Great staff and service was top notch. We were traveling and rain was predicted for the area when our back glass got busted out. The dispatcher I talked to first took time to hear what I needed. She looked close to me but couldn't find a shop to replace the window that day. But that didn't stop her, she kept looking until she found one that could get the glass and replace it that day. The Smyrna, GA store was the closest to me that could replace it. At this point I was more than happy to drive the hour from Carrollton, GA to them. When I arrived the staff greeted me and took my truck right in the shop and started taking the remaining old glass out. They even cleaned the glass out of the bed of my truck and vacuumed the back seat to remove the broke glass. A few minutes later the service tech came in and said the glass just arrived. I was expecting to be there for 2-3hrs but they had me out within a 1.5hrs. They really saved our weekend trip. It would have been miserable riding 4hrs back home with no back window. I would high recommend Auto Glass Now company to anyone in need of glass.

Quick and easy! I dropped my car off at 8 and they were finished by lunch. Full windshield replacement. Looks great, no issues at all. Great prices!!! Got a quote for my other car too - Where others wanted to charge $500-$600 for my Jeep’s windshield replacement, they quoted me around $300. Definitely taking the Jeep in next!

I would like to have given 5 stars however, I had to wait for hours to find out that a technical issue prevented the windshield to be delivered at the proper time. It wasn't any one person's fault. I had to come back the next day. Also, I set up a timed appointment but the system is first come first serve (?). They took great care of me the next day. Thank you auto glass now.

I needed to have a windshield chip repaired. Did an okay job. Much cheaper than Safelite. I liked the technician who did my work, but as he was finishing, another tech showed up. He had an anti-American hoodie on that I didn't appreciate all. Management should be more careful what their employees are allowed to wear.

It is getting cold outside and my passenger window was busted out by a thief that ended up getting nothing! I called three places for quotes around 10 AM and even though they were not the cheapest (but not the most expensive either), they were the only place able to get my glass in and installed all in the same day. I dorpped my vehichle off at noon and got it back at 2 PM. I would recommend them to anyone. Fast and friendly service

They found that the new windshield ordered in had been damaged - and they drove 80 miles across Atlanta to get a replacement and finish the work for me the same day! Great work and great people at AutoGlassNow in Smyrna GA! Add in the fact their price was less than one quarter of the cost at the dealer - and it was the same brand brand and matched perfect! Rough yesterday!! Rock hit my windshield and the crack spread horizontally. Called around to few places and quoted me from$300-400?!!🤦‍♀️🥺😮 So my last call was to "Auto Glass Now". 🙏 - BEST Call!! Y'all get your work done here. They're really on top of stuff and deserve their 4.9 star rating. That's a hard number to maintain in the long term. Mike and everyone there, thanks for top notch work. However, if there is a District Manager or higher that reads this, y'all hire more people here from front door to back. Again, I'm 100% happy with my windshield, but not so happy seeing Mike overwhelmed up front and the same goes for the mechanic trying to work on 3 cars at the same time. And both of them were knocking it out of the ballpark but it should've been 4 people working. I'm a first time customer this week but even on my first two pre-service visits since Saturday, parking lot full. Y'all clearly have the volume of business to afford the payroll so get some people hired. And a good DM that knows how to do the peoples jobs beneath him instead of just analyzing quarterly stats, would roll up his sleeves n get down in the trenches in Smyrna for a minute. Got a whole new windshield due to leakage of Orginial windshield. Took time to listen to my problem and help me figure out if replacing was really the best action to take as I didnt need new glass just seal. They leak test it for free but then I was able to come back and get it replaced the very next day. Took them an hour this morning, so far satisfied. Lifetime warranty also. Could of cleaned my dashboard a little afterwards from slight debris but they got me in and out before my class and gave me good tips and info. So I'm happy. Safelite quoted me $60 more

