I have used Ace a few times over the years and have been nothing but satisfied with service. Lorne white is one of the most polite and professional glass installer’s I have meet. He takes pride in his work and is very respectful in taking care of your vehicle. Highly recommend Ace glass.

This is the second time in the past two years I have had to replace the windshield on this particular car due to SC roads being notorious for chips and cracks. The first time was with a nationally recognized safe glass repair and replacement firm who do lite work. That time it took 2-3 weeks for my appointment to be scheduled. ACE scheduled my appointment for the day after I filed my claim with an 11am-2pm window. Mr. White showed up at 11:15 after giving me a call letting me know he was 30 minutes away. He was incredibly professional and amazingly quick with the replacement. I have another vehicle with a smaller crack that needs to be replaced as well and will be reaching back out to ACE and Mr. White in the next week or so to get that vehicle serviced as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Needed 6 home window repairs and Ace Glass beat pricing of other competitors. But, what made doing business with them even better was the people and customer service. My first experience was great. I am currently dealing with my second experience that has not been great. They were an hour late for the first apt and then wanted us to wait another hour.....I cancelled the apt. I scheduled for the next week and was told I would be the first apt for that day, well they still were not there at 11:30am. There is no communication between the office and the field worker. Hopefully the work is still good, I guess I will find out if they ever show up.

I called 3 local glass companies yesterday for a quote on a Corolla. First place took my number to call me back (which they never did), 2nd place had no answer but the office was open, the 3rd was Ace Glass who was super friendly on the phone and gave me a better quote than places I'd called a month ago. The glass tech who came out was Lorne. He was very professional, friendly and super fast. I had a windshield replaced a few years ago on my Jeep through my insurance company by Safelite which was horrible. The Toyota windshield today wasn't covered by insurance but with service like this, I gladly pay out of pocket.

Ace glass provides excellent service, they replaced my pick up truck windshield and it was in and out fast. I also checked prices with two other glass companies, ACE glass offered the lowest price. They have been in business for a long time so if your vehicle needs a windshield, give them a call, I definetely recommend them

Been using ACE for many years now. They do good work at a great price. You may be thinking, glass replacement is free, that's true, however insurance treats it as "a claim", and if you have a driver prone to even minor accidents, insurance will drop them. This forces high rates that claimes make worse. I had ACE come to the house to replace a front windshield. They responded quickly with next day service, even earlier then expected, which was nice. Great professional quality service.

First time Ace customer today. I needed a small piece of acrylic glass made to replace a piece off my boat, the glass company down the street refused to do it because it was a small job. Ace happily took the job on, and they will now be getting all of the work for my auto, residential, and business that I own. The willingness to take on such a small job and treat me like a normal customer just gained them quite a bit of business, and lost other said business quite a bit
