Best $150 I've ever spent. Got a speeding ticket 46 and a 30 even though I know I wasn't doing 46. That's $256 fine. I have a completely clean record officer took it personal when I said there's no way I was doing 46 in a 30 officer asked me if I thought he was a liar. honestly I just thought he made a mistake or maybe his radar malfunctioned but he took it personal and got mad like an a hole wrote the ticket anyway with no warning. So a week later I get an ad from a lawyer firm about the ticket. So I called to get more info and found out it would be $150 to fight it and it seemed worth it so I took a shot even though I could have to pay court costs. But these lawyers were really on it. Court was in the beginning of November before the month was over they had it dismissed. During that time they communicated through email and text to update me on what was going on. I'm truly grateful for their professionalism. if I ever have an issue again I'll be going to them for sure. Thanks guys I appreciate it.

Rhino is a A list company. Always kept in contact and if I had any questions or concerns I was assured and all questions were answered. You pay up front and once your payment is met before the date of your hearing they took care of everything. Didn’t have to show up and there customer service agents are top of the line angels. I have used this firms services in the past but when I recommended them to my daughter they got the points removed but the judge ordered the class to be taken anyway. So after all was said and done they only caused my daughter to spend an extra fee for them to remove points that the class which she still has to take would have done anyway. I will recommend their services in the future however you should be aware of other possible outcomes. Update***** After the response to the review the firm reached out and cleared up a few things. Due to their customer service I will continue to recommend them in the future and I will most likely use them again.

RHINO met and exceeded our expectations! After placing calls with 5-6 different traffic lawyers, Maggie was by far the most informative and willing to assist than anyone else I spoke with. Furthermore, Mark, who handled our account, was absolutely on point and exhibited A+++ communication skills in keeping us informed on our case, which was also a very odd and abnormal case. Original 1 star review: *Terrible. Hired this law group for $150 to take care of a 0 point, $287 ticket five months ago. After months of waiting and getting several “Urgent Updates” to my case, only to tell me the case has no new changes, I receive an email on 9/27 saying my case has been handled. They made a point to mention that because of their hard work I would not receive any points or required driving course (the ticket had none in the first place) only $153.00 in added court fees, due by check on October 14th, only 17 days later. Bringing the total charge for my 0 point, $287 traffic ticket, to $303 five months later. I paid extra money for a five month extension and a slew of emails recommending I hire them again. Would not recommend.* After writing this review, RHINO lawyers reached out to me and explained in, a polite and genuine way, that I was mistaken on a lot of the information in the previous review and that their firm did in fact remove several points off of the ticket and help me w this case. Very polite conversation with a member of the team who seemed to genuinely care about my originally disappointing experience. WOULD recommend.

Oddly, he suggested that I dispute the citation, as he could not testify against me as he had not witnessed the collision. What's stronger than a rhino?...... NOTHING!! I Was referred to Rhino lawyers after my at fault accident by a coworker. Thought for 200 bucks definitely worth a try. So glad I did! After retaining Rhino lawyers, I had to do nothing else! One 4 minute call and a couple months later.... case dismissed!! I didn't have to do any driving course or pay my ticket, which would have exceeded the Rhino fee. Every letter I received stating I had to go to court was immediately responded by Rhinos, letting me know I need not attend!! They kept me posted every step of the way! Traffic case, got no points on my license in a case where I could’ve lost my license. However, provided no information throughout, never contacted, and when it came down to the course I needed to complete, they provided me with INCORRECT info. I ended up spending 8 hours and $60 on the wrong course which their link brought me right to. Frustrated and now having to Write a letter to the judge…… Just wanted to update this review. The things mentioned above are hopefully going to be solved soon. Todd reached out to me to try and help. He refunded me the $60 and filed a motion on their behalf in hopes of having the judge accept my letter. All is good and like I said they got me no points which was my main concern.

I was recommended to Rhino Lawyers by a friend who is a very experienced businessman after I was sideswiped in Largo by a driver who denied culpability. I was hurt and my car was damaged. The Rhino lawyers I dealt with were very confident and competent. My case manager Carol Ramos was excellent. I received two traffic tickets back 1/6/22 on the Selmon expressway on the upper deck which I don't understand why the car that was in front of me going just as fast or faster why they didn't get pulled over. But I got pulled over by TPD. I was on my way to TGH to be with my wife she has a heart condition and I was in a rush to get there, The officer gave me a break on my speed which I appreciate, but still got a ticket for nine over and I also had a expired DL, which expired back on 12/31/21. My wife went in to the hospital on 1/1/22. I got a mailing a week or so later from Rhino and another law firm who I never heard back from. The Rhino associates were a pleasure to deal with and they were able to get both tickets dismissed. They saved me the expense and the points, will use them again if I need them!!