Competent, Honest, and Fast Service! I went in for a regulator repair and glass replacement. While the technician was working on my driver's side window he noticed that my glass was actually intact and didn't need to be replaced. Instead of concealing this information from me, the manager and technician informed me of this and I only had to pay for labor for the installation of my regulator which I picked up from Auto-Zone. Their honesty saved me $50! The Manager told me "Your money is as important as my money." You just don't hear that anymore, I really appreciated it. I was in and out in less than an hour and my window works like new! There are still good and honest repair shops in this world, and this place is one of them. Hopefully, I won't need anymore glass repair in the near future, but if I do, this is my new place. I will be recommending them to anyone I know. No appointments necessary, first come first serve. I had my windshield replaced. Their prices were great and they were able to get me in right away. My wait time was exactly the hour and a half I was told. I also had good customer service with the woman up front. My biggest issue is the clean up. There were shards of glass all over the front seats and floor mats of my car. Some tiny and some pretty nice size pieces. My steering wheel was also scraped. When I brought it to another mans attention he told me it was my own wear and tear. It honestly wasn’t worth arguing but you can see clean as day it wasn’t. I would recommend them again, but I would also recommend making sure they clean up after themselves.

I rely heavily on reviews, so I try to make mine thorough. I was shopping for quotes because I had to pay out of pocket. I spoke to Nina. She has the best customer service and a genuinely positive attitude. She gave me a competitive quote (MUCH less than Safelite and many others) and when I told her I was still checking other options, there was no pressure. I actually did find a quote that beat the one she gave but her personality won me over. When I told her about the other quote, she basically matched it! When I arrived she greeted me pleasantly, explained everything and even had pens that had been sanitized available. It's first come, first served and there were two people there before me. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes total. The replacement glass comes with a warranty which is great. I would definitely tell family and friends to call Nina if they need any auto glass services. The ONLY reason I didn't give a five-star rating is because all of the waiting room chairs need to be replaced (they're ripped in multiple places with exposed foam), there was no apparent AC on on a 90 degree day; Nina did offer everyone (including a guy dropping off a vehicle) cold, bottled water however. Also the glass installers left all kinds of debris on my seats.

Hello All. I don't have auto class insurance so replacement of my front windshield was totally out of pocket. As I shopped around I was getting quotes of $500 and above for the front windshield. I was prepared to pay $620 to have the windshield replaced until I found Auto Glass Now via a Google search. This company shopped around and was able to find my make and model windshield for a reasonable price after installation and other fees cost to me was $311. These guys were professionals and did an awesome job. Ohh and windshield is guarantee for life. They will explain the guarantee. I usually don't write reviews but I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a windshield replace within a reasonable budget. 5 Stars all the way around.

5 Stars to Keith and Jeff, the installers that were friendly and thorough and truly the only 2 that cared about getting my window replaced timely. ZERO stars for Mike the manager. After the techs came to my house twice with the wrong window and the correct window finally came in after waiting 3 days, Mike was ready and willing to push me off another day and was beyond rude after I had been more than patient and understanding. Windshield was shattered with glass everywhere. Not only did they replace the windshield, but they also cleaned up most of the glass fragments. I had called them about 10:45am and they could fit me in same day (I had a conflict so had to wait until the next day). Excellent friendly service! And significantly less than Safelitte.

The Auto Glass Now Smyrna location customer service is awesome. I originally went to the Riverdale location because they can do the window calibration in house. Big mistake!!! The Riverdale location is first come, first serve. Normally I would not mind this arrangement, but upon arrival at 7:30 am and with a 8 month old baby in the car, there were already 6 people ahead of me. The waiting area is extremely small and given this new age of COVID-19, then was no social distance. I was not willing to take that risk! I asked the receptionist (who was nice) to transfer my window to the Smyrna location. The Smyrna location is by appointment only. It is a little more spacious facility (in terms of the waiting area) and there was only one other customer in the waiting area who arrived just before they finished my windshield replacement. They were very prompt with completion of the service. Kudos to Derrick, Michael, and a young lady (don't remember her name) - all very nice! The only issue is a minor scrape of paint but they took care of the repair.

