These guys not only searched for my replacement window quickly, they squeezed me in a day earlier than expected. Price was fair but worth every penny for how fast they install my window. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. If you ever need your window replaced , don’t hesitate to make an appointment with these guys! They know their stuff. Plus they vacuumed any broken glass remaining in my car. 100/10 service !!

My truck was broken into Sunday afternoon. I called my insurance company to file a claim and they recommended I contact Safelight since they were partnered with…On top of the ridiculously priced replacement cost, safelight could not service me at home or at one of their shops for another week….with thunderstorms forecasted for the next three days. I knew I couldn’t wait and did my own research. On a Sunday, let alone the afternoon, everywhere was closed, BUT Trip 7. I got in contact with Anastasia who checked if they had the window sized for my make and model, which they did so she was able to schedule me for service with Tony and Bruce the next day in the early afternoon. We met at a mutual location and the gentleman vacuumed all the loose glass and installed the window all within 45 minutes. Genuinely impressed and grateful for them. And let me not forget, I don’t think I was going to find a better price than what was offered for my laminated window. I pray my windows are never kicked in again, but if they were, I know who I’d be calling.

Trip7 was a pleasure to work with. I called late afternoon on a Friday and they quickly arranged to squeeze me in the next day. Everything was finished by Saturday afternoon and the work was extremely well done. They didn’t overcharge me and were the best deal around. In the trucking business I have gone through a lot of windshields. Over time I have used quite a few different companies to replace them, but Trip7 was hands down the best! The customer service, communication, value, and workmanship were all A1! Tony did my install and he was on time, skilled, and professional. This review is very long overdue. I had just moved to Philadelphia from Jersey and week two I blow the back window out of my Honda CRV. What’s worse is my car is parked on the street. WHATS WAY WORSE is that a snow storm was coming (this was the Saturday of super bowl weekend). I called everywhere and no one could help me due to a glass shortage. I finally gave Tony a call and MAN was he a life saver. Not only did he guide me on how to protect my car until he could fix the window, but he was able to immediately locate the rear window despite a shortage and replace it the following Monday. It was such a relief and he did such a fantastic job, he even vacuumed the remaining, shattered glass out of the hatchback! Very kind and personable and PROFESSIONAL - I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I had a scratched up back glass that I needed to get replaced on my RAV4 and Tony was able to give me a free quote by phone Sunday morning and came to my house on Monday to replace it as soon as the part came in. Super easy process and it only took 30 minutes for him to replace the entire thing and be on his way. For the price, this business cannot be beaten. He's super easy to get in contact with by text or by phone and very professional. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a smooth and hassle-free transaction.
