Very quick and professional service! My F350 truck needed a new driver window. They changed it in under 30 min. Affordable price. I would definitely come back again! Very nice store with nice wheels and truck accessories. Bathroom could use an upgrade and could be cleaned/checked better.

So far this is the best place I've been around Delmarva for getting any kind of service. We went in there and we're supposed to drop our van off to get the window repaired but ended up having to wait for it. They quickly changed the appointment from a drop off to a wait for it and within an hour they have the vehicle ready for us. Josh and his team at DAG in Salisbury are absolutely amazing. Awesome customer service with me and others that were there to get serviced that I’ve witnessed. Came in on Tuesday to get my windshield replaced did not take long at all, then had to come back today to get recalibrated for having my windshield replace and I thought I was going to be there for hours on hours nope out in 47 mins. A year and a half ago, we hired DAG for residential work. We were very happy with some glass replacement in some Andersen windows and they also installed a glass shower door and panel for a newly remodeled bathroom with a tiled shower. A year and a half later, the fixed panel of the shower glass became a little loose. These days, I am accustomed to businesses not wanting to take responsibility for much. However, DAG promptly came and fixed the issue at no cost or discussion of any charge. I was very impressed with how they stood behind their work.

We were in the area on vacation and our windshield got smashed and needed to be replaced. We called safelight and couldn’t get ahold of anyone, it was all automated and would hang up if we tried to speak to a representative, we tried to book online and they were over a week out to schedule, but we needed it replaced within 2 days before we left. So we looked around and found Delmarva, we called Friday morning and they had the windshield ordered and there that afternoon for us and we’re able to get us right in, had our windshield replaced in less then an hour and on our way. They have way better prices and customer service then safelight.

Best place to get anything done on your glass needs on the eastern shore! As a truck driver, I have a difficult schedule and they were able to get me in for a window tint on my new car in short notice! Very professional and courteous. When I purchased my new vehicle, the one thing that I didn't like was how bright and hot the inside would get. Well, I'm happy to say that Delmarva Auto Glass was able to fix that for me perfectly! Joe Stonnell is THE MAN and was able to get me set up with an appointment for ceramic tint on all 9 windows at an extremely reasonable price. The tint has made a world of difference and I've fallen in love with the car all over again! Not only does the tint look perfect make make the car look better, but it really made a difference with how hot the all black leather interior gets. To say that I'm happy with the service and quality of work is a massive understatement. I've had tint done on other vehicles at shops around the state and nobody comes close to DAG!

The atmosphere is very business like. I have gotten 3 of my cars Windows tinted or retinted by them them. They were fast, efficient, and did an excellent job! However, I had water testing provided by them on 2 of my cars. OMG did they get it WRONG!!!!!!. Both cars still have water coming into them and one of the cars have been back to them for this issue at least 4 times. Each time I took it back they gave me excuse after excuse. Bottom line- my cars are still not fixed but I am in the process of getting them fixed by professionals. They are good for window tint only. Stay away from water testing if you don't want to be disappointed....

5 star service!! Two of my wife and I’s vehicles developed leaks around the windshield seals at almost the exact same time. So I called Joe over at Delmarva Auto Glass. One of the cars had some rock chips in its windshield, so I told him to replace it’s windshield entirely. But the other cars windshield was in great shape, just leaking around the seal. He said they would try to save it, but it might break in the process. We were impressed that they went ahead and ordered the windshield, just in case it did break, so we wouldn’t have to wait another day without our car. But the best part was that they saved the old windshield! Saved us over $100! And then swapped out our other cars windshield immediately afterwards. The guys over at Delmarva Auto Glass have top notch service. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thanks again!

D.A.G. is what one would expect from a top end shop. I've purchased many accessories for our trucks, both having some installed and some that I installed and have always been treated very well. In an era where price gouging is basically the norm, I must say their pricing is reasonable. Polite customer service. Professional and knowledgeable personnel. Was able to drop the car off a day before my scheduled appointment. Stellar! Had legal tint plus windshield brow tint done and so far, a few weeks in, everything holds up pretty well. No bubbles and the work looks like it was done stock from the factory. Only gripe is no afterwork cleanup. Backseat was a little dirty but given the quality of the work done I can live with that. Will be coming back!
