Mr. Cook and his paralegal, Jo, did a very professional job of handling our case. He was tough and exacting in our initial interview because he was making sure we knew what we would have to do to win the case with Social Security. I was put off by his demeanor in that initial interview, but instead of getting offended, my wife and I wrote down and followed all of his instructions. We attended all of the therapy sessions for our autistic son that Mr. Cook recommended during the almost three years it took to process everything and get a hearing (worked with five different providers during that time, all of them weekly--it helped our son tremendously in addition to preparing us for the Social Security hearing). If you want someone to smooth talk you with nice words during the process, Mr. Cook is not your lawyer. But, if you want to win your case because you are prepared and your lawyer knows how to deal with the system, Mr. Cook is your best choice.

I hired Randy Skeen after my first attorney messed up my divorce with litigation equating to an outrageously expensive circus show lasting a year! Mr. Skeen came highly recommended by one of the top female lawyers in Provo who would not take my case on because it was so screwed up by the first attorney. I just had my hearing last Thursday. I was approved. It was a long, long wait to get here. I just wanted to say thank you to Mr. Cook who put together over an 800 page case for me, going back in my medical records to 2008. It's like he had read every chart, ever Dr.'s note and had them at his fingertips. In fact during my hearing, the judge focused on one of my many symptoms. Instead of the overall condition that I have. Mr. Cook responded to the Judge's "calling of an audible" and shifted his case to center on that symptom "on the fly" as was able to direct the judge's attention to the multiple mentions of that symptom in my medical records, all 800 pages of them. I have nothing but praise for Mr. Cook and how diligent he was on my case. With Disability, you "fly at the speed of government". There is nothing anyone can do about that at all. But it makes you wonder sometimes if you were "forgotten about". Quite the contrary. My case was masterfully fought. I am so very grateful to Mr. Glen Cook, esq. and his assistant Joe, who was very consoling and encouraging. Thank you all for caring about my case.
