O U T S T A N D I N G! Here in Midtown, we recently had a rash of car break-ins that only targeted Mercedes-Benz. I called the insurance recommended big corporation auto glass replacement company but they did not have a Mercedes convertible window in stock and gave me no options. I called around to several other places in which they also did not have it in stock and those that could get it said it would be a week or two before it would come in. With installation, they were gonna charge me an arm and a leg and did not offer mobile services. I found Anthony online after going down the list and he was so helpful and left me optimistic. I think he could tell how stressed out I was and even gave me some words of encouragement. THE BEST PART WAS…after telling him the make and model of my convertible, he told me they did not have it in stock. HE SAID, ”Let me call you back, I’m gonna call around for you.” AND DID! He called me back and said he’d have the window next week for a great price😊 BUT…I needed it NOW! 😬 He told me I could get it in two days for a small expedition fee and I was truly happy! It was after 5pm but we got the deal done. A very young and professional gentleman came to my location two days later to fix my window. I had to use 3 different forms of payment and all were accepted graciously (it was the end of the month and I was strapped for cash) and he got the job done quickly! I had to go to the shop a week later to get glass vacuumed out of the vehicle (there was no outlet to plug the vacuum in at the location it was fixed at) and to my surprise the young man who installed my glass was tending the shop! He was Anthony Jr., Anthony’s son 😊 He got all the glass from the carpet and door panel in less than half an hour. I was in and out! I recommend this auto body shop to everyone. Best service I’ve received ANYWHERE in a long time! Thanks Anthony and Anthony Jr.

While working late night in Midtown, my car was broken into. I immediately went into panic mode and didn’t even know where I could find a replacement. Fortunately for me, I did some research on the best auto glass shops and found this company. I called Anthony the next morning and he gave me an affordable quote and serviced me in the SAME DAY! These guys were great! They were cheaper than the other quotes I got and honest about what was needed vs optional. Since they weren’t able to do my windshield as a mobile fix, they offered to come get my car for no extra charge! It was so helpful. A couple of times they got behind schedule, but they were very prompt answering my texts and had great communication. The new windshield is looking good and working great.

Today I was serviced by Mr. Anthony and his son. I contacted the company on Sunday and quickly received a response despite it being the weekend. I explained my needs, Mr. Anthony was able to provide a tentative assessment, and I received a quote and appointment for the next morning. The item I needed was not in stock, however Mr. Anthony took care of the order immediately. As I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and provided with excellent customer service. My repair was complete in under two hours along with granting a special request for assistance. There’s also Wi-Fi availability and a waiting area for those who work on the go. I highly recommend this company to other women, mothers, and anyone else needing honest and reliable service.

Needed my window replaced due to a robbery (Welcome to the south). I was able to get in next day. The price is good. They replaced the glass but were unable to get the old attachment out. So now my door rattles. My door handle on the inside also doesn’t work. And they scratched the living hell out of my trim. My 2022 year car aged 10 years after getting my window fixed here. Just pay the extra and have SafeLite do it. Taking my car to Hyundai to fix AGL’s mistakes. Side note: Anthony was very communicative and helpful. My service just fell flat. ***EDIT*** The owner of this business personally reached out to me and made things right. He is a dedicated professional and I would absolutely give AGL another chance if needed.

Someone broke into my son’s car around NYE, breaking the passenger side window. No one we initially called was able to come for a week. After wasting several days time waiting, we found this service on google with excellent reviews. They were open on Sunday and got us in same day despite having a lot of cars to do. The price was in the middle of what others quoted. So we didn’t get a great price but, Anthony said it was due to Sunday and same day day service. We aren’t from Atlanta and needed to get back home for work. Anthony was very professional and the work was just fine. He had to get a used window because of it being Sunday and the window was a littler darker but, it didn’t bother us. My son’s car is 2007. I would definitely recommend this service without hesitation and give Anthony two thumbs up for running a great business/service. I regret we wasted several days waiting on other services before calling Auto Glass Leaders.

I had a great experience with Auto Glass Leaders. The owner was very responsive, flexible, and professional. I called him around 6:00 PM on a Friday evening. He was able to get in touch with the warehouse to make sure they had the correct windshield and call me back within 5 minutes. He scheduled to replace my windshield the next day at noon. I called the following morning to request he come to my house instead of meeting at his shop. Without hesitation, they obliged and came to my home to swap out my windshield. The entire process took about 30-45 minutes. The windshield looks great, and they were about half the price of some of the big name shops. I would definitely recommend Auto Glass Leaders to anyone needing to replace a window or windshield.

I would highly recommend Auto Glass Leaders. I called several companies to get an estimate and they were the best on so many levels, not to mention the best rates in town! I thought they'd be more expensive due to the overhead of having a brick and mortar, since so many glass repair companies are strictly mobile, but that was not the case. Anthony and co were fantastic! Our apartment complex had many car break ins last weekend and one of our cars had a back window smashed. I called Monday morning and was able to drop of my car after work (with them staying late to receive my car) and then pick it up after work the next day. I spoke with several glass dealers(even Safelite) and none of them were able to find a replacement glass for 2wks. Called AGL and spoke with Anthony who went above and beyond! He called around locally and found one. My car was broken into on Sunday, my window was replaced that Monday; on MLK Day! *Highly recommended.*
