Intermountain Auto Glass was definitely the right choice. I would Much rather use a local company than Safelite any day and boy was I right! Just purchased an old 93 Chevy K1500 that had a huge crack in the windshield. Basically cracked in half from previous owner. I emailed Intermountain for an estimate and they got back to me within a day with a quote. Scheduled install for next day and they popped right out to my place and replaced windshield in under 35 mins. Carl the tech was awesome. Definitely recommending them to my family and friends. Pass it on! Thanks to your team for helping me get my fixer upper truck looking closer to new!

This is the best experience I've had a with a business! I showed up and the receptionist was busy, but Rick came right out and greeted me. From there, less than five minutes later, Rick had checked out my car, pulled a quote, and had me set up with a loaner car because they were able to do a same day windshield replacement. After a few hours they had completed the car ahead of schedule and their work looked perfect. I was extremely happy with the results, the price, and the speed. Intermountain Auto Glass is the only place I'll be returning to and the place I'll recommend to everyone.

This rating is based on the response from the owner. I was sent to this shop on the advice of my insurer, i needed a chip repaired. The work that was done looked like no change. At no cost to me except time I was very dissatisfied. Called my insurer and discussed with them that if you are going to recommend someone it is up to you to make it good. It was like talking to a wall. A few hours later I received a call from the owner and he was very understanding and willing to replace the entire shield and cover my deductible. That is 5 star service.

I ended up with a rock chip on my windshield that I needed repaired. I was mailed an ad booklet and found Intermountain's information, so I decided to give them a call. Terri answered the phone and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My location was pretty far away from their location but she was able to come up with a solution that worked for both of us. It was so refreshing to call a business and be connected with a knowledgeable person that understands customer service. She even contacted my insurance company for me to open the claim, etc. It's sad to say but you just rarely come across that anymore. Joe was our repair technician and he was equally as helpful, polite, knowledgeable, etc. I would definitely go back to this business again!! Way to represent your company, you two!! Impressive!

I can’t say enough good things about Lauren, Chris and the rest of the folks at Intermountain Auto Glass. Their professionalism is second to none and the quality of their work is beyond reproach. Friendly, fast, thorough and the cost of repairs was very fair. The best part is that, unlike other shops that told me I had to replace the gasket and windshields, they were able to undo the previous owner’s “repair” and properly fix the leaking gasket of our Monaco motorhome…no more leaks!!!! I have used Intermountain Auto Glass for a handful of repairs and replacements over the years, ranging from our 2021 Ford Bronco (twice now.. darn construction zones), a 2007 Ranger, all the way to vintage car work (classic Mercedes). Each time I have came away not only happy with the work that was completed, but feeling like each person I dealt with was actively engaged in making sure I had the best service experience I could have. I even got a free loaner car while mine was being repaired to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced with setting up a ride or having to wait in the lobby until the repairs were complete! From the gals that handle the front office and got me all set up with my appointments, the owners Rick and Becky who made sure I was 100% satisfied at the end of each visit, to the technicians who performed the repairs, its so nice seeing a local company not only succeeding, but doing it the right way.. by providing an outstanding customer experience! While I wish I could avoid rock damage all together, I will continue to come back here because of how well I feel I am treated, and because of the trust that has been established that I will get a quality repair in a timely manner from people that actually care about their customers. I stopped by InterMountain Auto Glass to have them look at a windshield repair that had been done by another repair company (due to a constant whistle that wasn't there prior to the replacement). They examined my entire windshield, including a test drive, and confirmed the windshield was secure. They did not charge me for this service even though they spent their time looking at the car. Highly recommended! I called for a replacement windshield for my seasoned BMX X3 windshield. Lauren was professional and business friendly, she answered my questions regarding a potential auto windshield replacement claim. She ordered the correct replacement windshield that was OEM. She explained the timeframe and helped manage my expectations. As promised, she called me back when it arrived and scheduled the appointment for a mobile install. This was very helpful, since I work from home, which minimized my inconvenience. I received a reminder call the day prior to the scheduled time. The day came for the install, the installation tech called me in the morning with his ETA. He arrived as promised and luckily, it was good weather that day. He explained the process and went right to work. He finished on time and provided me with some instructions for the next 24 hours and beyond. Fantastic service starting with Lauren in the office. She took all my info on my insurance company and worked out Intermountain Glass doing all the work to install a new windshield. Kelly, the installer was such a great guy and did a fantastic job on the install and also recalibration of the Safety Systems. Never again would I use any other glass replacement service. I booked my 2 high end cars to get the windshields replaced. They offered a loaner car while work was being done on my cars and I reserved the loaner car. I dropped off the first car and no loaner was available and advised that I would have to wait. Windshield install took 3 hours. The owner did make it good by having someone drive me home so I wouldn't have to stay at the shop while I needed to work. They did a great job installing the new windshield. Owner tried to recover and did but was disappointed that things weren't set when everything was pre-planned.