Great! I would have paid 260 for red light ticket but only paid 100 to rhino lawyers and they got my ticket dismissed. I didn’t do anything but send my retainer payment and they did everything else. Only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is I would have liked a few more updates like that we are still waiting for a court date or more small updates during the waiting period.

Overall, I would say an an average experience. The staff was very polite and welcoming but unfortunately the case did end up with a verdict that resulted in a fine that was over twice the original ticket and a mandatory 8 hour online driving course for a no-contest plea. Of course these things happen and they were kind enough to refund my money for the unfortunate result but getting in contact with the lawyer after the case took a few weeks after multiple phone call attempts. He too was polite and answered my questions but it took a while for him to get back to me. Again not the worst experience but not the best either, may be worth to consider representing yourself in traffic court at the end of the day or may be try another firm but hopefully anyone else who comes to them has a decent experience.

I have to say that I didn't have high hopes for this but Traffic Ticket Rhino ended up pulling through. I received a $1000 civil penalty for a speeding ticket. We all have to learn our lessons. Luckily, my case along with the citation were completely dismissed. I never had to show up for court and I was contacted immediately after New information became available. The cost is very reasonable for the service provided. I completely recommend using this company! More than anything, I suggest not asking for a citation to begin with. This company is 10/10. Do not hesitate to call. Simple stuff.

Traffic Ticket Rhino deserves a 5 star******* Their name stands by them. "Rhino" yes they are truly powerful. When I received a speeding ticket for going 82 mph in a 70 mph zone, I thought I would just have to pay the ticket and suffer points on my record. Then I started looking online for support. Wow, this whole process was so painless it's amazing! My ticket was from a 'faliure to yield' while making a u-turn (the other person was speeding and switched right into my lane as I was completing my turn) and RHINO managed to get it completely dismissed!!! I received a careless driving ticket in a six car accident I was nervous and scared because I already have multiple speeding tickets and also another careless driving ticket but I used rhino Lawyers before, for a speeding ticket and they beat that case! I had court yesterday and rhino lawyers beat it again!! I highly recommend this company money is well worth it. The judge had told me if I was to get anymore tickets, that I will have points on my license. HOLY COW!! I can't believe that my case was dismissed. I really messed up and had 2 really bad traffic citations. Just to give you an idea on how bad this was, I should have been thrown in jail when I was pulled over on the highway in Hillsborough. When let go by the Trooper, I made some phone calls looking for an attorney to help me out. I had received a speeding ticket going 80mph in a 50mph zone. I was not going that fast and had a clean record but that is besides the point. I looked up a couple of ticket lawyers on Google Maps and called up different firms. None of the gave me a little bit of reassurance like Rhino Lawyers. Understand that the ticket was for over 30mph which means I could have been indicted. This is another ball game to say the least. Walked into the law firm without an appointment during their lunch break and was taken care of while he was chowing on his sandwich. He told me $175 and will fight as many times as he has to visit the case but let me know if they had failed I would get all my money back. 2 months later No points, No classes, off my record, had to pay ticket for $325 and done deal. Got a very unnecessary ticket from a USF police officer for supposedly not making a complete stop before making a right turn on a red (this was a 3am when the roads were empty- pretty sure he thought he was gonna get a drunk driver). After the cop, handed me back my license in an envelope, I quickly informed him that I would promptly be disputing this ticket. This is going to be a long review, but if you have a bad driving record, bear with me and read this through. So I was facing a 5 year revocation of my DL when I got pulled for speeding. I was sure I was going to be locked up for a good amount of time because I was told I would be. Having been that my daughter was just born I decided to try my best to avoid prison and I ended up coming across this firm. I called, met up with them, Brandon, (the lawyer) allowed me to arrange a payment plan with them, and we went from there. First he told me not to worry about his payment, and to go ahead and pay my court costs off. Then once he began going to my hearings for me he managed to keep me out of felony court as the state wanted of me. Within just a few months he had my license completely restored. No hardship license, no outrageous insurance required, nothing. And because he moved so quickly and got my license back to me he was able to negotiate a lesser charge and all I had to do was pay the very minimal court costs after all was said and done. Not to mention the speeding ticket and DWLS tickets got completely dismissed along with three other red light cam tickets I had built up. This firm is the real deal. They are friendly, understanding, and extremely helpful. They have excellent customer service and they are there from beginning to end to help you and answer any questions you may have. My case wasn’t dismissed so I ended up paying for my ticket along with paying this firm a chunk with a perfectly clean record but I made the decision to hire them and took a chance. I won’t say yes or no if I recommend but I personally wouldn’t do it again. But hopefully I won’t need to! my ticket was dismissed. no points and no classes. Granted, the officer who wrote the ticket didn't want to write it in the first place, he told me himself but was obligated to because of FL Law. A very minor accident, I bumped the car in front of me after traffic came to a dead stop and my rotors failed (I found they needed replacement). The other driver called for an emergency medical vehicle after initially saying she didn't need one, because her boyfriend was on the phone trying to get her to cash in, so the officer was forced to fill out a ticket. After all of that, I paid Traffic Ticket Rhino probably not much more than the ticket would've cost me (I can't remember the costs); and got the news today that it was dismissed. I just didn't want to waste a class removing the points, since there's a limited total number of classes you can take. Dismissing the ticket is even better.

