Let me tell you…. If you want a job that exceeds your expectations and you want world class customer service, you come here to Lomas Glass & Tint. My family and I have been coming here for OVER 12 years now and have had nothing but excellent service!! We have brought all of our vehicles here: from tinting, to replacements, to chips. Their warranty, products and prices are unmatched. I called earlier today to cancel my appointment because I had a doctors appt to attend at the same time. Sarah (such a sweetheart) offered for me to come in early and she would have someone drive me to my appointment. Seriously, WOWWWW!! My son & I are currently at their shop waiting for our tint job to be completed (after hours) and I really feel like they have treated us like family. They have a nice seating area with a tv that has every subscription service imaginable AND they offer you snacks and drinks while you are waiting. I’m so excited to see our vehicle!! Seriously, Sarah & Daniel are amazing!! COME HERE! I PROMISE you will not be disappointed.

I have always had a good experience with lomas glass and tint. Even when previous owner Sean was running the place. They will replace any tint that is not up to your standards within 30 days. My only regret was having the tint factory touched my current car since BMW partner with them which they hand cut their tint.. Don't ever go to that place come to lomas glass and tint if you want quality work where they have machine cut for perfect fit tint and professional. This is the 3rd vehicle we’ve taken to Lomas window and tint. From our 1997 Trooper with purple faded bubbled window tint that needed some serious TLC, to our new Outback that the factory window tint just doesn’t cut it for the NM sun, I don’t think there’s a job they can’t do. From step one of just calling to schedule an appointment they are professional and work to get your vehicle seen ASAP. Everyone I’ve encountered, front desk to the technicians working on the vehicle are courteous and knowledgeable about their product. You are given the range of options to chose from, explanation of each option as well as what shade of window tint you can get all of which are always presented and never pressured to purchase. I was quoted a 3-4 hour service time and if you chose to wait in the lobby they have snacks and beverages (and I think Wi-Fi??). Lifetime warranty for the tint and the vehicle itself looks incredible. I’m very happy to recommend this business to anyone looking for a window tint, thank you for the great work and amazing service.

Update- My sister needed a replacement window for her car. Sean located one in town and I was able to send my sister their way after work. They replaced her glass in no time and treated her like family. It’s so nice to have a shop take care of my family just like they are family. Wish I could leave another 5 star review ….Great quality product and service. This is my second vehicle over the years and I will bring in a 3rd soon. This time I had them match the front windows to the rear. Perfect match!

Extremely professional and friendly service, truly above and beyond. Lomas Glass and Tint applied tint to both of my cars and replaced a car side window after someone broke before mentioned window. No problems just friendly, professional service and outstanding work. Highly recommended! New owner as of 2022. Update: Lomas Glas and Tint applied tint to 4 vehicles in our family so far. No issues! The tint from 7 years ago is still looking perfect. Tint from 5 years ago also looks like new. Not only is the service outstanding but the materials used are also durable.

The staff is very nice and professional I was really pleased with how they handle their customers. Sarah especially she’s a sweetheart and gave me a ride home to wait for my car and then came and picked me up when my car was done. Granted I only lived 5 minutes away but that don’t matter she didn’t have to do that but she did :) I highly recommend coming here!!

The price was absolutely reasonable! I took it in around 9am and at 11am I received a call that it was ready for pick up! Great job on replacing windshield. I went to another place years ago and the other had my back window leaking water after every car wash the week after (even after following the one week protocol of no car washes,etc.). Lomas glass took good care of us. No leaks. It’s the only place I’ll go now for window replacement.

This shop has tinted all my vehicles, and all my family's vehicles with nothing but the best quality and service. the prices are very reasonable and very affordable. You would be remiss to go any where else to get your vehicle tinted or have glass work done to your vehicle.

Best tint install ever. I brought in what i knew was going to be a problem child to work on-- old peeling tint, glass was pitted underneath. For a fair price he stripped the tint and reinstalled with absolutely no flaws, friendly attitude, and a high quality film. Though not the lowest price in town, it is definitely the highest quality for the dollar. Strongly recommend.

Had windscreen replaced in Honda Pilot. After 2 days noticed squeaking/rattling in upper corner. Took vehicle back and Sean figured out what was going on and fixed it within an hour. Emerald, at the front desk is very knowledgeable and professional. I completely recommend Lomas Glass and will use them for future purchases. Sean and his crew at Lomas Glass and Tint have worked on every vehicle I have owned. I've put their work to the ultimate test - using the lowest grade tint they offered at the time, I had my truck tinted as one the first vehicles they ever worked on. The install was flawless despite the business just opening and the tint lasted 10 years sitting outside in the NM sun every single day before it showed signs of deterioration. The tint they carry today is of a much higher quality, and is backed by a lifetime guarantee - it won't be degrading after just 10 years of abuse! They are also experts at audio/visual and alarm installations, doing professional installs and using top notch equipment. It's worth a visit just to learn about the science behind the latest tinting film or the design philosophy behind the latest unrealeased audio technology - nobody knows this stuff better. You can pay a lot less for much worse, but I doubt you'll get anything better at any price.

I had another shop damage the cable for my alarm system antenna. Lomas Glass and Tint was listed as the only Compustar dealer in ABQ. I explained to the shop that's who would be the ones to try and get a replacement cable or repair. I was due to leave town the next morning for a long road trip and didn't want to have my alarm system down while on the road. Long story short, I ended up getting a call from Sean at 10 min to closing asking me to come down to the shop thinking he would need to order a whole new brain for the system. He stayed late and spliced the original cable back together and got the system working. He even went the extra mile and repaired my hood pin and siren that had been broken for years. The whole time, I was able to hang out in his shop shooting the breeze while he did his magic. They are now my go to shop.