I thought I was being scammed at first because I called over 100 places including 2 Chevy dealerships and no one had C8 Corvette glass. This was literally the last place I called and they took care of me SAME day. I couldnt be more grateful and had an amazing experience. Biggest thing was the price. Pretty much what I was expecting based on reviews. It was the cheapest deal around. It took about an hour and a half to get the windshield replaced, which was faster than I thought it'd be. The receptionists were both really nice. There were some leftover plastic strips in my car interior, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Solid job, will come again if needed.

Driving on I-75 my windshield got hit by something big that did some more then minor. It definitely needed to be replaced. I drive a Dodge Ram truck so I expected to pay a lot. Called the big auto glass company first and was not happy with the quote of $490 to replace the windshield. I google searched "windshield repair near me" and Auto Glass Now came up. I read the reviews and they had 5 stars so I gave them a call. I was quoted $186 to replace the windshield. $300 cheaper so naturally I made an appointment. Was a little skeptical when I got there, but that changed very quickly. I watched the guys replace a windshield on a semi so fast! Started to feel good about this place. They had me pull my truck right into the garage and three guys went to work right away. They had the damaged one out and new once installed in 20 minutes. When they rang me up there was no hidden fees. I was charged exactly what they quoted me. I was in and out of there in less then 30 minutes! Very satisfied with Auto Glass Now, and would recommend them to anyone I know who needs a windshield replaced or repaired.

Auto Glass Now did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. Hannah was very nice & completely professional. Glenn is both the manager & a very skilled window mechanic. I called 4 other glass installers. All 4 of them advised me that I would have to pay an additional $100 for a chrome trim piece that sits above the windshield. But Glenn assured me he had never had to replace that piece of trim. And, true to his word, he successfully removed the trim piece with ease. It took me a while to figure out how to post this because this is the first time I’ve ever done so, but I was so impressed with the performance of this shop that I felt it was worth my time. Also, an added bonus was that they gave me an amazing price. Auto Glass Now is a nationwide company with a great warranty . I’m so glad I found this place.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I bought my car back in December of last year and ever since I have owned it, the rear windshield has been leaking. I heard about this place through a family member and all I can say is , "WOW!" From the moment I initially called there for a quote to when the job was finished, I had the BEST customer service and these guys definitely know their business. Cannot recommend this place enough. I requested a quote, which came in at half the rate as the competition (and only major glass repair place folks have probably heard of) . I actually confirmed I heard the price correctly, as I was shocked. They managed to get me in same day - unfortunately, the part number from Ford that should fit my car doesn't fit - no fault at all on the folks who work here, as there's only two part numbers for my windshield, with the only difference being GPS on one. The staff went above and beyond when they couldn't fix my window same day - I wasn't stressing it at all (I got to work from home the next day). My biggest concern was that I'm in the process of moving and had a bunch of stuff in my car (which didn't have a windshield). They locked it up and prioritized it next day. All things said, even though I had to return the next day, this is still a five star experience. The folks who work here are wonderful, the replacement cost was surprisingly low compared to competition, and it's easy to get to. Nobody wishes for a shattered windscreen, but I will absolutely be returning here if it ever happens again.

Waited a couple of months before rating them. Had the power back window in my RAM replaced. Not only was their price lower than the competition's but they were also the only ones who gave me the option of replacing it with a solid window pane which would have been considerably cheaper. Even with the installation of the power version and renting a car for a day, I still came out more than $50.00 below the competitors' closest quote. My son recently had his windshield replaced by them and recommended them to me. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and did exactly what they said they would. 5 stars all the way

This is my first review. I actually had to Google "How to Leave a Google Review." This place is great! The first thing I noticed was that a live person immediately answered the phone and gave me a fast quote. I had first called their competition (with the television commercials) and after three minutes of menus and automated questions and hold music I still had no information. I gave up and searched for something nearby and found Auto Glass Now in Smyrna. Their price was the best, and they fixed my windshield ding in less than twenty minutes. No appointment was necessary and they are very friendly. I truly cannot see where the damage was! They don't always guarantee an invisible repair, but mine is truly invisible. They also have a nationwide guarantee. I will definitely use them again if I need auto glass repair.