ive used RHINO twice. the first time they did not get my case dismissed. (bummer! -FULL PRICE OF TICKET AND LAWYER COSTS). the second time- they did successfully get it dismissed. (thank you for that) so since they did get it dismissed once out of two times. i will give you 3 stars out of 5. also, the customer service representative i spoke to (by calling the number on google) told me that they dont actually take your "argument" or "reason" to court. i actually wanted to write a letter to the judge to tell them my side of the story but the rep told me they didnt present that at court. so honestly, i dont know what they go by when they represent their clients. i guess it just depends on the day, or what judge is on there if they want to dismiss it or not... kinda weird. but nonetheless, im satisfied with the outcome. i definitely have a lead foot and i am aware that most of the time the tickets wont get dismissed.

Brandon and his team really went above and beyond to get my case settled. They continued to push the insurance companies to provide more than they were willing to. My only concern is that a lot of the process felt very over my head as I had 0 experience with being a part of an accident case. I would encourage his team to make sure to initiate the conversation about thoroughly discussing and explaining every aspect of the case and how their choices getting medical care affects their settlement consistently throughout the process. Being in an accident can cause someone to have anxiety about getting more information willingly. There were definitely parts of the process that I felt disconnected to and I was in the dark unless I asked a detailed question, something I could barely do without having very high anxiety. Nevertheless, his team was always there to be able to tried to get me to understand and never made me feel as if I was a back burner client. I’m truly grateful for the representation I got from Traffic Rhino and Brandon Jones. December 16, 2015 I was pulled over in Pinellas county for DUI. I was hit with three Citations: 1) DUI, 2) Leaving the scene of an accident w/property damage, and 3) running a red light. Of the three citations I pleaded a deal for the DUI and no-points, and the other two charges were a withhold. So the only criminal charge I got was a misdemeanor for the DUI with no jail time, 10-day vehicle impound was waived, and no alcohol breath device attached to my vehicle. I moved to Florida in the fall of 2015. I got my new license, filed all my paperwork to transfer my vehicle registration, and thought that I had crossed my T's and dotted my I's within a week of my new address. Turns out, due to a clerical error between the DHS (or DMV in most states) and my insurance company, DHS thought that I did not have valid insurance and, without notifying me, suspended my license. After an entire year, an officer pulled me over thoroughly bewildered because he was simply behind me in traffic and his computer ran my plates and they came up flagged as being owned by someone with a suspended license. I had done nothing wrong, but he had to pull me over. Instead of writing the ticket as "driving without knowledge, the ticket was written as "driving with knowledge" and that is a criminal offense that can actually carry jail time. I was mortified when I received this news. Rhino contacted me via mail and explained the severity of the charge and offered to take my case. It was no picnic for them at all; I had four separate court dates spanning five months and Rhino took care of all of it. I did not have to step foot in the court house and they were able to negotiate the charges down to essentially nothing except court costs. They took my calls, answered multiple very silly questions, and were very patient. I sincerely hope that I never have to speak with them again, but if I find myself in trouble, Rhino will definitely be the call I make after I tell my husband! They are absolutely great people my lawyer was amazing I met with him a few times but Todd Metske was the main one that always made me feel better any questions I had he would go out of his way to answer them I was facing becoming a habitual offender they pushed me to get my license back and resolved the case now I'm driving again with minimal fees any time that I may have been a little short on cash they would help me with my payments I honestly can't say thank you enough to them everyone at ticket rhino are amazing very friendly and knowledgeable I read reviews and don't believe the things I read it's hard to trust anybody nowadays but the people at ticket rihno are the real thing and very genuine thank you again ticket rhino hopefully I never have to use you again and I can stay out of any trouble but if it ever happens I will go directly back to them

These rhino ticket masters are dominating and I see now why they named themselves ticket rhino.They are rhinovering everything in their path.I had three major tickets,in which two out of the three were thirty miles per hour over the speed limit and I faced up too 12 points on my license and over a thousand dollars in fines.As a result of final disposition there were no points added to my license and I was only required to pay a small fine.Thesse guys are the best in the business.I consulted with all the other supposedly ticket experts and they all tried to charge me an outrageous price.Ticket rhino is affordable and the BEST.Hire them if u have any tickets.
