I must admit, the technicians Justin Eldridge and Alec Low went well above and beyond what I expected. They took the time too not only replace my driver and passenger windshield, they actually made everything brand new. Including cleaning everything properly before the installation. They were also very professional, courteous, and accomplished the tasks in a very short amount of time. I’m truly serious when I say that if in the unfortunate event you need replaced windows, this company is by far, hands down the ones too call to get the job done. Just all around totally awesome group that I had the pleasure of dealing with today in my unfortunate circumstances. Thanks again guys!!!!

I can't say enough about Window Welder. Their customer service is definitely top notch. Neil and team worked directly with my insurance to set it up and with the window manufacturer to ensure the Mercedes Benz windshield was delivered safely. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made it super easy for me. I thought I would have to take my car to the dealership 130 miles away but they assured me they would take care of it for me and they sure delivered on their word and much more. On top of that they also calibrated my adas system and camera. Thanks to the entire Window Welder team for their excellent work and amazing customer service.

Well I’m beginning to realize that this is probably my most favorite business in Twin Falls. We had a cracked windshield on our motorhome, Neil said bring it in right away, and Travis did an exceptionally good job at fixing the crack. Price is totally reasonable. We have used this business before and gave them another five star because they are so professional, so wonderful to work with, they do a great job, and they are very reasonably priced. On vacation, an Idaho rock cracked our windshield - the crack spread across the entire windshield and we needed an immediate replacement. I called Window Welder and Liz was terrific! She managed to get us in the next day in their Jerome location and got the insurance filing competed while I was on the phone with her. Their Jerome location has a well equipped waiting room (where I am writing this review). I spoke with the tech who explained what he was going to do and how it was going to be done - including the calibration of the electronics in the windshield. I recommend them highly.

We have a 1994 Chevy Coachmen Camper Van that had damage to the window above the windshield. Neil and everyone at Window Welders in Jerome ID were absolutely great. The window was a challenge because of the age of the camper. They took that challenge and the work was done in a timely matter, the window is superior and looks better than the original. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

We were visiting the Jerome Idaho area when a truck launched a large object at the windshield of our Honda Pilot. The impact shattered the windshield sending glass particles throughout the vehicle. We contacted Window Welder of Jerome and spoke with Martha. Martha began the process of locating a replacement windshield while we drove 20 miles of backroads to the Window Welder shop in Jerome. Thank You Martha, for your assistance with the insurance company and Neil Thank You for locating the windshield. Due to the exceptional high quality of service provided by window techs Nick & Alec. We were back on the road in 3 hours. Our thanks to the team at Window Welders , Neil, Martha, Nick and Alec. A very stressful situation was mitigated. Amazing overnight service for an unusually large rock chip replacement on my newer vehicle. Justin and Chase did great work, and the support in the office was off the charts as well. There is a good reason why the Window Welder is so highly recommendable throughout Southern Idaho: they are dependable and experts at what they do! The kids loved the movie and pizza night also! I hope I don’t need this service again, but if I do, I know who to call!

The staff were very friendly and very quick in getting my windshield replaced. When my windshield needed replaced, I knew I wanted to have Window Welder do the work. They worked with the insurance company which obviously has a contract with a national windshield shop. They helped steer the work to a place I felt comfortable around my vehicle, I am kind of protective of my pickup. The Window Welder staff is straight up the best to work with, answering all your questions and doing even better than you expect. Neil, what a great guy, instilled confidence in their work and James and Justin did a perfect job and even got all my stickers back in place and my hands free microphone installed better than it had been before. I decided to stick around and do some work on my computer when I saw how great their waiting room is and was impressed with how friendly and respectful the ladies at the front desk were with every customer. If you need anything windshield related, I highly recommend you go straight to the Window Welder, I know you’ll be happy and be saying, “finally, someone who knows how to take care of people.”

I broke my rear window on Memorial Day. Window Welder got right on it. They had excellent customer service! One thing that stood out the most was the guys who came to the house to repair my window (Justin and Kyle). They had scheduled an appointment with me for around 1:00; however, due to problems at another repair, they got a little behind. Rather than keep me waiting, they called right away to explain what was happening. I appreciate how they kept me in the loop so that I would know what was going on. When they arrived, they were super courteous and friendly. I will definitely go to Window Welder if I have another issue with glass in my truck or other vehicles.

