After canceling my appointment with Safelite because of the runaround and ridiculous high price they quoted me, I contacted this company called Elite Auto Glass LLC owned by Mariah and her husband Eric! Eric assured me that I had not a problem to worry about [after I told him that I love my car😂😂] I'm very pleaded with their work they are professionals! down to earth people but most of all they have respect for the human family! a plus now and days. The staff answered all of my questions which helped me decide between OEM glass or aftermarket. The installer showed up when scheduled, completed the work diligently, and cleaned up everything. Some jerk busted my 2013 Tacoma side window in Atlanta during a particularly rainy week. Elite had me replaced, cleaned and running in a day. Customer service is like dealing with your friend's friend. Timely, polite and going above and beyond to be accommodating. The technician showed up at the house past 6 on a Friday and knocked the work out in less than 30 minutes. Like it never happened. Highly recommend Elite Auto Glass.

Had a rock come up and chip the windshield in my truck in December, called up Eric and the crew and got a quote that was more than fair. A few issues getting a good glass in from the dealer, which Eric and Mariah both kept me in the loop about what was going on as they dealt trying to get a good glass in to replace. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for any glass work.

I called this big corporation with the catchy jingle to get a quote for repairing the windshield in my Honda Odyssey. After getting their price I thought and prayed there was a cheaper option. I found Elite via a Google search. I took a chance and called them. The wife answered the phone, she was so warm and inviting. She gave me a great quote, saving me more than $100 from the big company. She explained that it was her and her husband, small business owners, local, and they come to you. She had me at small business. Being that my husband is a small business owner I was happy to support them. They came out to me, fixed my windshield in what seemed to be less than an hour. I didn’t even hear them working, but I saw the finished product. They left no mess for me to clean up. They did a great job. So glad I found them. I would highly recommend them and will definitely call them again the next time an evil 😠 pebble cracks my windshield.

After safelite came and took the trim around the windshield off and cracked my windshield, they realized they had brought the wrong windshield. They told me they’ll get it fixed at some point and left me with an even more broken windshield. Cancelled that bs of a service and called these guys up and had a brand new windshield the next day for a price at almost half the cost. Amazing service and knowledgeable people.

Wow! I am definitely the queen on windshield chips and repairs in my family. I’ve had them replaced and repaired a lot. Eric and his wife, Mariah provide the BEST customer service out there! From the initial phone call, to the superb communication throughout and then the actual work Eric performed, all I can say is that I wish all businesses would run this way. They even looked out for me and found me a lower priced widshield! I had an appointment with a major chain competitor and the technician they sent out made up an excuse about some rust around my windshield that wouldn't allow him to do the work. LAZY! He just didn't want to do the work! Eric didn't bat an eye about the rust and just took care of it. And by the way, I paid less than half of what the major chain was charging me! Thanks Elite! I called them asking about replacing my cracked windshield, and the folks at Elite went above and beyond. When I asked about the cost of an OEM replacement, they made several phone calls and let me know the upfront cost. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about the entire process end-to-end. When Eric came to the house to install the windshield, he was professional, easy to talk to and answered my every question. And their cost was extremely competitive too! Top notch business - would highly recommend to anyone who needs an honest & speedy windshield repair/replacement. A+ service!

I had a busted up truck windshield, a dead center circle crack in the windshield, that I had been putting off replacing for quite awhile. It finally got to the point that it started cracking well off into the passenger side area in a horizontal line/crack. I called up Elite Auto Glass and spoke with the owner's wife (well....I guess she owns part of the business too.... excuse me :). She was EXTREMELY accommodating and nice. She answered all of my questions and gave me a great price on a new installed windshield. Very friendly and polite Elite Auto Glass rep. Justin came out to my house, on time and as promised, (YES.. they come to you) and installed my new windshield in a short amount of time. The new spotless windshield now makes me feel like I'm driving a brand new truck even though it's a 1999 F250 with nearly 300,000 miles....LOL. Great job Elite Auto Glass. You will always have my business (but hopefully not too much of it because I can't afford too many busted windshields....haha). Two thumbs up! Great customer service, prices, and work ethic.

Fantastic shop. I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler and they saved my windshield OEM Windshield and took off the tint that was stuck on since they put it in the factory. The took the windshield off which is a 50/50 chance to break but saved it and took the tightly gripped tint off. I requested they take the glass out due to the fact a steamer will fry the computer below and the shop knew this as well so it confirmed my worries and it’s so beautiful now. I can see clearly now. They took the extra time to help and if I could give it more stars I would. Would recommend to anyone and Mariah was fantastic and transparent through the whole process. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Mariah and Eric were amazing. I worked primarily with Mariah but they both went above and beyond with their customer service! I could not have been more pleased with their work and the all around experience. I would definitely recommend them for any auto glass replacement. They will be my first stop if I need any future replacements.