I recommend intermoutain auto glass 100%. I had been waiting on a return call from safelite glass for days (my insurance wanted me to use them) 5 days later, no call. I tried to make an appointment and they were almost a month booked out. Very pleased with my windshield replacement service from Intermountain Auto Glass. I heard back from Lauren about my online inquiry quickly, when I was just starting to consider paying for the replacement or living with the crack for awhile. I have a brand new 2021 Ranger that suffered an impact from a large rock just after I bought it. They ordered and installed the OEM glass, and then re-calibrated the truck's collision avoidance system. Their work was flawless. Every clip and screw was removed and installed correctly, there were no interior damages, and there is no sign that anything had ever happened to the vehicle. Christina, is awesome! you don't find service people often any more that love there job and love helping as much as she did with me. My installer as well, went the distance to get me on the road again. While others were quoting me high prices and 10 day waits Christina sent the tech to the supplier after locating my door window. Gave me a car to use for the few hrs., they had my suburban. Id come in in February, after a snow dump to plow off my moms drive and sidewalks and flipped a rock and broke my window. Driving back to Cascade without a window much less leaving it expossed for more than a week was not an option i was happy with. I was quite happy when my business partner reminded me of who we used for our company glass needs. In 4 hours after making the call to Intermountain i was on my way home. Well done! Would do it again! Lauren and her team were successful in securing the glass and having it installed in time for an upcoming vacation. Work was completed on a class A RV, so their expertise in this area was very important. WOW! Who knew a windshield crack caused by a rock could be such an enlightening experience?! I was referred to InterMountain by Les; our family mechanic in Meridian. After making one call to my insurance company, the rest was taken care of. I received a call back to set up an appointment within an hour of calling my insurance carrier. On repair day, Marco (the technician) came to my work (on time), fixed my windshield on the spot, and then personally walked me through what he found. During his repair job, he discovered that the wrong windshield had been placed in my car prior to me buying it. It was too small and was barely hanging in there. Had I been in a crash, the old windshield more than likely would have failed. I also learned that my new windshield had features I didn't know existed. Marco educated me on how the features work and what I should and shouldn't do for the next 48 hours. Marco did a great job. I spent a lot of time looking for a reputable company to replace my truck windshield, I read tons of reviews. I chose two, and Intermountain Auto Glass was one ( they had a lot of positive reviews) I asked for an online quote, Christina promptly emailed it to me. It took me a few days to decide between the two companies, I decided to call Intermountain, and I was helped by Lauren who answered a few questions I had, she was very pleasant to work with. I decided to schedule the appointment for that Wednesday, Lauren told me the tech would be out to my house between the hours of 9-11 am (no charge for the mobile service). They e-mailed me a confirmation and a picture of the technician that would be providing the service. Marty showed up Wednesday at 9:30 am, I was able to check out the window before he installed it. Marty was quick, efficient, and clean up everything nicely, he explained that I should not drive the car for at least an hour. I had an amazing experience with Intermountain, I found them to be knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, as a matter of fact, I even asked Marty for business cards to pass around. Thank you Intermountain Auto Glass for all your help!!

I opened my rear back hatch window and it shattered into a million pieces. I called IAG and they gave me a great price quote, told me to bring it in and it would be fixed the same day. They even gave me a loaner car to drive while they fixed it. It was fixed earlier than expected and they did a great job!! Their office staff is friendly and helpful in setting up the appointment, and in each case they've come out to our home and done exceptional work. Marco Benavidez has done all three of the windshields and each time he's been prompt, friendly, helpful, and very efficient. The first time around, I asked if I could observe because I was out of work and curious, and he took the time to show me all the steps in the process and we had some great conversation as I watched him work. Each time since, he's taken the time to do the job right and still leaves me saying, "That was quick!" He also makes sure we understand the dos and don'ts of auto glass replacement so that we don't undo the work he's done before the glue is set. Because of the positive experiences I've had with them, I'd highly recommend InterMountain Auto Glass and Marco to anyone.

The office staff at Intermountain Auto glass was great and we got someone to come out to our home the next day. Marty from Intermountain Glass did our rear window. He was very prompt and friendly. He replaced the window He was very thorough and informative. He noticed that the window had been taken out previously and whoever did the work, scratched the paint off over the window area where the glass met the body and rust was starting to form. If this went untreated our car roof would have rusted through causing a great amount of body damage and window leaks. He put extra primer and sealant in the rusty area and he actually saved us money by doing this extra repair work.