These guys are Amazing! I was able to get in the very next day, and even offered a ride to a previously scheduled Dr appointment if needed. However my windshield was finished, windows washed, car vacuumed, and ready to go within 1 1/2 hours with plenty of time to make my appointment! Martha with customer service was so friendly and accommodating, technicians Justin and Kyle were just as gracious! From the moment I made contact with Window Welders to repair my wifes' rock stricken and cracked windshield, they made the unusual and unfamiliar situation as easy and painless as I could have imagined. First, Martha took my call to schedule an appointment for an estimate and perhaps repair, and expanded my understanding by explaining that she could also assist me with determining how our insurance could save us some expense. I provided her with some info she asked for from the car's registration form and our insurance card, said she'd make contact with our insurance and then get back to me. She then quickly made contact with our insurance adjuster, and eventually included me in their conversation and had me verify the specifics of the damage event for the adjuster, and then Martha verified all the VIN and Policy ID numbers I'd given her earlier which were not then handy for me. It was a memorable experience to me as as great example of practice and efficiency versus bureaucracy. Martha then set up a specific repair appointment having determined my cost less insurance portion...then she included a discount bonus, and a gift from the owners. Our deal was that I would show up at 08:00 on the appointed date and leave the car for repair, after which they would call me to return. On that morning, we arrived 20 minutes early and found their bay doors already open. I walked up with the keys and peeked into the bay and a nice fellow there asked if I was picking up or dropping off? I told him dropping off...told him my name and car make and he verified the appointment - 20 minutes early - took my key and verified my call-back number and said they'd let me know when it was ready. I asked if he could ballpark me an estimate and he did. Later, and well ahead of the best guess estimate, I received a call from Nick who said my car would be available for pickup in 30 minutes. Again, efficiency! My son, who had ferried me from, and now back to, Window Welders in Jerome, happened to have a chip in his windshield. So we discussed enroute how great they'd been to work with and wondered about chip repair. I mentioned it to Martha as I settled accounts on my wife's car, and she asked one of their techs to check it out. He did. Then after getting the okay from my son, took it into the shop and repaired it immediately. We were surprised and amazed. Both windshields were fixed, like new, and with amazingly little hassle. Thank you Martha, Nick, and Kyle for the professional and nowadays, frankly amazing service and level of efficiency and to the fine married team of business owners who obviously inspire such excellence!

After making a dozen phone calls to business’ in the Boise & Twin Falls area, only to be passed around or turned down flat, Liz answered my call & immediately went into professional & personable mode of helping us. My husband & I had been traveling hundreds of miles from Oregon in our Motorhome with a crazy loud & annoying whistle coming from one of the front area windows. Liz could hear it from her end of the phone and was immediately sympathetic to our situation. She said they would help us whenever we arrived in the area. Nick and Kyle did the great work. They even managed to remove and save my parks pass so I didn't have to replace it. Aurelia at the desk helped me file the claim. They have great service. Justin did a great job. Had my windshield replaced before by a different company was shown the awful job that was done clips weren't replaced instead used glue. At the window welder everything was explained that was done and done correctly. They also fixed my driver side window. If I ever need any my vehicles windows replaced I will be going back to the window welder

I recently moved to Idaho and on my drive across the country got a couple rock chips in my windshield. I wanted to get them fixed on my day off before the chips start to get bigger, but every place I checked was closed. I left a message with Window Welder Saturday morning (my day off) and received a call shortly after, that he would be in the shop for a little bit and would help me out. I am so grateful that window welder was able to help me on a day they weren’t technically open and on such short notice. To me, this shows how much they really care about their customers. The repair was done very quickly and I will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

Deb and Martha in the office were amazing and very very helpful! Handling the insurance paperwork with Deb was a breeze and thank goodness for Martha, i had forgotten to mail something prior to leaving Colorado and she took care of it for me!! Above and beyond service!! Secondly, I highly recommend this Business, I had a windshield that needed to be replaced and this wonderful lady Martha (the customers service rep./dispatcher/assistant) was very helpful at all times. I had arranged for a windshield to be picked up for me at another location and to be installed by Window Welders technicians Justin and Kyle, but I made a mistake and the windshield was not available, totally my fault but I was informed by Martha that the techs had tried to pick it up and Justin and Kyle were awesome in going above and beyond to help a needy customer. Overall, I did not get billed for their time, even when I made the mistake, although I did offer to pay for their time. But Window Welder employees Martha, Justin, and Kyle and their Boss, do really appreciate customers, and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Just great and professional every step of the way. Sunroof glass blew out the top of my pickup on a windy day. Took it in and Neil recognised the roof as a recall item from a job they had done more than a year ago! That meant no cost to me or my insurance. The tech, Justin, did an excellent job replacing the glass and testing operation. Also had the windshield replaced while I was in since it had a rock chip and crack. I have used Window Welder in Jerome for the past 5 years. Unfortunately living in Idaho, rock chips are a common as fast food joints! I have always received great service, but most impressive is the customer service I have received. I had an appointment last week. The techition, James, called me at 7:30 AM and let me know what time he expected me to meet him at the shop for the repair. James called o texted me numerious times to keep me informed of his ETA. Becuase dedication to customer service, waiting for a call did not ruin my day! We both arrived at the shop at the designated time and I ws on my way in less than 30 minutes. Thanks James! Chysler 300 first one in shop, awsome atmosphere, top notch. 2nd replacement chysler 300 summer time they came to me. Great people working here. I had both my windows smashed in by a hawk and being in a semi truck, I had to find a place to fix it right away, so could be on my way. Other places either refused the same day service or quoted outrageous prices. So I finally found Window Welders. They got me in 30 min before closing, got the job done in no time, before I could even finish my coffee. Outstanding customer care. Unfortunately, the next day the right side of the window started to crack from the bottom under the rubber seal and went all the way to the top as the day went on. Good thing is, it's a two peace windshield, so I only needed to replace one side, but still that's another $250 out of my pocket on top of the money I have already spent.

Justin and niel are more than amazingb always take care of us, we have a fleet of over 30 delivery trucks and we ask all our employees to use them as well! They Never make us feel like we are a pain! Even though we really are with our crazy schedule! 5 stars for sure! Just had a rock chip repaired on 10-1-19 and niel was Absolutly amazing! Martha in the office was fabulous! Even though safelite claim center treated her poorly. 5 stars still today. Look forward to many more interactions with this company!
