Naturally this drove my anxiety up every few months they meaning New york kept delaying but still ok with me pleading guilty. I’ve worked with the Law office of Craig Bondy on several tickets I had picked up as a commercial and taxi/livery driver. I highly recommend this law firm as opposed to appearing in court alone. I tried that a couple of times and lost time and money. After I submitted all of my remaining tickets I just call in for updates and know they are taken care of. I also just got a ticket dismissal and had other tickets points dropped because of the time since I received the tickets had elapsed. I drive more cautiously but it’s great to know I have this law firm to help me out if I get summons on the road. Highly recommend them.

Craig was very knowledgeable and has a great rapport with the NY area officers and judges. I had a judge postpone a hearing for me not knowing it would cause my license to be suspended until the resceduled hearing date which was 2 months away. As soon as I realized what I had done I went back to speak to the judge but the judge would not over turn his decision. I spoke to Craig and without hesitation he partnered with the head judge and got that decision over turned and they uplifted the suspension. He also represented me the next morning to fight the ticket since I could not be there and got it dismissed. Craig was very helpful, genuine and took care of everything for me...

To Whom It May Concern: I recently had the great good fortune to meet Craig Bondy, who helped me out with a very unfair traffic ticket. I was heading out to LI, from Manhattan, as I have been doing, on a weekly basis, for many years. On this particular day, there was an unusual amount of merging traffic, on the JFK Bridge. I wound up in a sliver of the zebra lane, waiting for someone to let me in. Alas, no one was kind enough to do this and the next thing I knew there were flashing red lights and a police car behind me. I knew that it was hopeless to argue with the police woman but I was really infuriated when I read the summons and saw that “guilty” could mean points on my license and a large fee. I have been driving since I was 16 and have never received points. I am also a Senior citizen and felt the fine was another unfair aspect of the situation. Upon further investigation, I also learned the ticket was “discretionary”. But it was also nearing the end of the month...... In describing my options to me, Craig was absolutely amazing. I found him to be not only very knowledgeable, but also the perfect gentleman: very kind and thoughtful. The best news of all is that I was found Not Guilty!

I had gotten a ticket for running a stop sign in Brooklyn and was at risk for 3 points on my CDL. I'm a Bus operator for MTA NYCTA and didn't want that!! I went through an app called winit and was assigned Craig Bondy to represent me. It took a year for the case to be heard in court, Mr Bondy had previously sent me an email about a year ago for my statement and I never got around to it. With a day left and the winit app broken/unable to login I called Mr Bondy's office directly and his staff was very helpful as they didn't have to take my faxed statement as it is the responsibility of the winit app. She added it to my file anyways thanks guys and Mr. Bondy got the ticket dismissed!!
