Let me start by saying that this law office is simply amazing! Fantastic! Easy to work with! My money well spent :) Just a back story: I hired another lawyer to deal with my case it took her two months to get my papers together and three months after that I hadn’t heard anything from her. When I called her office she was “sick”, “at court”, etc. I decided I need to find someone else to represent me and deal with my case. After calling about 11 lawyers who all basically said they couldn’t help. I found the law office of Donald Mastrodeminco. The law office of Donald M. Actually looked into my case noting that the lawyer I hired to begin with never even submitted my case to the courts. Right away they made an appointment with me (that day). I was skeptical but when I met Donald and his team they made me feel so comfortable right away. They weren’t pushy with money at all. They were just straight forward and I immediately hired them. Within a week I met them went over my case to the “t” they drafted my papers, they even drafted papers for the lawyer to discontinue her case so they can take over. There price was reasonable. They answered all my questions, and gave me several options. Within a month my case was submitted to the court and seen by a judge and disposed. I can’t thank them enough for everything. They kept me up to date and I never felt pushed around or bullied. The whole team was awesome. I love how they all worked together to help everyone out. And I love the results of my case! My lawyer Fenisha and Mr. Mastrodomenico guided me thorough every step of the process. They allowed me to pay using a reasonable payment plan and they never charged exorbitant fees for ANY of their services. They explained each step of the process thoroughly and they were never impatient in answering the many questions I had. They had reasonable hours and they were willing to wait for me when I was occasionally running late to see them after I left work. Lesson learned! Don't ask an attorney if he/she handles divorce proceedings. Find an attorney that specializes in divorce. I made the mistake of thinking that any attorney could file an uncontested divorce. I asked an attorney who had handled several real estate closings and business matters in the past to file our divorce documents. The divorce was denied because my attorney failed to respond to the court's requests to correct errors in the filing. He said he never received the court's notifications. I contacted the office of Donald Mastrodomenico and made an appointment for the next day. The office staff was polite, professional and attentive. I met with Angel and he gave me step by step instructions and a flat rate that was less than half of what my other attorney charged. for his failed effort. I was kept fully informed and the staff were quick to address every question I had. Thanks for a great job!

I worked with Angel. I'm an extremely cynical person, but this was a legitimately good experience and was probably the only thing that actually went right for me during that time of my life. Granted, children/assets were fortunately not an issue for me - but for other reasons, my case was complicated paperwork-wise. This office was referred to me by a co-worker and it more than exceeded my expectations. It took a little while for a settlement, but Attorney David Ortiz was able to negotiate my settlement by me keeping my pension, that is just unheard of these days!!!