Great Service. I used to use their Tucker location and found out they now have a shop close to where I live and went there today. My car was bought used and this is the first front windshield being replaced as the owner. The AutoGlassNow team noticed there was some type of adhesive that the previous owner used to seal the window for some reason and went above & beyond the required services to scrape out the compound which cut into their day which happened to be a very busy Saturday. I offered to pay more than their quoted price since they had to do this, but they gracefully declined and honored their original quote. I will recommend them to everyone!

Had some idiot break into my car and stole some valuables including money so replacing the damage they did to my car was an extra burden. With my deductible being $500 and it taking 5-10 days for the insurance to “fix” i found auto glass now, where they not only were able to replace my window, but it was at less than half the cost it would of cost me to use my insurance. They were very friendly when i called to set up the appointment, they were able to get my glass ordered and installed super fast! Let me tell you how great of an experience I had at this location. After calling around to various places, all of whom did not have my window, I called my dealer. Range Rover ordered the window and said with labor the cost would be $500-600. I decided that I would accept getting my window done 2 days later because of desperation. My truck had gotten broken into and the thieves stole my purse (driver's ID, passport, credit and debit cards). I just wanted the window done. A friend told me ab this company and not only did they have my window that day, but it was way cheaper and that I could come within the hour. I cancelled with Range Rover and went there instead. The work was done by the greatest and most knowledgeable tech, GLENN. He was funny on the phone and in real life. The customer service (Hannah I think) was friendly and she kept a smile the entire time. This is the place to go. I had to wait due to a delay not of their own but they had the tv on so I was entertained without realizing the time passed. I still feel like the wait was short and they worked to make sure I was ok. They are great and my window works as before. I will definitely tell anyone to go there if you need your window replaced. Really great experience from start to finish! Long story short... a rock hit my windshield on I-85 and basically shattered a small area and created quite a large, unrepairable crack in it. I called around to several different places for pricing on a replacement windshield. Safelite wanted $370 total and I still had to drive up to Marietta to get it fixed. Auto Glass Now quoted me about $200 less and when I mentioned I'd get back to them as I was calling other places, they texted me a coupon for another 10 bucks off if I made an appt within 48 hrs. So that made the final decision. I told them I'd drop the car off at 6:30 AM after I got off work and then pick it up early PM when I woke up. As a courtesy without me even asking, they didn't call my phone when the car was finished knowing I was sleeping, instead they texted me to let me know it was ready. Really appreciated that jesture! Went over before closing and picked up the car. Windshield looks great and have had zero issues! Price was exactly what I was quoted. Highly recommend them for a windshield replacement, you won't be disappointed!

The store did my windshield install in addition to a wiper install. I’ll start off by saying Idk if he spells it with one or two n’s... I went in on my lunch break to quote a side mirror replacement. I didn’t have much time AT ALL, but Glen(n) said it wouldn’t take long so I followed him inside. I really didn’t believe him. I JUST KNEW he was going to make me late. But I barely had time to see what color the paint on the walls were before he found the mirror I needed! I was so relieved. He told me I was all set to come in the next day, “any time after 8 am,” he said. My girl, Hannah, called me around lunch I think to make sure I knew the mirror came in. I set my appointment, went in after work, and was out before traffic could build up on S Cobb Pkwy on my way home. No part of the process took long, honestly. And I got it done at a super reasonable price. Not to mention I’d even go back to them in the future, if I have too, even though I live in Decatur! But probably only if Hannah and Glen(n) are there. It was refreshing for me to do business with people who had great energy, positive attitudes, and didn’t make me go through a lot of b.s. (for lack of a better term). And I got there within an hour of closing and they were still great! Lol Absolutely wonderful experience with this branch!
