After a few unsuccessful attempts at getting a hold of someone at Morgan &Morgan online I decided to call again and give them one last chance at representing me. I finally got thru to a young lady that connected me to a very kind, patient and caring gentleman by the name of Victor. He was amazing to say the least! Throughout the initial interview process he walked me through the interview with much needed patience and with lots of attention to detail while providing the upmost courtesy. Impressed, I called another lawyer, and they would not be able to tell me until tomorrow if they can take my case, and your firm was able to let me know they would take my case immediately I was impressed that they took my case but communication with the case manager and even with the lawyer is extremely poor their lawyers and case management do not match up to what their commercials/advertisement state very disappointed only if I could speak to Mr. John Morgan or one of his 3 sons about how their business is being ran I would but no you have to Talk to a person ( That handles complaints when you ask to speak to one of the morgans) and they are supposed to relay the message to one of the morgans but I don't believe that's happening I would never recommend Morgan and Morgan unfortunately I thought they would be the great firm but I've learned that communication It's not what it should be
