Travel quite a bit and have had my fair share of replacements. Some good, some not so much. Dustin and his helper did an awesome job and were very courteous. The experience was great from the sales rep at Jiffy Lube to replacing it at the hotel. Quite convenient and a fair price. Thanks!

These guys are great. If you need a new windshield this is the place to go. Best prices in town plus they give you free lifetime chip and crack repair which I have used several times already. You just stop at any jiffy lube or a Techna glass location and the fix the rock chips fast. Just stopped in now and the guy was super nice and friendly and fixed my chips quickly. Thank you guys

Really amazing service and the nicest people. My husband and I needed to repair a chip on our windshield - it wasn't an emergency but we definitely didn't want it to get worse - and stopped by Technaglass to see if they could fix it. Not only did they do a stellar job but the technician on hand, Jesus, just waved the fee and said, "it'll take two minutes, no worries," and repaired it beautifully and sent us on our way five minutes later. Such good people and we'd recommend them to anyone!

I was given a quote to replace my cracked windshield on Tuesday when I stopped at Jiffy Lube for an oil change. It was after 4 pm, so too late for same day service. An 8 AM appointment for the following day was scheduled. I was told expect 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete the install. I arrived late at 8:15 AM. The staff was pleasant and understanding and walked me into the lobby. They checked me in, pulled my car into the garage bay and I was checked out (Paid the price they quoted) and gone by 9 AM, EXCELLENT service! Tap 👍 if this was helpful.

TechnaGlass did an awesome job replacing my windshield. A couple of years ago, I went to the competitor next door, Horizon. Horizon sealed the windshield incorrectly and water came pouring through during a thunderstorm. AND Horizon broke the rubber guards off of my windshield and superglued them back on without (of course) telling me. I am happy to say that TechnaGlass did it right the first time! Those of who have busy schedules appreciate that.

Great service! They price matched competitors and gave me a discount for booking online. They also were able to get my car and my husband's done at the same time so we didn't have to turn it into an all morning. I would (and have) recommend this location. Also, make sure you pay attention to what you can and cannot do after replacement. We had to keep the windows cracked for 4 hours, not go through a car wash for 2 days, and leave the tape on for 24 hours.

Called and easily scheduled an appointment for a windshield replacement for the next business day. No waiting for my appointment the day of, and glass was replaced in a little over an hour. Courteous technician. He explained all of the warranties thoroughly and I discovered a windshield I had purchased a few years ago on a different car is eligible to have the air leak sealed at no additional charge. Wish the previous person had explained that to me. I will not hesitate to come back here in the future.

We were needy travelers with a chip and a large crack in our windshield. The local car dealership was unable to assist us as it was a Saturday. TechnaGlass came to our rescue! Their windshield expert did an amazing job and it held tight for the remaining 1,000 miles of road we needed to traverse. Fast, knowledgable, polite, and more than reasonably priced -- they are fantastic.

Recently I got a rock chip on my truck and wanted to get it taken care of as soon as I could because of the colder temperatures we’ve had. I showed up close to closing and the technaglass side had already been shut down for the evening. Joshua took a look at the chip and said they would be able to help me that evening. As with my prior visits, the service has been exceptional. When I inquired if they had any discount for multiple chips, as I have two on my car windshield, he said they didn’t but he could give me a military discount. He then thanked me for my service. I didn’t tell him I was a veteran, he just noticed my veteran plate. These guys are not just affordable for windshields and chip repair, they give the best customer service I’ve ever had with an auto glass place.

The technicians at this location are the epitome of customer service!!!! They have replaced several windshields for me, never an issue fixing chips and stars (no cost if you have a Techna Glass windshield), my battery even died once while there...they gave me a jump AND tested my battery!!! My only disappointment is that they don't do camera calibrations there...i had to go to Coors and Sequoia location for that. Comfortable waiting room with fountain drinks and popcorn!!!!

I was out running around the other day when I noticed a rock chip on my windshield. This place is in my neighborhood and I decided to stop in and ask about scheduling an appointment. The polite young man said that if I had 20 minutes, they could take care of it right away. I thought *awesome" and went in the waiting room. Of course, I started kicking myself when I realized that I didn't ask how much it would cost. 20 minutes later, the polite young man came and got me, showed me the repair and told me it was on the house. I can't even see the rock chip. Great service, quickly done at the right price. Thanks, you guys.

I arrived at the location on north San Mateo this morning and in less than 30 minutes both my rock chips were prepared. My customer service rep Jorge was very professional and patient when I asked him how he repaired the cracks so quickly. He took extra time to describe the process and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend this location for all your repair needs!

Better than expected, but with issues. We had a break in on our pathfinder taking out the drivers window. Of course the weather was raining. After Safelite spent over half a day too busy to find out when they could get the window in town, we called Techna Glass. They knew they had the replacement window and got us booked for the next day quickly. I was surprised they were able to do a door window installation at my wife's work. The installation and cleanup went well and was pretty painless. The problem came when we tried to use the seat memory selector on the drivers door. It was not working. Apparently it was not reconnected upon the reassemble of the door. When I called the customer support , I was told I would have to bring the vehicle to one of their locations. I checked the closest location and then I was told I had to go to the San Mateo location when there were locations closer. I would have preferred that they visit my wife's location as it was their mistake but they did reconnect it within 20 minutes once they started. Price wise it was also cheaper than Safelite . This was an issue for deductible purposes.

AMAZING! Found a company willing to replace my windshield for cheap, but no warranty. I called Techna Glass and spoke with Doug- who reviewed all the warranties and was able to ALMOST price match the quote I was given- but VERY close. IRRESISTIBLE! Upon showing up; Josh Green was my technician, he was super friendly- and my winsdshield was done in about 45 minutes. Great customer service. I will recommend Techna Glass to ANYONE looking for a new windshield!

Despite the fact that I stopped by near the end of day and my issue required them to stay open late, the entire team was friendly and happy to help me in a pinch. Brought my car in to repair a rock chip on the windsheild. It was a star rock chip and it took them less than 30 min to get it done. They charged me nothing. I dont know if the windshield already has life time warranty or not. But these guys are awesome.

I made an appointment for the car that I drive for work to have the windshield replaced. When I took the car in for the appointment they realized that the new windshield did not get delivered even though it had been ordered. Unfortunately they had already taken the old windshield out. So, they had to keep the car until they could get the glass(Monday), and they comped the glass for the trouble. Between Saturday evening and Monday morning, they were vandalized and the car got caught in the cross fire. A rock hit the door and put a dent in it. When they saw what happened, they immediately got a hold of my company and offered to get it taken care of. At the request of my boss they took the car to Car Crafters. Car Crafters was an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend them and I will never go there again. But, props to the guys at Techna Glass. They took a bad situation, turned it around. And, ended up with a very pleased customer.

Scheduled my appointment a day in advance, happily surprised that they had next day glass windshield available. I was impressed with the affordable cost when quoted at Jiffy Lube when doing oil change and how fast they could get the job done. Only 198.00 for new windshield wow and next to Popeyes, Chick-Fil-A, Beers & Brews, 45 minutes out the door. Sal and Scott even accepted me being 20 minutes late and got me out early...thanks guys.

They did the job and they did it quickly. However, they didnt do the little things to make the experience great like vacuuming up pieces of glass or cleaning out the broken glass from inside the door. There is still a ton of glass inside my door and it rattles anytime i close it.
