Much more basic than I was expecting. No real depth to any question. I expected more hints as to things to think about and consider. And it was odd how I usually had to reenter my kids addresses, then a few time it pulled them forward. Also obviously canned results not reviewed by a human much less a lawyer. I don't really think our documents need to be anything over complicated but I didn't feel there was much value there for the money. In the end we will sign and keep these documents on file but if we ever have the need to redo, we will consider other options.

I should of done this years ago... took 20 minutes to complete the forms. There is some preparation work that you need to consider dependent on your circumstances. For example if you have kids, who will become their guardians and who do you want to share your wealth upon your death. Once you have that information figured out it's easy to follow the prompts and fill in the state specific template for the Will & Power of Attorney forms. WOW what service! I screwed up in filling out my name (how hard can that be- right) I used my form filler software and I just didn't catch the fact that it put in my email address in the spot where my last name goes so it read my first name, middle initial, and then my email address. So I went to edit it and found out that the system will not allow you to do this (the only thing, I think, in the whole process that you can't edit) and that I had to call their customer support to get it changed. What a pain cause this was a Sunday morning (don't ask why I wasn't in church) So I called and was told by the recording that I had to contact them via email. I got frustrated and send them a "not as rude as I could have but still kind-a rude" email about my situation and thought for sure I wouldn't hear back from them at least until Monday (fearing longer) About 45 minutes later I got a phone call from Kelly for Mama Bear Legal Forms saying that she got my email and checked into the problem and had already corrected my name in the two spots that needed correcting and that I was good to go. WOW!!! What service. I don't even get that good of service from businesses that are open let alone on a business that is closed on a Sunday morning (She said she was just checking her email and saw the one I had just sent (of course I should expect that cause the recommendation to use them came from Dave Ramsey) Mind you, they could have responded on Monday and still be in the "good customer service" arena but this company is a rarity to find.
