWO cracks inside of one- tricky repair. My tech was awesome, made a call to the big boss to get his opinion and explained ALL possibilities prior to starting the repair. I am very very happy. It's barely visible. The repair was more than reasonably priced, he even got a tip!

Called all around Columbus for a replacement Hyundai window. For 2 weeks everyone told me that the whole state was out of these windows. Then I decided to call Auto Glass Fitters and they said that they would get it shipped from out of state and that the tech would come to me! 2 days later a tech was at my door and finished in around 30 minutes even vacuuming up excess glass from the break in. Went above and beyond and charged a very fair price. I would definitely recommend!

I had a tiny chip on my windshield and was worried about it. The company came out the same day and when he inspected he said it was just a scratch and wouldn’t cause a problem. They were all so nice and I loved they didn’t try and do work that wasn’t needed just to make money. They’ll be my go to in the future for any auto glass needs. I had my back window shot by a BB or pellet gun in my apartment parking lot. Two other glass retailers quoted me service next week and one at double the cost. Auto Glass Fitters overnighted my glass and installed it before a horrible winter storm all at the original price quoted. Additionally, they picked up and dropped off my car due to the rain today. Great communication. Great work. Beautiful windshield. A+ - I highly recommend them.

Had them out to replace my mother's windshield, while the install itself was done well it would have been nice if he would have washed the glass on both sides prior to install, of course can't wash the inside for a few days because you can't press on the glass and break the seal and had to ask him to wash the outside he claimed he already had and the adhesive he dropped on the quarter panels he said "I don't know, I didn't put it there". Take a little more care when doing your job.

This company is fantabulous!!!. Their pricing is reasonable and very competitive. My service technician Jim was awsome and he did a very nice job cleaning up the broken glass and replacing my window. They blow Safelite Auto Glass out the water. I highly recommend using them as your first choice for glass repair.

Brought it in today to get my 2004 Jeep Wrangler X's windshield replaced. Fantastic work and a friendly staff to help out. The shop is small and kind of hidden in an industrial park but WELL WORTH searching for. They were a little behind on schedule but nothing that you wouldn't get with any other shop. Knock on wood I'll never need another windshield again but if I do I'll be sure to bring it here.
